Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Context, Communication, Collaboration, Connection on interest in staying at the Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa Hotel. In this study, the type of data used is Quantitative Data. In this study, the reseach population is all followers of Instagram social media belonging to Hotel Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa named @renhotelbali and using a sample of 100 respondents. The distribution of the questionnaire in this study was carried out online via a google form link to respondents who are followers of Instagram @renhotelbali by sending a questionnaire link via Direct Messages (DM). Data analysis was carried out with several tests which included instrument tests in the form of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests in the form of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, and heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests including t tests, f tests and the coefficient of determination. In the partial hypothesis testing, it shows that Context and Collaboration have a positive and significant influence on interest in staying, while Communication and Connection partially does not have a positive and significant influence on interest in staying at the Renaissance Bali Hotel Uluwatu Resort & Spa. However, with the simultaneous test Context, Communication, Collaboration, Connection has an influence on interest in staying.

Abstract

The research entitled Integrity of Village Leadership, Efforts to Prevent Corruption in Village Funds in Bireuen Regency, the researchers aimed to obtain information on the influence of the integrity of the leadership figure of the village head in Bireuen Regency to commit to not commit acts of corruption in managing village funds sourced from the APBN, and carried out by the leadership of the village head to prevent corruption in village funds that could harm state money. So far, there have been many cases of village leadership having integrity crises in managing state money, there are several village heads in Bireuen who have been ensnared in legal cases regarding the corruption of village funds. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative method in the form of a participant observation approach, where the researcher himself became the main instrument in collecting data in the field. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that cases of corruption in village funds in Bireuen occurred, not because of a lack of supervision and law enforcement against village heads. Another factor that causes corruption in village funds is that they do not have strong personal integrity in village leadership. The integrity is in the form of honesty, keeping promises, loyalty, responsibility and fairness. There are two approaches to preventing village fund corruption in Bireuen, namely the psychological approach and local wisdom.

Abstract

This study aims to provide policy recommendations on learning models after the decline in Covid-19 transmission in Malang Regency. This research uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The research location covers all elementary and junior high schools in Malang Regency spread across 33 sub-districts. The results of the study found that the learning process carried out in Malang Regency at the beginning of the decline in the transmission of the Covid-19 pandemic was a combination of online and offline. The problems faced when learning has taken place in a combination of offline and online are dominated by the limited ownership of online learning media by students. On the other hand, when offline, the interaction and activity of students is low, which is motivated by online learning habits with a very different environmental situation from in the classroom in person. So there was a gap between offline learning and online learning. This gap is found when learners have done offline learning. Based on these conditions, policy recommendations for the form of a learning model based on current conditions are formulated. This model is a constructively constructive recovery of instructive offline learning. The success of this model depends on the cooperation between students, teachers, parents and the government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penerapan Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) terhadap proses penatausahaan keuangan pada Bappeda Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan divalidasi melalui dokumen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Informan pada penelitian ini adalah Bendahara Pengeluaran Bappeda Kota Mataram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD) dalam melakukan proses penatausahaan keuangan pada Bapeda Kota Mataram dengan menggunakan model TAM sudah baik, meskipun penggunaan SIPD dari aspek Persepsi Kegunaan (Perceived Usefulnes) belum maksimal meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas operasional organisasi; aspek Persepsi Kemudahan Penggunaan (Perceived Ease of Use) sudah baik dikarenakan SIPD memiliki bahasa dan menu-menu yang bisa dipahami, selain itu urutan dalam melakukan proses penatausahaan menjadi lebih terstruktur; aspek Sikap terhadap Perilaku Persepsian (Attitude Towards Behavior) menunjukkan bahwa sistem sebelumnya yakni SIMDA lebih nyaman digunakan dikarenakan SIPD masih mengalami kendala error namun memiliki kelebihan seperti dapat diakses dari berbagai alat elektronik kapan saja tanpa terbatas waktu; aspek Minat Perilaku (Behavioral Intention) dimana penerapan SIPD didukung dan akan tetap digunakan dalam melakukan informasi keuangan khususnya penatausahaan keuangan; aspek Perilaku (Behavior) oleh karyawan merasa cukup puas dalam menggunakan SIPD dibandingkan dengan sistem sebelumnya (SIMDA), meskipun karyawan masih memerlukan waktu untuk beradaptasi agar dapat menggunakan SIPD secara maksimal.

Abstract

The Public Relations and Community Development Division of PT Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU in carrying out their duties cannot be separated from the existence of documents that will later be archived for further use as evidence of the activities that the Public Relations and Comdev Division have carried out. The problems found in this study are the lack of coordination between employees, archive storage that is not well organized, and incomplete archives. This research was conducted aiming to find out how archive management is done. This study used a qualitative descriptive method using a purposive sampling technique. Then, in collecting research data, the authors used the methods of observation, participation, documentation and interviews. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that archive management in the Division of Public Relations and Community Development at PT Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU, with the initial stage of planning, determines the storage period for archives. The next stage is to mobilize by archiving in the form of softcopy and hardcopy. Then, there is an organizing stage which is carried out by giving authority to employees in charge of data and documents. Finally, for the supervision stage, monitoring is carried out for all employees. From the results of the study it was concluded that the management carried out had gone through the stages of planning, actuating, organizing, and supervising as stated by Wardoyo regarding the focus of management.

Abstract

In an effort to meet food needs during the Covid 19 pandemic, the Mayor of Surabaya provided food needs to the community. The aim of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Surabaya Food program is an effort to help fulfill food needs for the people of Surabaya, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. The Surabaya Food Program is a food delivery program for the Food program targets, namely the elderly, people with disabilities, and orphans who are poor. poor and abandoned as well as communities affected by Covid 19. In the implementation of the Food program there are problems, one of which is complaints from the people in the Rungkut Surabaya area about Food for the elderly that there has been a reduction in food distribution rations during the Covid 19 pandemic, there is also the problem that there are elderly people in Surabaya who have not received any assistance during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research uses a descriptive research type with a qualitative approach. This research design uses a systematic literature review or literature review where information and data are taken from books, journals, online articles, online platforms, and official government portals. For the analysis technique using an interactive model from Miles and Huberman namely data collection, data processing, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

One of the presidents prHiority programs is human resource development. Human resource development is one of the determining factors for organizational policies, including government organizations. In addition, human resources (apparatus) are also a whisper for the smooth running of bureaucratic reform. Human resources are one aspect of achieving the goals of government organizations, namely providing optimal public services. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the merit system to obtain human resources, in this case specifically the best State Civil Apparatus (ASN), including in the process of filling the pratama high leadership positions (JPT) within the Mataram City Government. This study aims to describe the application of the merit system in the government of Mataram City. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods consisting of in-depth analysis, documentation and observation. Data analysis used technical qualitative data analysis. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The research gave the result that the Mataram city government had basically implemented a merit system in ASN management. In filling out the JPT, it has been carried out with the stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation in accordance with the provisions. Many indicators of the criteria for implementing the merit system have also been created and implemented by the Mataram City government. Things that are still considered not responsive enough by directly inviting LANs who have experience in implementing merit systems. One of the deficiencies found in this study is related to an assessment center that is not yet owned by the Mataram city government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variables Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness on User Satisfaction in the implementation of the E-Correspondence system at Kantor Distrik Navigasi Tipe A Kelas II Benoa. The focus of this research is directed at the relationship of each independent variable to the dependent variable using the indicator approach of each variable, so that the results obtained can be used as material for evaluating information systems. The sample in this study amounted to 74 respondents who were selected by simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that all the hypotheses that have been formed have a positive and significant effect. This illustrates that the implementation of the system at Kantor Distrik Navigasi Tipe A Kelas II Benoa overall is good.

Abstract

Many industries have been affected by Covid-19 where since March 2020 the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) for the Indonesia Stock Exchange has decreased because many investors sold their shares, especially during the PPKM policy period. The purpose of this study was to find out the cases of COVID-19 against the stock prices of the Indonesian government's policy phase in dealing with COVID-19 during PPKM 2021. The sample of this study was all companies using the panel data regression fixed effect model, this study confirmed that the daily increase in the number of cases Confirmed COVID-19 has a significant negative effect on daily stock returns. Even though this PPKM is the longest policy period among all policies, it does not affect the effectiveness of stock returns. Therefore, in order to help the stock market overcome the COVID-19 crisis pandemic and recover sustainably, the government must be more aggressive, such as extending the policy period and more strict in terms of policy implementation so as to suppress the virus outbreak to increase investor confidence

Abstract

The General Election Commission of Pontianak City, West Kalimantan Province, stated that the voter participation rate for the 2019 election in Pontianak city was 81.4 percent or an increase compared to the 2014 election, which was only 72 percent. Voter participation in the 2019 elections in Pontianak City has increased by more than 9 percent. This increase also increased compared to the 2018 simultaneous local elections, which was 75 percent. The purpose of this study is to find out what efforts have been made by the Pontianak City Election Commission in realizing democratic community participation. The objects of this research are the KPU of Pontianak City and the people who have voting rights. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive data encoding. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that the Pontianak City Election Commission carries out socialization and formal and informal approaches to the community. Apart from that, we also utilize social media and the KPU website to provide understanding regarding the importance of exercising the right to vote and receiving public complaints via the KPU website or coming directly to the Pontianak City General Election Commission office.
