Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh promosi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna Go-Food di Kecamatan Banjarmasin Selatan. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 100 responden dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan negatif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan, dengan nilai F-hitung 50,56 > F-tabel 3,09 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan (t-hitung 2,230 > t-tabel 1,985; sig. 0,028 < 0,05), begitu pula kualitas layanan (t-hitung 4,835 > t-tabel 1,985; sig. 0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian, promosi dan kualitas layanan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Go-Food di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Rubber downstreaming has become one of the key strategies to support Indonesia’s economic growth. However, the contribution of processed rubber exports remains relatively low compared to the country’s production capacity. This study aims to analyze the determinants of Indonesia’s processed rubber exports to seven main destination countries during the period 2001–2023. A quantitative approach with panel data analysis using the gravity model was employed. The independent variables examined include the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of importing countries, economic distance, exchange rate, import tariffs, and labor productivity in the rubber sector, while the dependent variable is the export value of processed rubber products. The results show that the GDP of importing countries and labor productivity have a positive and significant effect on exports, while economic distance has a negative and significant effect. The real exchange rate exhibits a negative but insignificant effect, whereas import tariffs unexpectedly show a positive and significant effect on Indonesia’s processed rubber exports. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.6624 indicates that 66.24% of the variation in exports can be explained by the variables included in the model. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing productivity, diversifying products, and optimizing trade policies to strengthen the global competitiveness of Indonesia’s processed rubber industry. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CEO narcissism on tax avoidance moderated by company size in real estate sector companies on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study is real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique, based on the established criteria, a sample of 20 samples was obtained. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of the company's Annual Report. The analysis methods used in this study are: Descriptive Statistics, Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Moderated Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Testing and Using the Eviews 12 Application. The results of this study indicate that CEO narcissism has no effect on tax avoidance, and company size is not able to moderate CEO narcissism on tax avoidance. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of managerial competence, audit committee, and leverage on earnings management in manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is quantitative research with an explanatory research approach. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling method with a total of 36 companies over three years of observation, resulting in a total of 108 data observations. The dependent variable in this study is earnings management, measured using the Modified Jones model, while the independent variables include managerial competence measured by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), the number of audit committee members, and leverage measured by the ratio of total debt to total assets. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that managerial competence and the audit committee have a positive and significant effect on earnings management. Meanwhile, leverage does not have a significant effect on earnings management. These findings imply that improving managerial competence and the effectiveness of the audit committee can influence earnings management practices in companies, while leverage levels are not always a key driving factor. Abstract

The concept of demand is one of the fundamental principles in microeconomics, explaining the relationship between the price of a good and the quantity demanded by consumers. From an Islamic perspective, the concept of demand is not solely based on rational economic considerations but is also influenced by moral, ethical, and Sharia (Islamic law) values. This study analyzes the microeconomic principles underlying the concept of demand from an Islamic viewpoint. Unlike conventional theory, which bases demand on price, income, and consumer preferences, Islamic economics emphasizes that demand is also guided by Sharia values such as halal-haram (permissibility), justice, public interest (maslahah), and moderation in consumption. This research employs a literature review method, examining both classical and contemporary sources, including the thoughts of al-Ghazali, Ibn Taymiyyah, al-Shatibi, M. Umer Chapra, and Adiwarman Karim, along with empirical studies on Muslim consumption behavior. The findings reveal that the Islamic concept of demand has a dual orientation: fulfilling material needs while preserving the objectives of maqasid al-shariah. Thus, demand in Islam is directed toward goods and services that are lawful, beneficial, and free from harm. The study concludes that the Islamic theory of demand offers a more ethical, just, and sustainable alternative to conventional theories, enriching the body of Islamic economic knowledge. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of marketing strategies and human resource management on the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Kerinci Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with data collected from UMKM actors in the region through surveys and interviews. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is employed to test the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that effective marketing strategies combined with well-managed human resources significantly improve UMKM performance, enhancing their market position and sustainability.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti faktor-faktor penentu pasokan uang di Indonesia dengan fokus pada suku bunga, inflasi, uang elektronik, dan Anjungan Tunai Mandiri (ATM) sebagai variabel kunci yang mempengaruhi dinamika moneter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana indikator moneter tradisional dan perkembangan pembayaran digital berkontribusi pada perubahan sirkulasi uang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data sekunder dan analisis regresi linier berganda, penelitian ini menghasilkan efek parsial dan simultan dari setiap variabel. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa uang elektronik memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap pasokan uang, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembayaran digital meningkatkan volume transaksi dan mendorong ekspansi moneter. Sebaliknya, suku bunga, inflasi, dan jumlah ATM tidak menunjukkan efek yang signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa saluran moneter konvensional menjadi kurang dominan seiring dengan pertumbuhan teknologi keuangan. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi bahwa pergeseran transaksi digital memainkan peran sentral dalam membentuk menuju pergerakan moneter saat ini di Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study analyse the influence of education level, average wages, employment opportunities, and economic growth on educated unemployment in West Sumatra from 2017 to 2023. The quantitative method used panel data combining time series and cross-sectional data of 19 districts/cities, analysed using a Fixed Effect regression model. Results indicate that all independent variables significantly affect educated unemployment jointly, with an R-squared of 96.82%. Partially, education level and employment opportunities have significant positive effects, while economic growth has a significant negative effect. Average wages have a positive but not significant effect. These findings indicate a mismatch between educational attainment and labor market needs in the region. The need for enhanced graduate skill development and policies that steer economic growth toward creating jobs suitable for educated workers. This study provides a basis for regional government policy recommendations to reduce educated unemployment and improve labor absorption in West Sumatra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, tingkat upah, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Bukittinggi, Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penyerapan tenaga kerja menjadi indikator penting dalam menilai kondisi ekonomi daerah, yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel makroekonomi. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder tahunan periode 2013–2023 yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Bank Indonesia, dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, tingkat upah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, sedangkan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,874. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kestabilan inflasi, kebijakan upah yang seimbang, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang inklusif berperan penting dalam meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kota Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jangka panjang dan jangka pendek keterbukaan perdagangan, inflasi, dan nilai tukar terhadap arus masuk Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) di Indonesia dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series dengan rentang waktu selama 48 tahun dari tahun 1978 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) dan uji kointegrasi ARDL Bounds Test untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan antara jangka panjang antara FDI dan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan kointegrasi antara FDI dan variabel yang mempengaruhinya. Dalam jangka panjang, inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap FDI. Sementara itu, keterbukaan perdagangan dan nilai tukar berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan. Dalam jangka pendek, FDI dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh FDI pada periode sebelumnya, keterbukaan perdagangan, inflasi, dan nilai tukar, dengan inflasi dan nilai tukar yang menunjukkan pengaruh negatif. Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya stabilitas ekonomi makro, khususnya pengendalian inflasi dan nilai tukar dalam menarik investasi asing langsung ke Indonesia
