Abstract

Electronic learning system or better known as e-learning (electronic learning) is a learning program designed using web-based computer networks and the internet. The use of this system in Indonesian tertiary institutions continues to grow annually. One reason this system continues to evolve is that it is considered effective for distance learning and can help a wider area with more students. Besides, the system causes students and teachers not to use a protocol system that shows its rigid nature. Lectures run more flexibly by sticking to the final results already listed in the curriculum. To measure the level of success of a learning process evaluation is needed. One type of evaluation that can be used is authentic assessment. This assessment involves all the processes carried out in each lecture activity starting from the process, attitude, results. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results obtained were 86.21% of students actively involved in the lecturing process. For assignment grades, 31.03% of students received an Excellent grade (SB), 65.52% received a good grade (B). For the UTS score, the highest value obtained in the Good criteria (B) is 52.72%. The rest are in the Fair (C) and less (K) criteria. For UAS, the highest score depends on the Good criteria (B) 65.52%, while the rest depends on sufficient criteria and requires improvement. From the results of these data, it is evident that e-learning lectures require additional evaluations for each meeting, periodic checks, and fast responses to complaints expressed by students both related to teaching materials and those related to the system. Keywords: Authentic Assessment, Writing Scientific Papers, E-Learning

The research objectives are to 1) describe the results of research in the classroom using the investigation group learning model and 2) to describe student learning outcomes. The research method used is an experimental method with a type of non-equivalent control group. The results showed an increase in students with SPSS calculation results was 0.001, meaning that the resulting data was less than 0.05 significance. This means that the instructor writes negotiating texts using the group investigation model is considered successful. Keywords: Investigation Group, write negotiating text

Abstract

This research is entitled "Learning to Produce Negotiated Texts Using Project-Based Learning Methods in Class X Students of the 2019/2020 Academic Year". This research is motivated by learning to produce negotiation text in SMK. In general, not all students can produce negotiating texts. Only a few students can write negotiation texts, this is because students have different levels. Students find it very difficult to say what to write in producing a negotiating text. Therefore, students need production skills by grouping, making plans for completing project assignments and explaining material to produce negotiating texts by the teacher. The author formulates the following problems: 1) Is the project-based learning method effective in producing negotiating text for class X students? 2) Can project-based learning methods improve the ability of class X students in learning to produce negotiation texts? 3) Are there differences in students' learning abilities before and after using project-based learning methods in producing negotiating text in class X students? The method used in this research is the experimental method. The experimental method is used to determine the effectiveness of using project-based learning methods in learning to produce negotiating texts. The type of method used in this research is Quasi-Experimental (Quasi-Experimental) in the form of Nonequivalent control group design, where the effect or effect of a treatment is decided based on the differences in the results of the pretest and posttest on the experimental class and the control class. The research technique used in this research is a literature study, observation, and testing. The results of the difference in the mean value of the pretest and posttest proved an increase in the ability of the experimental class students by 78.55 in the initial test and the average score of the final test was 85.16 in producing negative texts. While the control class using the assignment method obtained an average score of 68.71 in the initial test and an average value of 71.61 in the final test. The data were processed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical test with the help of MINITAB 14 software. Based on the results of the study, there were differences in students' abilities before and after using the method, meaning that the project-based learning method was more effective than learning using the assignment method.

Abstract

There has been few research conducted on the vocabularies and terminology in Sundanese Language for “Pencak Silat” motion. Many variations of language terms appear in the motion of Pencak Silat. The study encopass the following material: silat motion vocabulary construction, morphemic processes contained in the vocabulary of pencak silat motion, reference meaning of silat motion and functions produced by silat motion. The research utilize the  Kridalaksana & Chaer theory to arrange the material, word class theory and  morphology. It also used Ramlan syntactic theory and semantics from Lehler theory in Pateda (2010). A qualitative method of study was used to describe the variables. Data collection was done through observation and interview. Distributional method of analysis was also utilized. The  study found terminology of Sundanese language in Pencak Silat character is unique, because the  vocabulary dose not have the same meaning as the dictionary. There is a similar vocabulary but different form and motion function, and the same motion form but different name. Research on the motion vocabulary in Pencak Silat is still very new and the research conducted is a pioneer. For future work further research from language elements or from outside the language, such as the philosophical movements of Pencak Silat is recommended.
