This study aims to identify the effect of government spending and other fiscal variables on economic growth and per capita income in 33 provinces in Indonesia. Other fiscal variables used are personnel expenditures, capital expenditures and goods and services expenditures. The data used is panel data in 33 regions in Indonesia, data obtained from Kemenkeu.go.id. The source of provincial-level data is obtained from the APBD summary issued by the Directorate General of Budget, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The estimation method is Pooled Least Squares. The estimation results show that the variables of Government Expenditure, Government Expenditure per Capita, and share of Government Expenditure on GRDP have no effect on economic growth but positively affect income per capita. Meanwhile, other fiscal variables consisting of personnel expenditure, capital expenditure and expenditure on goods and services, in the form of total, per capita and share of GRDP, have a positive effect on economic growth and income per capita. The recommendation from this research is for the provincial government to map its spending well so that the goal of increasing people's income can be achieved.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of corporate governance and disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on tax aggressiveness. Corporate governance is proxied by the size of the board of directors, the proportion of independent commissioners, the expertise of the audit committee, and public ownership. For disclosure of corporate social responsibility based on disclosure sustainability report with GRI G.4 Standards and for tax, aggressiveness is proxied by the effective taxes rates. This study takes the research object of companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the financial and non-financial sectors of the 2015-2019 period with a total sample of 85 samples and the analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the size of the board of directors harms tax aggressiveness, (2) the proportion of independent commissioners has a positive effect on tax aggressiveness, (3) expertise of audit committee members has no effect on tax aggressiveness, (4) public ownership has no effect on tax aggressiveness, (5) disclosure of corporate social responsibility has no effect on tax aggressiveness.

This study aims to examine the effect of lifestyle, halal labels, and prices on purchasing decisions at Starbucks outlets in Generation Z in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The population used in this study is Generation Z who is in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and who make purchases at Starbucks outlets, who are at least 15 years old and a maximum of 25 years old. This study uses a quantitative approach and causal analysis technique. The sampling technique uses non-probability with purposive sampling. The findings of this study are Lifestyle, Halal Label, and Price has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Starbucks outlets in Generation Z in Yogyakarta Province. The theoretical implication of this study is that the findings of this study are expected to provide a view that lifestyle, halal labels, and prices can affect purchasing decisions at Starbucks outlets in Generation Z in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The practical implication of this research is that the findings of this study are expected to provide input for Starbucks outlets to be able to continue to maintain quality and can increase understanding related to the importance of lifestyle, halal labels, and prices on purchasing decisions.

The research was conducted to analyze the influence of the variables of Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment on the Performance of DLHK Employees in Yogyakarta City. This type of research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study amounted to 45 employees, with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Processing the data in this research, using SPSS version 23. Research proves that the leadership variable has no effect on the performance of Yogyakarta City DLKH employees. The compensation variable has no effect on the performance of Yogyakarta City DLKH employees, and research proves that the work environment has influence on the Yogyakarta City DLKH employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by workplace incivility. Workplace incivility is uses as an intervening variable. This study uses a path analysis approach to determine the relationship between variables, namely, job satisfaction, workplace incivility and also turnover intention. The population in this study were coffee shop employees. The method of data collection is done by a survey through a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The number of samples of 100 respondents using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The validity test shows all valid variables and Cornbach Alpha reliability tests are all reliable. The results of the research questions have been proven correct. Job satisfaction is a positive effect on turnover intention which is mediated by workplace incivility. Kata kunci: Job Satisfaction, Workplace Incivility, Turnover Intention

Online food delivery (OFD) is an innovative and simple way of purchasing food online. This study aims to examine consumer purchase intentions to use OFD Go-food services during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a survey of 100 consumers who have the Go-jek application in Kebumen to fill out the questionnaire. The sample technique was taken by using purposive sampling technique, then the data were processed using SPSS version 25.0 and analyzed using path analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the convenience motivation and perceived ease of use are proven unable to directly influence consumer intention to use OFD. Meanwhile, convenience motivation and perceived ease of used have an effect on perceived usefulness. Other results indicate that perceived usefulness is able to act as a mediating variable between convenience motivation, perceived ease of use on consumer purchase intentions using OFD

The objectives of this study are: Mapping short-term and long-term strategies for Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) and or Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syariah (KSPPS) in handling loans in the Covid-19 pandemic era and mapping KSP/KSPPS strategies in handling non-performing loans. in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collected is in the form of data on the handling of loans/financing carried out by KSP and KSPPS. Data collection methods used are documentation, questionnaires and interviews. Documents in the form of RAT reports for 2020 and 2021, questionnaires and interviews were conducted online using google forms and chat, with the research subjects being KSP and KSPPS managers throughout DIY. The results of the study indicate that there are 5 (five) short-term strategies and 4 (four) long-term strategies that need to be implemented, while there are 3 (three) strategies that need to be implemented in handling non-performing loans. The limitation of this study is that in digging up data, it only uses Google Forms which are distributed to several social media groups as well as individual KSP/KSPPS managers and also interviews with online systems so that the sample cannot be large. Meanwhile, recommendations that can be given for future research are that more research samples can be added, and the research area can be expanded.

The goal of this research was to discover the impact of product quality and service quality on loyalty and customer satisfaction. Product quality and service quality are the independent variabels which influence user loyalty in an integrated manner. The researchers employed an intervening variable which is customer satisfaction. This study used a questionnaire survey for carrying out the data of research. Simple random sampling was used as a technique for determining of 275 respondents as the number of samples in this research. The researchers employed Path Analysis as the analysis method in this study. The SPSS Version 23.00 was used as tool for testing the data. Based on Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, all data were normally distributed as the results of the normality test conducted. Meanwhile, the items in all variables are valid based on the results of Pearson Correlation as the validity test and the researchers employed the Cronbach Alfa test for testing the reliability whose values are seen. There are three tests for testing the hypothesis such as t-test, F test, and R Square in this study. The results show that all are accepted. Customer loyalty and customer satisfaction are affected by product quality and service quality. And, the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer loyalty is also proven mediated by customer satisfaction

Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing, kepercayan konsumen dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli online followers Instagram Slashfootwear. Sampel pada penelitian ialah followers Instagram Slashfootwear. Diterapkan purposive sampling technique, jumlah responden sebanyak 110. Googleform digunakan dalam pengisian kuisioner secara on line. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. (1) terdapat pengaruh positif social media marketing terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear. (2) terdapat pengaruh positif kepercayaan konsumen terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear. (3) terdapat pengaruh positif persepsi harga terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear. (4) terdapat pengaruh positif social media marketing, kepercyaan konsumen, dan persepsi harga terhadap niat niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear.

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang inklusi keuangan pada masyarakat yang tinggal di kota Magelang. Setelah terjadinya krisis ekonomi di tahun 2008, banyak masyarakat yang terdampak terutama pada golongan in the bottom f the pyramid, menjadi alasan harus adanya inklusi keuangan, tahun 2019 Jokowi mengatakan bahwa inklusi keuangan Indonesia masih tergolong rendah di bandingkan negara ASEAN lainnya, yaitu 76 percent sedangkan tahun 2024 mendatang Jokowi menargetkan tingkat inklusi keuangan mencapai 90 percent. Sehingga literasi keuangan dan financial technology digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap inklusi keuangan. Metode..penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pangambilan sampel purposive sampling kepada 165 responden. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah literasi keuangan (thitung5.523) dan fintech (thitung 8.563) baik secara parsial atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap inklusi keuangan, keduanya memiliki pengaruh yang sama baik dengan angka signifikansi (0.000). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk mendukung tercapainya inklusi keuangan perlu memperhatikan peningkatan literasi keuangan dan peningkatan penggunaan finanacial technology yang tersedia.
