Abstract

This study aims to produce instruments for evaluating student character based on valid and reliable teaching evaluating the character of students of SMP Negeri 2 Kaliangkrik, Magelang Regency, and to find out what are the indicators in measuring student character based on the teaching of Nang (win) in State Junior High School 2 Kaliangkrik. The research design used is Research and Development with Borg and Gall models. The stages are research and information gathering, planning, initial product development, initial field testing, product revision, field testing, operational product revision, operational field testing, final product revision, and dissemination and implementation. The research subjects were 273 students of SMP Negeri 2 Kaliangkrik. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaire research and instruments produced were questionnaire sheets. The assessment instruments that have been developed are validated by the expert and revised according to the advice of the expert. The data analysis technique used in this study is the validity test using factor analysis and reliability testing. The results of this study are arranged as a valid and reliable character evaluation instrument (win). Based on the development of the Nang character assessment instrument for students at Kaliangkrik State Junior High School 2 Kaliangkrik Magelang, what has been done has obtained a standardized instrument to measure the value of the character and ( win) with 11 indicators, namely (1) Not Easy Emotions and self-introspection (2) Increasing friends and study hard (3) Always tolerant. (4) Arrogant and humble (5) See things positively and dare to apologize and forgive (6) Be optimistic in all situations (7) Sportive (8) Do not Procrastinate and believe in yourself (9) No demeaning others and never give up (10) Always think clearly. (11) Appreciating Achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi guru produktif, prestasi prakerin dan intensitas les USK terhadap uji kompetensi siswa kelas XII AKL SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian130 siswa dan sekaligus sebagai sampel. Menggunakan metode angket/kuisioner. Uji Prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji linearitas dan multikolinearitas. Analisa data disajikan dalam analisis deskriptif, uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan kompetensi guru produktif, prestasi prakerin dan intensitas les USK terhadap terhadap hasil uji kompetensi pada siswa kelas XII AKL SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama. Kompetensi Guru Produktif terhadap uji kompetensi siswa memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 26,20% dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 47,10%. Prestasi Prakerin terhadap uji kompetensi siswa sumbangan efektif sebesar 14,70% dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 26,50%. Intensitas Les USK terhadap uji kompetensi siswa sumbangan efektif sebesar 14,70% dan sumbangan relatif sebesar 26,40%. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan sangat signifikan kompetensi guru produktif, prestasi prakerin dan intensitas les USK secara bersama terhadap uji kompetensi siswa SMK, sumbangan efektif sebesar 55,70%.   Student competency test: Productive teacher competence, internship achievement, and tutoring intensity contribute?   Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of productive teacher competence, internship performance, and USK tutoring intensity on the competency test of class XII AKL students of SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo in the academic year 2019/2020. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach. The study population was 130 students, as well as a sample. Using a questionnaire/questionnaire method. The prerequisite analysis test used linearity and multicollinearity tests. Data analysis is presented in descriptive analysis; hypothesis testing is carried out by simple and multiple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and very significant influence on the competence of productive teachers, internship performance, and the intensity of USK lessons on the results of competency tests in class XII AKL students at SMK YPE Sawunggalih Kutoarjo Academic Year 2019/2020 both individually and collectively. Productive Teacher Competence on student competency tests made an effective contribution of 26.20% and a relative contribution of 47.10%. The internship achievement towards the student competency test was an effective contribution of 14.70% and a relative contribution of 26.50%. The intensity of USK tutoring on student competency tests was an effective contribution of 14.70% and a relative contribution of 26.40%. There is a positive and very significant influence on productive teacher competence, internship performance, and the intensity of USK lessons together on the competency test of vocational students; the effective contribution is 55.70%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian dan pengembangan (RnD) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Dan Kesehatan (PJOK) materi pembelajaran bulutangkis berbasis aplikasi Articulate Storyline yang dapat digunakan dengan mudah secara Mobile menggunakan Smarphone Android. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan ADDIE Model. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa MTsN 6 Blitar. Penentuan subjek dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Random Sampling. Hasil validasi ahli media didapatkan hasil 91.7% dan dari ahli materi didapatkan hasil sebesar 93.3%. Kemudian dalam tahap Small Group Trial mendapatkan hasil 82% dengan kategori baik, lalu dalam tahap Field Test mendapatkan hasil 88% dengan kategori sangat layak. Dengan hasil dari beberapa tahapan validasi ahli, Small Group Trial, Field Test lebih dari 80% maka dapat disimpulkan jika penelitian pengembangan ini merupakan produk baru dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran di MTsN 6 Blitar, berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa aplikasi Badminton Lessons ini dapat digunakan dengan kategori sangat baik.   Development of badminton lessons application learning media for madrasah tsanawiyah students.   Abstract: This research is included in research and development (RnD), which aims to develop learning media for Physical Education Sport and Health (PJOK) badminton learning materials based on the Articulate Storyline application, which can be used easily on mobile using an Android smartphone. The research method used is the ADDIE Model. The subjects in this study were students of MTsN 6 Blitar. Determination of subjects in this study using a purposive random sampling method. The validation results of media experts obtained results of 91.7%, and material experts obtained results of 93.3%. Then in the Small Group Trial stage, it gets 82% results in a good category, then in the Field Test stage, it gets 88% results in a very decent category. With the results of several stages of expert validation, Small Group Trial, Field Test of more than 80%, it can be concluded that this development research is a new product in the development of learning media at MTsN 6 Blitar, based on these results it can be stated that the Badminton Lessons application can be used very good category.

Abstract

Kebijakan wajib belajar duabelas tahun pada Kabupaten Bogor yang belum dapat terealisasi, membutuhkan amatan dan analisa mendalam untuk mengetahui penyebbnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dapat memetakan kondisi akses pendidikan secara umum di Kabupaten Bogor, mengetahui kebijakan apa saja yang dibuat pemda Kabupaten Bogor dalam mengimplementasikan wajar 12 tahun, mengetahui daya dukung pemangku kepentingan, fasilitas pendidikan bagi kaum marjinal (ABK), dan mengurai relasi kuasa antar pemerintahan dalam manajemen pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan melalui studi kasus dengan teknik indepth interview dan diskusi terpumpun (FGD). Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data geografis wilayah Kab. Bogor, jumlah penduduk, jumlah peserta didik, angka putus sekolah, jumlah peserta didik difabel (ABK), akses pendidikan, daya jangkau siswa ke sekolah, transportasi umum, pengembangan kebijakan pemerintah, pembiayaan dan daya dukung infrastruktur serta suprastruktur, relasi kuasa pemangku kepentingan. Hasil penelitian realita yang ada di Kabupaten Bogor, Kesadaran orangtua dan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan rendah, akses pendidikan yang tidak merata disetiap wilayah, kultur dan buaya yang belum bersahabat dengan teknologi digital, dan terputusnya koordinasi manajerial dan administrasi dari pemerintah daerah kabupaten dengan pemerintah provinsi menjadikan wajib belajar 12 tahun belum tercapai.   Compulsory education for 12 years in reality in the Bogor District area   Abstract: The purpose of this research is to map the condition of access to education in general in Bogor district, find out what policies the Bogor district government has made in implementing the 12-year fair, find out the carrying capacity of stakeholders, educational facilities for marginalized people (ABK), and unravel the power relations between governance in education management. The method used is case studies with in-depth interviews and focus discussion (FGD) techniques. The data collected is in the form of geographical data for the district. Bogor, population, number of students, dropout rate, number of students with disabilities (ABK), access to education, student access to schools, public transportation, government policy development, financing and carrying capacity of infrastructure and superstructure, stakeholder power relations. The results of reality research in Bogor district, parents' and society's awareness of education is low, access to education is not evenly distributed in every region, culture and tradition make not familiar with digital technology, and the disconnection of managerial and administrative coordination from the district regional government with the provincial government makes it mandatory 12 years of learning has not been achieved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui bagaimana guru melakukan penilaian sikap peduli lingkungan, (2) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian sikap peduli lingkungan yang layak dan baku pada siswa  kelas V, dan (3) mengetahui kategori sikap peduli lingkungan siswa kelas V. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Lokasi penelitian berada di Gugus Diponegoro Kecamatan Candimulyo yang terdiri dari 8 SD. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD kelas lima. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan angket. Tehnik analisis data untuk menguji validitas menggunakan korelasi Exploratory factor Analisis (EFA), analisis hasil pengisian lembar angket dengan mengambil hasil dari anti image correlation, pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis faktor, dan statistik deskriptif, menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) guru melakukan penilaian sikap peduli lingkungan pada siswa kelas V SD dengan cara pengamatan langsung tanpa menggunakan instrumen baku, (2) terbentuk instrumen penilaian sikap peduli lingkungan siswa SD  kelas V yang layak dan baku sebanyak 23 butir terdiri dari 12 butir pernyataan valensi dan 11 butir faktual, koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0,732 dan KMO MSA sebesar 0,727, dan (3) siswa yang memiliki sikap peduli lingkungan kategori tinggi 15% (24 siswa), kategori sedang 69,375% (111 siswa) dan kategori rendah 15,625% (25 siswa). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa sikap peduli lingkungan siswa SD kelas V di Gugus Diponegoro berada pada kategori sedang.   Development of an instrument for assessing elementary school students' environmental awareness   Abstract: This study aims to (1) find out how teachers evaluate environmental care attitudes in fifth-grade elementary school students, (2) develop appropriate and standard environmental care attitude assessment instruments for fifth-grade students, and (3) determine the environmental care attitude category for fifth-grade students. This type of research is research and development. The research location is in the Diponegoro Cluster, Candimulyo District, which consists of 8 elementary schools. The research subject is a fifth-grade elementary school student. The data collection technique used is using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques to test the validity of using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) correlation, analysis of the results of filling out the questionnaire by taking the result of the anti-image correlation, testing validity and reliability, factor analysis, and descriptive statistics using SPSS 22.0. The result of the study shows that (1) the teacher assesses the attitude of caring for the environment in fifth-grade elementary school students by direct observation without using the standard instrument, (2) an instrument for assessing environmental care attitudes of fifth-grade elementary school students that is appropriate and standard is formed as many as 23 items consisting of 12 valence statements and 11 factual items, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.732 and KMO MSA of 0.727, and 3) students who have environmental care attitude in high category 15% ( 24 students), medium category 69.375% ( 111 students ), and low category 15.625% ( 25 students ). So it can be concluded that the environmental care attitude of fifth-grade elementary school students in the Diponegoro Cluster is in the medium category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keberasilan penerapan virtual reality Sifoga pada aspek respon atau reaksi, aspek learning atau proses pembelajaran, aspek behavior atau hasil aspek result atau dampak dan kendala yang dijumpai dalam penerapan media virtual reality Sifoga dan bagaimana mengatasinya. Hasil evaluasi mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) reaksi peserta didik menunjukkan ketertarikan, senang dan gembira memanfaatan media virtual reality Sifoga berada pada kriteria sangat berhasil (100%); (2) proses belajar peserta didik melalui pemanfaatan media virtual reality Sifoga menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada kriteria sangat berhasil (79%); (3) perilaku peserta didik menunjukkan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan media virtual reality Sifoga pada kriteria berhasil 80%; (4) dampak pemanfaatan media virtual reality Sifoga pada peserta didik menunjukkan keterlaksanaan belajar mereka pada kriteria berhasil karena diatas 90%; dan (5) penerapan pemanfaatan media virtual reality, baik dari sisi sumber daya manusia pendidik, sarana prasarana, maupun dana yang tersedia secara umum tidak mengalami kendala.   Evaluation of the successful implementation of Sifoga virtual reality media (Focus and Motion Simulation)   Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the success of the application of virtual reality Sifoga on aspects of response or reaction, aspects of the learning or the learning process, aspects of behavior or the results of aspects of results or impacts, and the obstacles encountered in the application of virtual reality media Sifoga and how to overcome them. The results of the evaluation revealed that: (1) the reactions of the students showed interest, pleasure, and joy in using the Sifoga virtual reality media, which were in the very successful criteria (100%); (2) the learning process of students through the use of Sifoga virtual reality media shows the implementation of learning on the very successful criteria (79%); (3) the behavior of students shows the implementation of learning with virtual reality Sifoga media on the 80% success criteria; (4) the impact of using virtual reality Sifoga media on students shows the implementation of their learning on the criteria of success because it is above 90%; and (5) the application of the use of virtual reality media, both in terms of educator human resources, infrastructure, and generally available funds does not experience obstacles.

Abstract

The goals of this study were: (1) to find out how teachers evaluate the critical attitudes of junior high school students toward information on social media; (2) to find out how a proper and standardized instrument for measuring the critical attitudes of junior high school students toward information on social media is made; and (3) to find out the criticality value of junior high school students after being measured using a valid and reliable instrument. This research is a type of research and development (R&D), and it uses the 10 steps of Djemari Mardapi's affective instrument development procedure. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be made: (1) Teachers haven't been using proper and standard tools to measure students' critical attitudes so far. (2) The critical attitude instrument for junior high school students was made by putting together a hypothetical model with five indicators, having an expert validate it, giving it a readability test, and doing a lot of testing with 48 valid instruments (MSA > 0.5) with a reliability of 0.800 and a lot of testing with 38 valid instruments (MSA > 0.5) with a reliability of 0.813. (3) The results of measuring the critical attitudes of 32 students at Sentolo 4 Junior High School (SMP Negeri 4 Sentolo) obtained the following results: very high critical attitude values of 15.63%, high critical attitude values of 28.13%, low critical attitude values of 37.50%, and very low critical attitude values of 18.75%. The results of these tests show that most junior high school students are still not very critical.

Abstract

Using games in an English class can enhance the student’s learning process. It offers an environment where the students can practice using new words and express themselves freely. This study aims to measure the effect of the traditional game the Konjo community “Äk’ Bombo-Bombo” in improving the student’s vocabulary mastery. The game is one of the popular traditional games in rural areas of the Kajang sub-district. Therefore, it is proper to be applied for students of elementary 115 in Tana Toa Village, Kajang. The study conducted a pre-experimental method with one group pre-test and post-test design. Independent and dependent variables were determined as the traditional game of Ak Bombo Bombo and the student’s English vocabulary development scores, respectively. There were 20 students in sixth grade in elementary school as the samples, which were chosen by using the total sampling technique. The results of this study showed that the student's mean post-test score (3.10) was higher than the pre-test score (3.05). Statistical tests also show that the value of the t-test, pre-test, and post-test is less than the alpha value (0.000 < 0.05). It can be concluded that the traditional game Ak Bombo-Bombo increased the student’s English vocabulary significantly in a positive way.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a contextual-based module on thematic learning in elementary schools. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods. This study uses a modified 4D model development research method, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire or questionnaire given to material expert validators and media expert validators to see the validity of the product and student response questionnaires. The research involved 11 students in the trial. The results of this study are a product in the form of a contextual-based module in the thematic learning of class VI SD with the results of a feasibility assessment from a material expert after validating an average score of 3.45 with a percentage of 86.31% with valid criteria and from media, experts obtained an average score of 3.45. the average score is 3.60 with a percentage of 90.02% with very valid criteria. The results of the practicality assessment by students in small group trials with 11 students as subjects obtained an average score of 19.94 with a percentage of 82.82% with appropriate criteria; the resulting module product has met the valid and feasible criteria. Therefore, this module is feasible to use.
