Abstract

The study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work facilities and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as a moderating variable at the Yogyakarta City Government Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The study used 134 data obtained through a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis utilized multiple linear regression tests and Moderated Regression Analysis. The findings show that work facilities and leadership influence employee performance at the Yogyakarta City Government Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Work motivation cannot moderate the effect of work facilities and administration on employee performance of the Yogyakarta City Government Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The Yogyakarta City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is expected to maintain adequate facilities and update them with more up-to-date work facilities to support employees. In addition, the leadership of the Yogyakarta City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency is expected to maintain and update its leadership style following the times and see the conditions of the work environment so that it can continue to provide the best leadership to improve the performance of its employees.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of technological (X1), organizational (X2), environmental (X3), and individual (X4) factors on e-commerce adoption (Y1) as well as the influence of e-commerce adoption on MSME performance (Y2) in Cilacap. The sample in this study amounted to 104 respondents taken based on the Slovin formula calculation. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, Method Successive Interval (MSI), classical assumption tests including linearity tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests, multiple linear and simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests including tests t, F test, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The t-test results in this study show that technological factors partially do not affect e-commerce adoption, while organizational, environmental, and individual factors positively and significantly affect e-commerce adoption. And the adoption of e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. The results of the F test show that technological, organizational, environmental, and individual factors simultaneously influence e-commerce adoption.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how brand awareness, experience with the brand, and brand personality influence purchasing decisions with purchase intention as a mediating variable. The general public who have purchased Kopi Janji Jiwa products are the subjects of this study. Using a purposive sampling method consisting of 105 respondents. Multiple linear regression was used in conjunction with the SPSS version 25.0 program. This study shows that purchasing interest is not influenced by brand awareness; Purchase interest is influenced by brand experience and brand personality; purchasing decisions are influenced by brand awareness; purchasing decisions are not influenced by brand experience and brand personality; and purchase interest does not mediate the influence of brand awareness, brand experience, and brand personality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh moderasi asas kemandirian pada persepsi profesi akuntan publik, motivasi, kecerdasan adversity, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk kuesioner. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari beberapa universitas di Yogyakarta yang mempunyai CPA Test Center yang bekerja sama dengan IAPI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode slovin untuk menentukan jumlah sampel minimal dan diperoleh jumlah minimal 330 sampel. Sedangkan, kuesioner yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 333 sampel. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan analisis regresi moderat (MRA) dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi profesi akuntan publik dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik, motivasi dan kecerdasan adversity tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Asas kemandirian memperkuat pengaruh motivasi dan kecerdasan adversity terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik. Asas kemandirian tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh persepsi profesi akuntan publik dan lingkungan kerja terhadap minat menjadi akuntan publik

Abstract

The development of the internet has significantly transformed nearly all aspects of human life, especially in shopping habits. This phenomenon is reflected in the shift from conventional or offline shopping to online shopping, driven by advances in digital technology. Consequently, this has created competition between online and offline retailers in their efforts to maintain and expand their market share. Therefore, effective marketing strategies are needed to reach consumers maximally and enhance purchasing decisions. The aim of this study is to examine and analyze how product quality, price perception, social media marketing, and online customer reviews influence purchasing decisions. The consumers of Jiniso fashion products are the subjects of this study. This research is quantitative and uses purposive sampling technique. The sample consists of 100 respondents, obtained through a Google Forms questionnaire. In this research, data testing techniques include validity testing with factor analysis based on KMO and loading factor values, as well as reliability testing with Cronbach's alpha analysis. Data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression tests, the coefficient of determination, F-test, and t-test. Data is processed using IBM SPSS 26 software. The research results indicate that product price perception, product quality, social media marketing, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Mutual funds and shares are investment elements that are more volatile compared to gold, but in the long term they are quite profitable elements. This can be seen during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russian-Ukrainian war crisis, and the bankruptcy of a large bank in America, this investment element still provides profits. The financial technology industry also provides various service applications on mobile phones or smartphones that make it easier for people to invest in mutual funds and shares. This research analyzes the determinants of Indonesian society's acceptance of stock mutual fund applications using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and adding two external variables, namely subjective norms and self-efficacy. This research uses Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to test the hypothesis. The results show that all TAM variables and subjective norms have an influence, but self-efficacy does not influence interest in using mutual fund and stock applications. In order to increase public acceptance of mutual fund and stock investment applications, and then interest in using them, service providers should improve the ease of operation and usefulness of their applications. Efforts should also be made to encourage people to recommend each other to invest through this application.

Abstract

Disability services are an obligation mandated by Indonesian Constitution to ensure equal access to public services for all citizens without exception, including for citizens who have physical, mental, intellectual and sensory limitations (disabled). However, in practice, the provision of disability-friendly public services is still not optimal, in terms of utilization and provision of existing facilities. It is this urgency that directs research towards the aim of knowing the factors that cause less optimal services for people with disabilities to formulate effective strategies in order to optimize services. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis. The analytical tool used to formulate effective strategies is SOAR analysis. SOAR Analysis is a development of SWOT Analysis which focuses on leveraging organizational strengths and opportunities to realize aspirations and results that are explored together to present more optimistic strategies, rather than focusing on weaknesses and threats. It is very much suitable for the organizational form of government agencies; those prioritize public trust. The results of the study show that factors causing the non-optimal disability services in Office of Yogyakarta City Library and Archives are facilities and infrastructures, human resources (HR), and policies. The strategy for optimizing DPK Yogyakarta City disability services consists SA Strategy (operating disabled service attendants), SR Strategy (development of voice book search feature and voice archive search feature), OA Strategy (installation of induction loop system in service areas, providing wheelchairs, educational film collections with sign language, adding PCs, media transfer tools, talking books, and also replacing damaged mobile fleets to re-function mobile library for Special Needs Schools), and OR Strategy (organizing Applied Literacy activities involving disabled and launching archival search services and special archive restoration services for disabled in near future).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana positioning brand Takoyaki Is Fum di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Atribut - atribut produk yang dijadikan sebagai variabel penelitian meliputi rasa, lokasi usaha, harga, pelayanan, kemasan, waktu tunggu, keramahan, tempat makan, kebersihan, dan kelengkapan produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui proses pengisian kuesioner. Instrumen telah diuji validasi dan reliabilitasnya dengan menggunakan SPSS. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang setidaknya pernah satu kali membeli takoyaki yang kemudian diambil sebagai sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan SPSS teknik Multidimensional Scalling (MDS). Peta persepsi menunjukan bahwa merek De’Takoyaki Pakuwon Mall memiliki keunggulan pada atribut tempat makan. Sedangkan pada merek Takoyaki Kurisupi dipandang tidak memiliki keunggulan pada atribut-atribut yang telah ditentukan. Disisi lain, merek Takoyaki Disini, Takoyaki Klebengan dan Takoyaki Peko-Peko dianggap sama - sama memiliki keunggulan di atribut harga. Selanjutnya untuk merek Takoyaki Is Fum dipandang memiliki keunggulan di beberapa aspek yaitu aspek rasa, lokasi, pelayanan, waktu tunggu, keramahan, kebersihan, kemasan dan kelengkapan produk jika dibandingkan dengan merek lainnya. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan atribut- atribut yang telah ditentukan, merek Takoyaki Is Fum paling banyak diminati dibanding dengan merek lainnya.

Abstract

Media sosial dewasa ini menjadi sebuah keharusan bagi segala aspek yang ada untuk meningkatkan nilai dan menjadi sebuah tolak ukur sebuah destinasi wisata dilirik dan menjadi tujuan dari para wisatawan yang datang ke suatu obyek wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran media sosial terhadap suatu obyek wisata, peran Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Bantul dalam mempromosikan destinasi wisata yang ada, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mempromosikan obyek wisata selain itu juga mengetahui strategi pengembangan obyek wisata air Lembah Oya Kedungjati. Beroperasi sejak bulan Mei 2024 obyek wisata Air Lembah Oya Kedungjati cukup mendatangkan minat dari wisatawan yang berkunjung, terlebih dengan adanya media sosial yang sudah digagas dan peran serta dari pemerintah kabupaten Bantul dalam mempromosikan obyek wisata tersebut. Terbukti dibulan Juli dan Agustus tingkat kunjungan wisatawan mencapai angka yang cukup maksimal. Selain itu untuk mengoptimalkan dalam pengembangan obyek wisata air Lembah Oya Kedungjati maka dilakukan analisa SWOT untuk mengetahui potensi yang masih mungkin bisa di tingkatkan dari obyek wisata air Lembah Oya Kedungjati

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the moderating impact of foreign ownership on the relationship between capital structure and financial performance on firm value. The relationship between capital structure and financial performance on firm value. The research subjects were 625 Fast - Moving Consumer Goods Business (FMCG) companies registered (on) the Indonesian Stock Exchange​ listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022. 2018 and 2022 were the research subjects. ​ The research sample of 25 companies was selected. through the use of purposive sampling. 25 companies were selected through the use of purposive sampling. For the analysis, financial reports obtained from www.idx.co.id were used as secondary data. Obtained from www.idx.co.id were used as secondary data. Linear regression analysis Multiple regression analysis is used in this research as a data analysis technique. capital, and financial performance all have a major impact on a company's value. Interestingly, it was found that foreign ownership, which functions as a moderating variable, amplifies the impact of capital structure and financial performance on firm.
