Abstract

Character is an inner trai that affeets thought, behavior, refinement and traits the humans or other living creatures possess. Character degradation or demoralization is carrenty experienced by Indonesia, this is marked by the increasing the number of criminal acts and various social deviations that infect alllcircle, both the younger and older generation. According to nashikah cited in moh.khaerul anwar that early character education in children in the first step in forming child’s character so it’s needed early education. When character education can be implemented systematically and sustainably, it’s hoped that the moral crisis that occurs in this country can be resouled and it’s expected to be able to give birte a next generation as a generation that has high moral or strong character as aspired by Indonesia netion.the type of research by researcher is qualitative research, which is a study aimed at describius and analizing phenomena events, social activities, attitudes, belief, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and group. The research approach used in this research is management approach. Management approach is a science that studies about the process of institution managing and organizational institution by involviry potential sources both human and non human to achieve desired goals. Data used in this researeh are; primary data is the type of data obtained and extracted from the source directly, the main source (school residents). Secoundary data is data that has been obtained or collected by researcher, wheather from books, journals, chart tables and others. Technique of collecting data, interview is widely used in qualitative research. And even can be said to be the main technigve of collencting data, observation is daily human activity in using five senses eyes as main tool help than other five senses susch as ears, nose, mouth and skin. Analizing data in this research refers to qualitative analisys, which is data reduction, data display and conclusid.

Abstract

This study is intended to describe the management of co-curricular activities in growing the religious character of students at MTs Amir Al-Jannah Bajoe. The specific purpose of this study is to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of co-curricular activities in fostering religious character. This type of research is based on a qualitative approach. The location or setting of this research is MTs Amir Al-Jannah Bajoe. Sources of research data are school principals, teachers in charge of curriculum and students. Data collection techniques, observation, interviews and documents. The results of the study, Management of co-curricular activities in fostering religious character, related to planning, implementation, and evaluation. Careful planning of co-curricular activities can make it easier for each activity that has been mutually agreed upon by the principal, teachers, student coaches, in carrying out co-curricular activities. The implementation of co-curricular activities can be done by focusing more on the religious character of students because they are considered important. co-curricular evaluation is based on knowing how high the level of success of the planned activities for future decision making is.

Abstract

Application of the Discovery Learning Learning Model in Improving Mastery of Islamic Religious Education Materials for Class III at SD Islam Terpadu Asshiddiq Bone: First, Application of Learning Models in Improving Mastery of Islamic Education Materials, namely students who are less active can follow active students or form groups to solve problems. a problem together and can master the lessons in school, when well planned, learning models make learning more efficient, as well as with a variety of models taught to students so that students feel more comfortable when learning, and feedback occurs between students. And PAI teachers have implemented the Discovery Learning learning model so that all students can learn actively. Second, the Contribution of the Application of the Discovery Learning Learning Model in Improving Mastery of Islamic Education Materials for Third Grade Students at Asshiddiq Bone Islamic Elementary School has been running as expected, namely all students are actively involved in the learning process so that the classroom atmosphere becomes dynamic. And through the Discovery Learning Learning Model (discovery) providing teaching in learning, supervising or supervising student learning activities and habituation guidance for students to make discoveries so that they can make a positive contribution to students' abilities and achievements to build students' self-confidence both in terms of attitudes, knowledge and skills. skills. Third, the obstacles and solutions in implementing the Discovery Learning Learning Model (discovery) in Improving Mastery of Islamic Studies Materials for Third Students at the Asshiddiq Bone Islamic Elementary School, namely students with different characters, namely the character of students who are far from the average level and student competence. for example, in understanding the material given by the PAI teacher, and the imbalance between the number of students in one class and the media supply so that the conditioning of the class is difficult to control.

Abstract

The creation of a conducive school climate is believed to be closely related to the leadership of the principal. One of them is transformational leadership, but there are things that make the application of the principal's transformational leadership style at SMPN 2 Barebbo not maximized, namely because there is still a lack of direct communication given by the principal to the teacher so that the teacher feels that there is a lack of attention from the principal. The purpose of this research is to find out the form of implementing transformational leadership of the principal and find out the solutions that hinder the creation of a conducive school climate at SMPN 2 Barebbo by interviewing the principal and vice principal of public relations as well as student affairs. the method used in this research is a field research method with a qualitative approach aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually and in groups. while the results of this study indicate that the principal in overcoming the inhibiting factors for the creation of a conducive school climate by implementing transformational leadership at SMPN 2 Barebbo has been going well, this can be seen from how the principal tries and seeks to improve the quality of the school following the times with ideas which is able to motivate and grow the spirit of the school community and invites the school community to intervene and participate optimally in terms of developing school quality.

Abstract

This research is entitled about the managerial competence of madrasah principals in improving teacher performance at MTSN 1 Bone. The study was motivated by the important role of madrasah principals in improving teacher performance, implementing school quality as well as improving the quality of learning, because the movements of a school organization are controlled by a madrasah principal. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis, that qualitative research was carried out by collecting data in a reasonable condition. This research theoretically is able to contribute to the development of education management science, practically as information material in implementing the leadership management of madrasah principals in improving teacher performance. The results of this study indicate that in the context of managerial competence, the head of the MTSN 1 Bone madrasa is able to develop plans in order to improve teacher performance and develop the organization according to needs, the head of the madrasa creates a conducive climate to provide advice to teachers and employees and provide encouragement to teachers, has the right strategy to improve the performance of education staff teachers in madrasas in its implementation, researchers go directly to the field and try to collect complete data in accordance with problems related to implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Save Street Children Sidoarjo (SSCS) in accelerating the Leave No One Behind Slogan through the street child empowerment program in Sidoarjo. Different from previous research, this study integrates the Leave No One Behind slogan within the framework of human development as a key conceptual approach. The research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach, as well as data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation. The results of the study show that SSCS actually implements the Leave No One Behind slogan by providing access to education and skills training for street children. These programs not only focus on meeting basic needs, but also encourage individual capacity building within the framework of human development. These findings confirm that the role of SSCS is aligned with the commitment to inclusive and sustainable development.

Abstract

Education is all a learning experience that students get through with all environments and lifelong. To achieve the goals, National Education seeks to improve and update the education system in Indonesia, namely in the form of curriculum renewal, teacher arrangement, increases in education management, as well as the development of education facilities and infrastructure. By this renewal, it is expected to produce creative humans that are in accordance with the demands of the era, which in the end quality of education in Indonesia increased. The quality of education can be interpreted how far away goods and services can provide satisfaction to customers according to or exceed customer expectations. The quality factors referred to are human resources in MA Ar-Raihan Lattekko which includes principals, teachers and students, based on the above factors, the school development is very prioritizing increasing the quality of education teachers, namely increasing school teachers through academic and professional education, develops sustainablely in accordance with the vision and quality of the implementation program at the existing schools. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this research indicate that MA Ar-Raihan Lattekko has implemented the functions of Education and quality management in MA Ar-Raihan Lattekko has been good enough even though there is still a better increase in the future.

Abstract

The role of classroom management is needed in overcoming students' learning problems. The ability of teachers to manage the classroom is very important because the implementation of classroom management can affect student learning progress. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The application of classroom management principles in the teaching and learning process includes being warm and enthusiastic, providing challenges, being flexible, emphasizing on the positive and instilling a disciplined attitude. The problems faced by students in learning are lack of concentration, motivation, understanding of lessons and lack of mental ability, lack of facilities at school. The contribution of class management in overcoming the problems of student learning diversity is that teachers and students cooperate with each other in managing the class, class management has a role in achieving the success of teachers in overcoming the problems that occur.

Abstract

The need for information today is increasingly urgent in line with the currents of globalization that occur in all parts of the world. Implementation of a management information system based on information and communication technology is an absolute necessity and can provide a competitive advantage so that it becomes a high priority. In line with the development of science and technology, the demands of providing fast information are also increasing. The results of this study indicate that (1) a management information system can assist the administration of students in SMP Negeri 7 Watampone which is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure and human resources that support administrative services (2) factors that support management information systems in Supporting student administration services is adequate school ICT equipment facilities, while the inhibiting factors are the down cycle and database maintenance (system renewal) during the data collection process. The implication of this research is that education personnel are expected to be required to be able to develop information systems to improve educational services by utilizing adequate technological innovations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: Supervision of  Madrasah Heads at MTs Baytul Mukarromah, Work Productivity of Teachers at MTs Baytul Mukarromah, Implementation of Supervision of Madrasah Heads in Increasing Teacher Work Productivity at MTs Baytul Mukarromah. To obtain data from these problems, the author uses qualitative field research methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the supervision of the head of the madrasah at MTs Baytul Mukarromah is good. This is in accordance with the analysis of interview data that the existence of supervision in madrassas is good and very meaningful because it has an important role so that the madrassas can be monotonous. And the productivity of the teacher's work, each teacher in the field of study understands exactly what we have to do, sometimes how to understand that I am not just walking in the place, which means that there must be improvements and improvements to achieve the so-called educational goals themselves. As well as the method used in supervising the teacher's work by making observations.
