The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis with 3 stages, namely the data reduction stage (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and the conclusion stage (verification). The results of the study indicate that extracurricular activities at MTs AR RAHMAN KAJU still need to be improved and maximized, such as involvement in extracurricular groups and working on assignments given by extracurricular coaches and assignments given by educators in the classroom. Where students have different characters, there are students who are easy to manage, there are also students who are difficult to manage, as some students like to be given assignments and complete without being asked, but some students don't like being given assignments and are always looking for reasons not to do it. And students who violate the rules in extracurricular activities are given educational sanctions, where character building through extracurricular activities still requires students to need help and direction from extracurricular coaches or educators. It can be understood that the role of extracurricular organizations at MTs AR RAHMAN KAJU is good but still needs to be improved or still needs to be fostered to get maximum results. students are always guided to get used to social behavior but the rules that have been set at school students still often violate them both in terms of clothing and cleanliness as for obstacles for parents in shaping children's social behavior, children are difficult to regulate and the influence of friends hang out with children too many activities in the school. outside with friends compared to study time such as playing more games and smoking cigarettes and the support given by parents to children's social behavior, namely always providing monitoring or supervision in the uss of social media.

Abstract

The mental health of men, particularly fathers, plays a crucial role in shaping family dynamics and the success of children's education. This study examines three main aspects: (1) the changing role of fathers in the family and children's education; (2) the concepts and factors influencing men's mental health; and (3) the impact of fathers' mental health on family harmony and children's educational development. The results indicate that a father's role extends beyond breadwinning to providing care, emotional support, and involvement in children's learning. Fathers' mental health is influenced by various factors, such as economic pressure, patriarchal culture, social demands, and the burden of family responsibilities. These factors can impact fathers' emotional stability, which in turn affects the quality of family relationships. Furthermore, fathers' mental health significantly influences children's cognitive, social, and emotional development and determines the level of family harmony. Therefore, fathers' mental health is a fundamental element in creating a harmonious, supportive, and conducive family environment for optimizing children's education. This study emphasizes the importance of holistic strategies and cross-sectoral support to maintain family mental health, particularly for men as one of the main pillars of the family system.

Abstract

This paper discusses the analysis of the implementation of the role of the driving teacher in the education environment in Mandailing Natal. The findings indicate that through the driving teacher, creative, adaptive, and innovative learning processes, especially in the field of technology, have begun to develop. Through the implementation of the driving teacher program, teachers experience a learning system that focuses on students, thus developing individual student achievement rather than learning material. Furthermore, in the implementation of learning, driving teachers will be more innovative in more engaging learning methods and media in the classroom and adapt more and develop skills in the field of technology. In addition to the focus of driving teachers on self-development, they also focus on providing change and movement to non-driving teachers. However, these efforts often encounter obstacles because many non-driving teachers are still reluctant to change from habits that have been implemented in the learning experience. The findings also obtained most of the suggestions put forward by informants for the sustainability of the driving teacher program even though the minister has changed and the ideas are also different.

Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers' perceptions regarding the implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) through digital gamification to enhance student engagement. Specifically, it examines teachers' views on the effects and challenges of applying digital gamification-based PBL to improve student activity. The research employs a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design. Findings indicate that teachers generally hold positive perceptions of integrating PBL with digital gamification. Teachers report that gamification makes learning more engaging and fosters active participation, including questioning, discussion, and opinion expression. Additionally, teachers observe increased enthusiasm, collaboration, and student independence in problem-solving. However, the study also identifies challenges such as limited internet access and devices, varying levels of teachers' digital proficiency, and the need for professional development to design effective digital gamification-based PBL scenarios. Factors supporting successful implementation include adequate school facilities, teacher creativity, and student motivation. Overall, the study concludes that digital gamification-based PBL has the potential to enhance student activity, although its effectiveness depends significantly on technological readiness, institutional support, and teacher pedagogical competence

Abstract

The low interest of students in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI), especially in the indicator of "preferring statements", is an important concern in the world of education today. Minimal interaction with the material, limited variety of learning activities, and the dominant use of conventional methods that are one-way are the main factors in the low enthusiasm for learning of students. This study aims to determine the effect of the Auditor Intellectually Repetition (AIR) learning model on students' interest in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. The AIR model emphasizes three main aspects, namely Auditory (listening), Intellectually (thinking), and Repetition (repetition) which are designed to encourage active and enjoyable student involvement. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method and a post-test only control group design. The research sample was selected through simple random sampling, consisting of two classes: the experimental class (VII 3) which received the AIR model treatment and the control class (VII 5) with conventional learning. The research instrument was a non-test questionnaire with a Likert scale on the indicator of "preferring statements". Data were analyzed using a pooled variance t-test after meeting normality and homogeneity requirements. The results showed a significant effect of the AIR model with a significance value of 0.000, indicating that this model was effective in increasing interest in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI).
