Jurnal Bahana Manajemen Pendidikan (JBMP) is a scientific journal in the field of Management and Education. This journal is published twice editions published a year. JBMP published by Educational Adminstration, Faculty of Educational Science at Padang State University collaboration with Ikatan Sarjana Administrasi Pendidikan (ISMAPI) , in print and online with (ISSN: 2614-6576, e-ISSN: 2614-6967 ). The aim of this journal is to publish articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments in the fields of educational management in all settings. The scope of this journal encompasses educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, human resource management, organizational communication, public relations, leadership, education, and teaching and learning.; Education (teaching, development, instruction, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana Hubungan Interpersonal Guru- guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru(KKG) di Gugus 2 Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu semua guru yang ada didalam gugus 2 SDN Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok sebanyak 48 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket model skala likers untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil dari penelitian Hubungan Interpersonal Guru-guru dalam Kelompok Kerja Guru(KKG) di Gugus 2 Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok berada pada kategori cukup tinggi.Kata kunci: hubungan interpersonal guru-guru

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the connection between leadership and work motivation of employee at Asisten Pemerintahan Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Barat. The population are 89 and the sample are 55 which taken using Cohcran formula. The instrument of this research is question with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using product moment correlation formula. The result of this research there are meaningful relationship between leadership and work motivation of employee Asisten Pemerintahan Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Barat.Key word: leadership  and work motivation of employee

Abstract

The purpose of this research is for getting information about teachers’s perception of the role school comitte as a controller at elementary school Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok. The population are 211 people and sample are 58 people, determined by using Arikuntos’s sampling technique.  Instrumen that used is questionnaire scale likert model. Data analysis by using the formula average. The results showed the overall the role of the school comitte as a controller at elementary school Kecamatan Bukit Sundi Kabupaten Solok  enough categories with an average score of 3.1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of e-report by teachers at High School (SMA) Negeri 1  Ampek Angkek, Agam. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were all teachers who served as civil servants totaling 70 people. While the sampling technique in this study uses a total sample with the number of samples equal to the population. The data collection technique is through questionnaires with Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the use of e-report by teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek, Agam can be said to be effective. This can be seen from the average score obtained per indicator which shows that the system quality indicator gets a score of 3.49 with a fairly effective category, the information quality indicator scores 3.74 with the effective category, the service quality indicator 3.79 with the category effective, usage satisfaction indicators get a score of 3.81 with effective categories, and profit indicators that get a score of 4.03 in the effective category. So the use of e-report by the teacher at SMA Negeri 1 of Ampek Angkek, Agam can be declared effective by getting an average score of 3.77.

Abstract

This article describes the perception of employees about built in control the district office of education at Tanah Datar. The samples are 46 employees who obtained using total sampling techniques. The research instrument used is questionnaire with Likert Scale models that have been tested its validity and reliability. The data were analyzed through average score. The result showed that: the leader”had enough (3,47) conducted built in controll in planning, had enough (3,49) conducted built in control in recording and reporting, and had enough (3,42) conducted built in controll in develpment of employees”. So the total results show that the leader at district office of education at Tanah Datar had enough (3,46) conducted built in controll. Keyword :controlling, development, leader

Abstract

 The purpose of this research was look information about the teacher perception about implementation of the principal’s leadership function on elementary school . This is a descriptive research. The population is 175teachers and research sample is 76teachers that taken by Slovin formula.The instrument of thisresearch was a questionnaire with Likert scale models that had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using the average (mean)formula. Abstract

This research aim to get information and data about work produktivity, motivation and the correlation motivation with  productivity work. Population are 45 people and sample are 32 people by using formulate Cochran with stratified random sampling technique. Instrument used a scale of Likert. The techhique of data analysis the statistically use correlation technique by assist program computer of SPSS 16.0 for windows. The result of research indicate that 1) Work productivity reside in good category 81,64 %. 2) Motivation reside in enough category 76,85%,  3) there was a significant correlation between motivation and work productivity equal to 0,490.

Abstract

The goal of this research are to see perception of FIP’s student 2011 about the central library’s service in UNP. The population is 1.540 employees that taken by proportional random  sampling.  The instrument  of  this research  is  question  with Likert scale modelsthat  had tested for validity and reliability. Data analyzed using mean score and performance level. The result of this research are the employee has doing the perception of FIP’s student about the central library’s service in Padang State University stay in good category.Key word : central library’s service
