Abstract

The point of overall study was to determine the impact of marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at Blanco Coffee Yogyakarta. The sort of investigation employed was descriptive quantitative and employs the survey strategy. The people surveyed included Blanco Coffee Yogyakarta customers. Its sampling method entails non-probability procedures, i.e., incidental sampling, including a representative of 100 individuals. Data analysis methods use multiple linear regression with assistance of large - scale application software SPSS 23. The investigation 's findings revealed that sample t - test could be used to identify two consecutive independent variables which have a substantial impact on the purchase decision, particularly regarding product and physical evidence, whereas the variables which do not possess a substantial impact on this same purchase decision are process, people, promotion, place, and price. At the same time, overall marketing mix does have a considerable impact on purchasing decisions having valuation F (5,214) > F-table (2,11). According to the findings of the study, overall marketing mix does have a 23 percent impact upon purchasing decisions, whereas the additional 77 percent is regulated by several other elements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of batik products in the city of Batam. Batik products are also known as souvenir products to attract tourists. Product quality is very necessary in supporting the success of tourism in the city of Batam. Studies and research results are based on the perceptions of consumers or tourists who have had experience with those Batik products. Importance performance analysis is used in this study by measuring consumer perceptions of product attribute expectations and product performance. Test conducted use SPSS.21. The results showed that the performance of batik’s Batam was good. It can be concluded from consumer perceptions with the value of the level of conformity between consumer expectations and product performance at 98.141%, which means that 98.141% of product performance met consumer expectations. There are six indicators of product quality that met consumer expectations which are located in quadrant I, namely 1. Batam Batik has a variety of colors 2. Coloring has a philosophical meaning 3. Adequate texture quality 4. Texture softness 5. Quality raw materials 6. Imaginative trademark. And also there are five product quality indicators that need to be improved based on the priority scale which is located in quadrant IV, namely 1. Price certainty. 2. Price intervals. 3. Color variations. 4. Eco-green raw materials. 5. Packaging forms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the digital economy in the Bakpia MSME industry in Yogyakarta City and determine the effect of the digital economy, length of business, owner's last education, number of machines used, and age of business owner on labor wages paid by business owners. The method used is descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the digital economy run by the Bakpia MSME industry in Yogyakarta mostly used 2 to 3 gadgets, and internet costs were less than Rp. 200,000 per month, used 2 to 3 E-commerce and 2 to 3 social media. The digital economy does not affect the labor wages paid by business owners, the length of business and the level of education of business actors also do not affect the number of labor wages paid, while the number of machines used has a positive effect on the labor costs paid, while the age of the business owner has a negative effect. of labor costs paid.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has forced tourism industry players to adopt various digital platforms. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the AGODA digital portal as a marketing channel. This research was conducted to complement previous research on other digital portals such as tiket.com, traveloka, and several other portals. The quantitative research design was carried out by distributing questionnaires as a data collection technique and two experiments were carried out. The first experiment was to test the effect of product narrative (copy writing), while the second experiment tested the effect of product photo quality on the perception of quality and tourists' buying interest. Based on the research conducted, the first experiment shows that the influence of product narrative (copy writing) affects the perception of quality and tourist buying interest. While in the second experiment, through MANCOVA analysis to see the involvement of respondents who chose five-star hotels, there was a significant difference between the two groups of respondents. Respondents in each experimental group have confidence that the perceived quality and purchase intention are higher than in the control group. This study has limitations because it only examines one digital portal, namely AGODA. Several other digital portals, such as traveloka, pegi-pegi, and tiket.com, have differences when compared to AGODA. The implication of this research is that if the influence of product narrative (copy writing) has a big impact on marketing activities, it needs to be developed

Abstract

Human resource is very important in a company. The reason for this examination is to examine the impact of profession improvement, work inspiration, work discipline, and authoritative obligation to worker execution. This exploration was led in Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Nasari Yogyakarta. This exploration utilizes a quantitative methodology. The quantity of tests utilized upwards of 32 workers, by the strategy for immersed examining (evaluation). The outcomes showed that the incomplete advancement of the Career and discipline makes a positive difference and critical on representative execution Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Nasari Yogyakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test whether capital adequacy, credit risk, operational efficiency, liquidity, and productive asset management ability affect the profitability of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression panel data. The sample consisted of 22 commercial banks with 110 observations, which were carried out by purposive sampling. Based on the existing test equipment, the estimation model chosen is the random effect model. The results of the analysis show that CAR does not affect ROA, NPL and BOPO have a negative effect on ROA, LDR has no effect on ROA, and NIM has a positive effect on ROA. Therefore, the findings of this study are as follows. First, capital adequacy does not have a positive effect on profitability. Second, credit risk negatively affects profitability. Third, operational efficiency has a positive effect on profitability. Fourth, liquidity does not positively affect profitability. Fifth, the ability to manage productive assets has a positive effect on profitability. This research implies that if banks want to increase profitability, they need to reduce non-performing loans (NPL), lower the BOPO ratio, and increase the NIM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic ethics on fraudulent behavior. In addition, this study also analyzes the moderating impact of the internal control system and work environment variables on the relationship between ethics and fraud. All variables were measured using a questionnaire instrument. By using respondents of 131 management accountant from various industries, the research uses SEM-PLS to test the proposed hypotheses. The results of the study are able to answer the three objectives, namely (1) Islamic ethics reduce fraudulent behavior of management accountants, (2) an effective internal control system strengthens the influence of Islamic ethics in reducing fraudulent behavior, (3) a conducive work environment strengthens the influence of ethics in reduce fraudulent behavior. This study complements the empirical studies of Islamic ethics for the accounting profession. The research implication for the management accounting profession is the need to consider the universal aspect of religiosity as part of the professional code of ethics. For management, this study supports the need for the design and implementation of a healthy and effective internal control system and organizational environment.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of budgeting, calibration procedures, and human resource practices on compliance with health equipment calibration. This study used predictive quantitative research. The populations used in this study were 30 health centers in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. The data was collected using questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis. Before distributing questionnaire, we tested its validity and reliability. Based on the validity test, all items was valid. The reliability test indicated that the questionnaire was reliable. The results of this study showed that there was a significant effect between budgeting, calibration procedures, and human resource practices on compliance with calibration implementation.

Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia memberikan sumbangan pendapatan nasional yang cukup signifikan dan semakin terus berkembang seiring dengan pertumbuhan teknologi online. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa market dari pemasaran melalui online akan semakin besar dan bahkan seamakin menjadi kebutuhan. Dalam penelitian ini diambil 100 sampel dengan menyebarkan kuisionar. Metode yang digunakan untuk adalah metode non probability sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang digunakan adalah 6 variabel independent yaitu Pemasaran Hubungan, Saluran komunikasi, Rantai pasokan, Persaingan, Lingkungan Pemasaran dan Bauran pemasaran, dan 1 variabel dependent yaitu Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha. Dari hasil analisa penelitian di peroleh kesimpulan bahwa Pemasaran Hubungan (X1) t=5,787 memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung lebih dari dari t tabel. Saluran Komunikasi (X2) t=0,007 berpengaruh sedikit tidak signifikan terhadap Peningkatan pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung less than t tabel namun tetap positif. Rantai Pasokan, (X3) t=3.301 memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan usaha karena t hitung lebih dari dari t tabel. Persaingan (X4) t=9,211 memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung lebih dari t tabel. Lingkungan Pemasaran (X5) t=-1,143 memberikan pengaruh tidak signifikan pada Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung less than dari t tabel. Bauran Pemasaran (X6) t=0,394 memberikan pengaruh sedikit tidak signifikan pada Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha karena t hitung less than dari t tabel namun tetap positif. F Hitung yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari pada F tabel (F hitung lebih dari F tabel) sebesar 522,566 dan F tabel sebesar 3,72 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa; H0 = 0 Ha 0 dan Ha diterima karena terdapat hubungan saling memberikan pengaruh secara signifikan antara variable independent terhadap variable dependent yaitu Peningkatan Pendapatan Usaha (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze cash receipt accounting system for room selling either in cash or on credit at Grage Business Hotel Yogyakarta. Based on Mulyadi theory, this research evaluate internal control effectivity of the hotel, especially for cash receipt system. The element have been evaluated are organizational structure, authority and administration procedure, and implementation of duties and obligation based on each person responsibilities. The data collection method used are observation, interview, and documentation. The results shows that implementation of internal control system as mention above at Grage Business Hotel Yogyakarta has not yet qualify Mulyadi theory criterias. The major problem there are not segregation of duties. Cash and sales function run by receptionist while accounting and administration function run by general cashier. The implication of this research is to improve internal control of cash receipt of the hotel.
