Indonesia saat ini sedang dalam ujian terbesar sepanjang sejarah, hampir semua wilayah tak luput dari paparan penyebaran virus hingga akhir 5 Mei 2020 tercatat 12.071 pasien positif, korban meninggal 872 jiwa, 2.197 pasien dapat sembuh, dan jumlahnya terus berubah. Sesaat pandemi Covid-19 persebarannya kian meluas, pemerintah melalui Kemendikbud melakukan kewajiban melakukan proses belajar dari rumah, sehingga paradigm sistem pembelajaran daring secara mandiri berbasis e-learning menjadi satu kebijakan bagi semua penyelenggara Pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk; (1) menjabarkan sistem pembelajaran mandiri berbasis e-learning pada Program Vokasional di masa Pandemi Covid-19. (2) Menjabarkan bagaimana mengimplementasikan sistem pembelajaran mandiri berbasis e-learning sebagai solusi pragmatis program vikasional di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Fenomenologi. Data dihimpun dari berbagai peristiwa, data partisipan, temuan lapangan, literasi, proses koding, analisis dan representasi, kriteria kepercayaan dan keaslian, dan refleksi peneliti dengan beberapa perspektif.  Sumber data yang diperoleh dari berbagai akses baik dari data pengalaman langsung kegiatan e-learning selama hampir satu bulan ini, arikel jurnal, media masa dan media online resmi satgas penanggulangan Covid-19 serta referensi lainnya yang dianalisis dan direfleksikan dalam proses refleksi data. Temuan hasil temuan yang dapat dipaparkan pada artikel ini antara lain: (1) Penerapan sistem pembelajaran mandiri berbasis e-learning pada Program Vokasional sebagai solusi pragmatis di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Terbukti bahwa program vokasi dapat dilaksanakan proses pembelaran daring secara mandiri tanpa menemukan hambatan yang berarti. (2) Implementasi e-learning system sebagai solusi pragmatis program vikasional di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Menurunkan kebijakan Kemendikbud tentang blajar di rumah merupakan kebijakan public yang sangat pragmatis dan mudah disesuaikan sesuai kebutuhan materi pembelajaran. Dampak sosiologis lain bahwa mahasiswa lebih diberikan keleluasaan mengelola materi praktikum secara reatif dann mandiri. ABSTRACTIndonesia is currently in the biggest test in history, almost all regions did not escape from exposure to the spread of the virus until the end of May 5, 2020 recorded 12,071 positive patients, 872 fatalities, 2,197 patients can recover, and the number continues to change. As the Covid-19 pandemic spreads, the government through the Ministry of Education and Culture has an obligation to carry out the learning process from home, so that the paradigm of an independent online learning system based on e-learning becomes policy for all education providers in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to; (1) describes the e-learning-based independent learning system in the Vocational Program during the Covid-19 Pandemic. (2) Describes how to implement an independent learning system based on e-learning as a pragmatic solution to the vocational program during the Covid-19 Pandemic.This type of research is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Data collected from various events, participant data, field findings, literacy, the coding process, analysis and representation, criteria for trust and authenticity, and reflection of researchers with several perspectives. Sources of data obtained from various access both from the data of direct experience of e-learning activities for almost a month, journal articles, mass media and online media official Covid-19 countermeasures and other references are analyzed and reflected in the data reflection process.The findings that can be presented in this article include: (1) The application of an independent learning system based on e-learning in the Vocational Program as a pragmatic solution during the Covid-19 Pandemic. It is proven that the vocational program can be carried out independently online shopping process without encountering significant obstacles. (2) Implementation of the e-learning system as a pragmatic solution to the vocational program during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Lowering the Ministry of Education and Culture's policy on studying at home is a very pragmatic public policy and is easily adapted to the needs of learning material. Another sociological impact is that students are given more freedom to manage practicum material in a creative and independent manner. Â
