Abstract

The gross motor development of a child is related to the ability to use whole body movements to express ideas and feelings and the skill to use hands to create or change things. This gross motor development includes specific physical abilities such as coordination, balance, skills, strength and flexibility. The research method used in this research is the book resech research method or book review and literature study with descriptive analysis. Research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with descriptive analysis. Research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with descriptive analysis. There are two things a child might do after observing a field trip; 1). trying to sharpen the impression of his observations so as to clarify the understanding of something, 2). trying to reproduce the things that were observed. Field trips can provide opportunities for young children to develop an interest in something. For example, to develop interest in animals, children can be invited to visit the zoo. As a provision for field trips, children should first be given information in class about several things that will be observed. Information obtained by children is input in further learning activities that will enrich the content of learning activities in class. This connection will clarify the concept he just got: 1). Students can witness firsthand the activities carried out at the site of the visit, 2). students gain stabilization of the theories they have learned in school with the application reality applied to the objects they visit, 3). students can experience the practical experience of a science that has been obtained at school, 4) with field trips various subjects studied at once and integral and not only limited to one subject, 5). can provide satisfaction, 6). can add to the experience of students, and the teacher has a good opportunity to explain an object clearly., 8). train students to be more open, objective and broad in their views of the outside world, and 9). Students can do physical movements so as to stimulate physical improvement in motor skills.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is an education that is held with the aim of facilitating the overall growth and development of children starting from the development of aspects of religious and moral values, physical-motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional, and art. All aspects of development are very important to be developed and are expected to develop in a balanced manner from one aspect to another. This shows the importance of efforts to develop children's potential, one of which is the development of creativity by using collage activities which will determine children's success in the future. The objectives of this study are: 1) To improve the process of planning daily activities through collage activities in an effort to increase the creativity of children in class A KB Al-Fatah, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency. 2) Improve the learning process through collage activities in an effort to increase children's creativity in class A KB Al-Fatah Sukahurip, Pangandaran District. 3) Increase children's creativity through collage activities in class A KB Al-Fatah Sukahurip, Pangandaran District. The method used is class action research method, according to Kurt Lewin's model, which has four stages, planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The data collection technique is done by using documentation technique and observation technique. Based on the results of the study, the observation of each teacher's performance and the development of creativity has increased, namely as follows: First, the teacher's performance in preparing RPPH in the first cycle the average score was 2.5, in the second cycle with an average score of 3.6. Both teacher performance in the learning process in the first cycle an average score of 3.8 and in the second cycle with an average score of 3.9. The three children's creativity abilities in the first cycle indicator 1 reached an average value of 1.8 = BW, in the second cycle indicator I reached an average value of 3.15 = BSH. In the first cycle indicator 2 with an average value of 2.09 = MB, in the second cycle indicator 2 with an average score of 3.08 = BSH. In cycle I, indicator 3 reaches an average score of 2.21 = MB, in cycle II indicator 3 the average score is 3.05 = BSH. Then in cycle I indicator 4 the average score obtained is 1.84 = BW, in cycle II indicator 4 the average score is 2.97 = MB.

Abstract

Early childhood is a child in the age range of 0-6 years who is experiencing growth and development so that proper stimulation is needed in order to grow and develop optimally. Cognitive development in early childhood is very important so that children are able to explore the world around them. Through cognitive development, the function of thinking can be used quickly and precisely in overcoming a problem in overcoming a problem. Through learning games, it will be fun and can be absorbed by the child optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning process using logico playing media in an effort to improve cognitive development of early childhood group B TPA Al-Falah, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency through Logico games. A game that uses a Logico board with question sheets. The research method used is classroom action research using a research model by Jhon Elliot. The research subjects were group B students (ages 4-5 years) for the 2019/2020 TPA Al-Falah TPA, Cijeungjing District, Ciamis Regency, totaling 10 children. In this classroom action research, the object of research is an effort to improve early childhood cognitive development through the game Logico in group B. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The instruments used were development assessment instruments, research instruments, observation. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in three cycles and each cycle had one meeting. The results of the study prove that playing Logico can improve early childhood cognitive development, as evidenced by seeing the results of calculations in every aspect of the observation that has increased in each cycle. The results of cognitive development at the pre-cycle play stage showed 32.5% while the first cycle increased by 42% in the second cycle it increased again to 55% while in the third cycle it increased to 75%. In the Logico game to improve early childhood cognitive development, a teacher is recommended to prepare things that support the implementation of the game such as interesting games according to the child's needs.

Abstract

In the all-digital era, gadgets are getting closer to children's lives. Children prefer to play alone with their gadgets than playing with their friends. This will reduce children's activities in group activities and it can hinder the development of children's cooperation abilities. One of the game media that can help stimulate the development of early childhood collaboration skills is the traditional gobak Sodor game, because in traditional games, the activity prioritizes children's collaboration in groups to achieve goals. The research method used was the Classroom Action Research method by Stephen Kemmis and Robin McTaggart model, while the data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The data collection instruments used were the daily learning implementation plan assessment instrument, teacher performance appraisal instrument and children's cooperation ability assessment instrument. The collected data were then analyzed using data selection techniques, data correction and data weighting. After analyzing the data, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) The ability of the teacher to compile the Daily Learning Implementation Plan through the traditional gobak Sodor game increased by 10%, in cycle I the results of the assessment reached a percentage of 80% with an average value of 79.70 while in the second cycle reaches a percentage of 90% with an average value of 90.00; 2) The teacher's ability to carry out learning with the traditional gobak Sodor game has increased by 9%, in the first cycle the assessment results reached 81% with an average value of 80.76, while in the second cycle it reached 90% with an average value of 90.15 ; 3) The ability of children's cooperation increases through the traditional gobak Sodor game as much as 15%, in the first cycle the assessment results reached 74% with an average value of 74.40, while in the second cycle it reached 89% with an average score of 89, 40. Based on the results In this research, it can be concluded that the use of the traditional gobak Sodor game can improve the ability of cooperation in group B children RA Miftahul Ulum I, Cipaku District, Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of fine motor skills of children. Children's ability to improve fine motor skills is still low. Less variety of teachers in providing learning. Teachers still use the lecture method. Still using LKA. The purpose of classroom action research is to improve children's fine motor development through painting using threads. To know the learning process. To assess the improvement of fine motor development outcomes in early childhood. The type of research conducted is classroom action research. A study that aims to improve the quality of learning in the classroom and improve the learning process carried out this research was carried out in Group A TK Alif Islamic Preschool Center Ciamis. The number of students is 5 people. 3 girls 2 boys. Research data through observation and interviews. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and documentation. The research was carried out in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. In cycle II, the children's fine motor skills increased.

Abstract

Early childhood education is very important considering the potential for intelligence and the basics of a person's behavior that is formed at the age of 0-6 years. This period is so important that an early age is often referred to as the golden age. One aspect of early childhood development is cognitive development, in which there is a child's ability to recognize numbers in mathematics. Learning mathematics for early childhood is one part of education. Andriyani (2016: 3) says that in everyday life, there is one area of ​​knowledge that humans use, namely mathematics which includes addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and solving and much more. The research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). According to Arikunto (2013: 145). Classroom action research (CAR) in general can be interpreted as an action research that is applied in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. This study uses the Jhon Elliot research model which is the development of the Khemmis & Mc Taggart model which is made more detailed at each level to make it easier for the action. Basically, the basic idea is the same, namely looking at the problem and then designing actions to solve the problem, implementing and monitoring and evaluating or reflecting and then further action will be taken if deemed necessary. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Bowling Arithmetic game can improve the cognitive development of early childhood group A. The researcher's cognitive development focuses on 3 (three) indicators that the researcher focuses on. From the data obtained by researchers in the above study, the development of numeracy through the Arithmetic Bowling game in Group A RA Al Khoeriyah before being given treatment illustrates that the average ability of pre-cycle children is in the category of children starting to develop as many as 7 children, meaning there are 87.5% and developing according to expectations there is 1 child means 12.5%. While the data obtained by researchers in the above study the development of numeracy through the Arithmetic Bowling game in Group A RA Al Khoeriyah before being given treatment illustrates that the average ability of children in cycle I is in the category of children starting to develop as many as 4 children, meaning there are 50% and developing according to hope there are 4 children means 50%.

Abstract

Based on the observations that have been made, this research is motivated by the low English language skills of early childhood in RA Al Hidayah, Dusun Sindangjaya, Cisontrol Village, Rancah District. The problem to be solved in this study is whether the motion and song method can improve English language skills in children of group B RA Al Hidayah, Dusun Sindangjaya, Cisontrol Village, Rancah District. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) using 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects were the children of group B RA Al Hidayah, Dusun Sindangjaya, Cisontrol Village, Rancah District, totaling 11 children, consisting of 9 boys and 2 girls. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation techniques, test techniques, documentation techniques and descriptive analysis. Based on the results of learning using motion and song methods to improve children's English skills in cycle 1, the success only reached 8 people (72.72%) of 11 children who were active in singing well, 4 people (36.36%) of 11 children who serious in singing well, and 4 people (36.36%) out of 11 children who memorized English vocabulary well. In cycle 2, each indicator that is considered to have increased quite well, there are 10 people (90.9%) of 11 children who are active in singing well, 8 people (72.72%) of 11 children who are serious in singing well, and 9 people (81.81%) from 11 children who memorized English vocabulary well. Based on the analysis in cycle 2, the expected value has been achieved. Researchers can conclude that the use of motion and song methods can improve the English skills of children in group B, RA Al Hidayah, Sindangjaya Hamlet, Cisontrol Village, Rancah District.

Abstract

MAN 1 Darussalam Ciamis is a favorite Madrasah Aliyah Negeri located in Ciamis, West Java. This madrasah has a unique learning program, namely the Intensive Science Class (ISC) learning program, which is the first flagship learning program established in Ciamis, West Java, this is solely implemented to improve the quality of existing students. This study examines problems related to the concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) in intensive science class (ISC) learning programs in improving the quality of its students, which prioritizes customer satisfaction services aka students of Intensive Science Class (ISC) learning programs. Theoretically this research is useful to contribute thinking to the development of concepts and theories that have been widely put forward before. While practically this research can be used as a development of pre-existing research that can then be applied by the head of intensive science class (ISC) learning program in activities related to quality management of Intensive Science Class (ISC) learning program. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with descriptive type, researchers analyze the words of data or redactions produced from various sources of research data. The data sources in this study are the head of the learning program, the class learning teacher, the tutorial learning teacher and the Intensive Science Class (ISC) student learning program. The results of this study show that in the urgency of the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach in developing the quality of students of intensive science class (ISC) learning programs is needed, because one of the concepts of Total Quality Management (TQM) is to implement customer satisfaction services. Then the implementation of the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach in the development of the quality of students of intensive science class (ISC) learning program is through 4 stages, namely planning (plan), implementation (do), learning / examination (study) and action (act). Then the results of the output and outcomes of the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach in the development of quality of students of intensive science class (ISC) learning programs that have produced graduates and achievements of quality and significant, while efforts to produce quality outcomes one of them by using intensive learning methods.

Abstract

In a family, parents play a major role in influencing children's development, especially the social development of early childhood in adjusting well according to their age and maturity. Every parent has a different parenting style. The parenting style of the child will affect the social development and personality of the child. Parenting patterns in early childhood include providing physical, mental, emotional, moral, and social stimulation that will encourage optimal child development. This study will discuss issues related to the impact of authoritarian parenting on the socio-emotional development of early childhood in Group A RA Attaqwa Padaringan. The purpose of this article is to examine the impact of authoritarian parenting on the socio-emotional development of early childhood group A (aged 4-5 years). The method in this research uses qualitative methods with the type of case study research. Case studies are one of the research strategies that seek in-depth information about the research to be studied. Case study research is characterized by limitation to one part, description, and findings based on empirical evidence and facts. Results and Discussion This study states that authoritarian parenting has a positive but not significant effect on the development of emotional social intelligence in early childhood at RA Attaqwa Padaringan.

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to determine the concept of mental education according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in the book Tarbiyah Aulad Fii Islam; (2) to determine the socio-emotional development of early childhood; and (3) to determine the mental relevance of early childhood social development. This study uses an approach, the method used is literature study, with data collection techniques with book analysis, documentation. What will then be discovered and understood is the concept of mental education in early childhood according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan in the book Tarbiyah Al Aulad Fii Al Islam. The results of this study, the concept of Early Childhood Mental Education according to Abdullah Nashih Ulwan are 1) Efforts or processes that can be carried out by parents and educators by freeing children from inferiority, cowardice, lack of feeling, jealousy, and anger. By educating children since they are able to think to be brave, honest, strong, feel perfect, enjoy doing good to others, able to control emotions, and have all the virtues of soul and character, with the aim of shaping the child's personality, perfecting it, and balancing it. ) Someone with high emotional intelligence tends to be a socially competent person. So it can be seen that emotional development has a major influence on children's social development 3) If Abdullah Nashih Ulwan's theory in the concept of children's education is applied and used today, the social emotional development of children will develop according to the stages. In addition, the relevance between the concept of mental education according to Abdulloh Nashih Ulwan and the social emotional development of children for the achievement of these developments depends on the factors that influence the development of children.
