Abstract

Sustainability reporting is the practice of measuring, disclosing and accountability efforts for organizational performance in achieving sustainable development goals to stakeholders both internal and external. This research aims to analyze the influence of Sustainability Reports on Financial Performance as proxied by Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS) and Company Value as measured by Tobin's Q in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023.The population in this research is 376 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. The sample for this research was 35 companies determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is Simple Linear Regression.The results of this research show that the Sustainability Report on Financial Performance which is proxied by the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), Earning per Share (EPS) and firm value has a positive effect.

Abstract

The many tourist attractions in Indonesia have the potential to continue to be developed, one of which is Bukit Telaga and Goa Tourism (BULAGA). Tourism development requires active community involvement. Community participation in development can run well if the community is directly involved in the activity process. However, in the development of Bulaga Tourism, there are still several problems that occur such as the lack of tourism promotion and limited funds to carry out comprehensive development. This study aims to describe community participation in the development of hills, lake and cave (BULAGA) in Pucakwangi Village, Babat District, Lamongan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study showed that community participation in the development of Bulaga Tourism was quite good. Community participation is indicated to be at the level of providing support to develop Bulaga Tourism. However, even though it is at the highest level, in its development Bulaga Tourism still requires collaboration with various parties and effective promotion in order to become sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Food and Beverage (F&B) services are an essential component in the hospitality industry that significantly influence customer satisfaction. Technological advancements have encouraged the implementation of information systems to improve operational efficiency and service quality. This study aims to analyze and compare the implementation of information systems in the F&B departments of Cafe ABC and Hotel XYZ. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. The results show significant differences between the two objects, where Cafe ABC uses a semi-digital and simple system, while Hotel XYZ implements a fully integrated digital system. These differences are influenced by business scale, operational complexity, and organizational needs.

Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 1 of 2022 concerning Financial Relations between the Central Government and Regional Governments (2022) brought changes to regional regulations on regional taxes. This was implemented to encourage the optimization of regional tax collection. This study aims to analyze whether the enactment of changes to district regulations on regional taxes has brought changes to regional tax collection and regional government fiscal policy. This research is necessary because similar research is still minimal, so it is hoped that it can provide suggestions towards better fiscal capacity. The research method was through interviews regarding changes in fiscal policy through regional regulations. Based on these results, it was continued with an analysis of documentation of regional regulations on regional taxes. Through this study, it is hoped that policy recommendations will be generated for the district Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) and the regional tax collection office. As a result, the Regional Governments of West Lombok Regency and Central Lombok Regency have adjusted their regional regulations. Changes in regional tax rates have brought changes to regional fiscal capacity as well as improved and more digitalized regional efforts for regional tax collection and reporting. However, the implementation of the HKPD Law has not had an impact on regional fiscal capacity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand awareness, brand image, social media engagement, and content quality on brand trust and customer satisfaction at the Narotama University Professional Certification Institute through social media. This study focuses on the service product certification segment, where brand awareness, brand image, social media engagement, and content quality are considered important factors in building customer trust and satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method with a causal approach, which seeks to identify cause-and-effect relationships between variables. The population in this study consisted of all 2,200 participants of the Narotama University Professional Certification Institute. The sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique, thus covering the entire population of 327 respondents. Brand awareness and brand image do not significantly influence customer satisfaction, while social media engagement and content quality have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Brand trust also significantly influences customer satisfaction and acts as a mediator in the relationship between brand image and content quality with customer satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that building customer trust through strong brand awareness, brand image, and good content quality is crucial for increasing customer satisfaction. However, customer engagement on social media only has a significant impact on satisfaction, not trust. This research contributes to the company's understanding of the factors that influence the trust and satisfaction of Narotama University LSP participants.

Abstract

Politik uang tetap menjadi tantangan utama bagi implementasi demokrasi lokal, khususnya dalam pemilihan kepala daerah, karena merusak keadilan pemilu dan dapat mewakili kualitas kepemimpinan terpilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk-bentuk politik uang, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya, dan dampaknya terhadap perilaku pemilih dalam Pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Magetan 2024. Penelitian ini fokus pada praktik uang politik yang muncul selama tahapan pemilu di Kabupaten Magetan, terutama dalam interaksi antara kandidat, tim kampanye, dan pemilih. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif digunakan, dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data dari aktor dan sumber yang relevan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa politik uang termanifestasi dalam berbagai bentuk, termasuk pembayaran tunai kepada pemilih, distribusi paket makanan pokok, janji bantuan atau proyek pembangunan, dan pembiayaan terselubung kegiatan kampanye. Terjadinya praktik-praktik ini didorong oleh kondisi ekonomi yang lemah, tingkat pendidikan politik yang rendah, budaya politik yang permisif, hubungan patron-klien, dan pengawasan serta penegakan hukum yang tidak memadai. Kondisi-kondisi ini mendorong perilaku pemilih yang pragmatis, mengikis kualitas demokrasi lokal, dan meningkatkan kemungkinan terpilihnya pemimpin yang kurang fokus pada kepentingan publik. Studi ini menyarankan penguatan pendidikan politik, peningkatan pengawasan pemilu, dan penegakan langkah-langkah hukum yang lebih ketat untuk mengurangi politik uang dalam pemilu mendatang.

Abstract

This study aims to determineeffectiveness of the motor vehicle tax amnesty programin order to increase PAD of Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. The research method used in this study was qualitative with a descriptive approach. The sample was selected using direct sampling and random sampling techniques, with 12 individuals from among taxpayers. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used the interactive approach of Miles and Huberman, which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the level ofThe effectiveness of the motor vehicle tax amnesty program in order to increase PAD at the Joint Samsat Office of Bungo Regency is still not effective.. Obstacles facedin the Joint Samsat Office of Bungo Regency in implementing the two-wheeled motor vehicle tax amnesty program, including:limited infrastructure of mobile SAMSAT cars and ineffective time and location points of mobile SAMSAT car services; Lack of preventive and repressive actions by Bungo Regency Joint SAMSAT Office Officers towards taxpayers; short implementation timetwo-wheeled motor vehicle tax amnesty program.Efforts made to overcome these obstacles include: Improving Mobile SAMSAT Vehicle Facilities and Infrastructure and adding more locations or service times for Mobile SAMSAT Vehicles; Increasing Preventive and Repressive Actions by Bungo Regency Joint SAMSAT Office Officers towards Taxpayers; Extending the Implementation TimeMotor Vehicle Tax Amnesty Program

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product, price, service quality, and reference groups on purchasing decisions for ayam geprek products at Ali Fried Chicken Damarsi Sidoarjo Branch, both simultaneously and partially, and to identify the dominant variable. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The sample consisted of 50 consumers selected through accidental sampling, while data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 31.0. The findings indicate that simultaneously product, price, service quality, and reference groups have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as shown by an F-value of 61.919 with a significance level of < 0.001. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.833 indicates that 83.3% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the variables included in the model, while the remaining 16.7% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Partially, only service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, whereas product, price, and reference groups do not have a significant effect. The most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions is service quality, as indicated by the Standardized Coefficients Beta value of 0.395. Therefore, improving service quality should be prioritized in efforts to enhance consumer purchasing decisions
