Pariwasata merupakan salah satu sektor andalan Pemerintah dalam upaya peningkatan perekonomian. Salah satu sektor yang menarik minat pengunjung adalah Desa Wisata Kampung Pelangi. Dimana dalam pengembangannya masih terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti sumber dana yang tidak diketahui secara umum, pola pembahagian pekerjaan, pelatihan pola pengembangan kreatifitas masyarakat dan bahkan konflik social yang terjadi dalam masyarakat itu sendiri semenjak diberlakukannya menjadi desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran stakeholder yang terlibat serta strategi pengembangan dari Kampung Pelangi. Hasil penelitian adalah stakeholder saling terkait perannya dalam pengembangan Kampung Pelangi serta strategi yang masih belum terlaksana sepenuhnya membuat pembangunan kampung pelangi kurang maksimal.

Shelter aspirations of the people is an obligation for every member of the board of the ordinary and routine executed by board members during session breaks to meet their constituents, and this activity is known as the recess. Objective is to describe the performance of Bungo Regency period 2014-2019 for shelter aspirations of the people and to analyze the factors supporting and inhibiting performance Bungo Regency period 2014-2019 for shelter aspirations of the people. Measuring the performance of parliaments in holding aspirations of the people rated of the three indicators of accountability, responsiveness and effectiveness. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed performance Bungo Regency period 2014-2019 in accommodating the aspirations of the people who carried on the recess is not maximized implemented, can be seen from the level of accountability is still low due to the overall aspirations of the community yet Bungo successfully accommodated by board members. Responsiveness is also low because the institutions have not been able to respond to the needs of the board and creating a development which according to community needs. And the effectiveness is still low, due to the quantity recess has not been implemented three times in one year and has not 100% member of the board agenda recess as well as the quality has not been effective because it has not the appropriate procedure. Factors inhibiting performance Bungo Regency in accommodating the aspirations of the community include external environmental factors such as social, cultural and political communities where levels of public education is still low, society has less support, and low awareness of the political community. On the internal factors of employees, affected by the lack of knowledge, experience and competence of some members of the board. At the organizations internal environmental factors such as the elements leadership council institutions judged to be disciplined and not expressly impose sanctions and disbursement procedures recess operational funds that have not been effective. Recommendations board members should be more active mensosialiasikan activity recess through print media or social media, there needs to be "Local Office / Home Aspirations", need training to board members for communication, needs improvement disbursement procedures operational funds recess, and leaders of the board should be more disciplined and firm in sanctioning.

This study aims to determine the application of human resource management with a multidimensional approach in improving development in Bonder Village. The multidimensional approaches include (1) political approach, (2) legal approach, (3) sociocultural approach, (4) administrative approach, (5) economic approach and (6) technological approach. The type of research used is qualitative research. multidimensional in improving rural development. This qualitative research seeks to prioritize the ability of researcher analysis on the basis of facts found with a combination of existing theoretical concepts. The study was located in Bonder Village, West Praya District, Central Lombok Regency. From a political standpoint, some of the Bonder villagers are actively involved in better village development. While from the legal approach, some of the Bonder villagers are legally aware of the importance of the balance between their rights and obligations. From the sociocultural approach, the people of Bonder Village still emphasize socio-cultural rules or norms that apply in their area and are actualized in village development activities. Furthermore, from the administrative approach, residents of Bonder Village community in determining an ordinary goal to cooperate or form a small organization that is informal, while economic approaches and technological approaches are still lacking so there is need for counseling, education and empowerment of village government officials.

In order to improve good governance and clean governance, all local governments must make a report on Government Institution Performance Accountability (LAKIP) using descriptive methods and a kaulitative approach with informants as many as 14 people with the results of the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report on Decision Making in Regional Leaders The Bungo District Inspectorate has gone well even though there are still a number of programs that have not yet been implemented 100% and 2 (two) programs have not been implemented so that some of the pathology of biology related to the Accountability process still occur and to see the performance indicators with the realization of performance indicators set 2017 Annual Performance Determination Documents so that it is more transparent, Efforts to overcome the obstacles of Bungo Regency Inspectorate in creating Performance Reports on Government Agency Performance Accountability to support decision making regional leadership and can prevent bureaucratic pathology, including: Providing training and education to improve the human resource capacity of Bungo Regency Inspectorate personnel; Provide understanding in the form of guidance to the object of examination regarding the importance of internal audit; Strive to improve facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of basic tasks and functions.

This article aims to find out the workload given to the firefighting UPTD in Bungo district, using a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews with informants set at 15 (fifteen) people consisting of: Head of Agency; Secretary of the Agency; Head of Prevention and Preparedness Division; Head of Emergency and Logistics; Head of UPTB; 2 (two) UPTB Staff; 5 (five) Danru people; 3 (three) people. Research results The workload of the Bungo District Fire Extinguisher Technical Implementation Unit on service to the community is: The number of Bungo Regency firefighters in 2018 was 378 people who dispersed at 8 (eight) fire stations called the Fire Management Region (WMK). Of the 378 Damkar task forces there were 281 people who had attended education and training and had certificates according to qualification standards. The performance of the Bungo District Government in providing Damkar apparatus that has certification according to the qualification standards has only reached 74.33%, while the achievement target of SPM up to 2015 is 85%. There is a gap of 85% - 74.33% = 10.67%. Then the gap is 10.67%. the SPM target must be met in the preparation of development planning and calculation of regional budgets

This article stems from an increase in cases of prostitution (Social Pathology) from 2013, which amounted to 75 people and increased in 2017 to 87 people, using descriptive methods and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques used were interviews with 10 informants. The results of the research on the implementation of Bungo District Regulation No. 15 of 2007 concerning the Eradication of Prostitution in Bungo District carried out by the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Bungo Regency Fire Department are still not going well. , massage venues, dim cafes, and nightclubs (discos) in hotels. For a business actor or entrepreneur, plurality of products in the production activities is a key to provide added value to the business undertaken. To create added value requires a breakthrough or continuous innovation in the long term. Through innovation activities, business actors are able to create more new products and be able to increase the fulfillment needs for consumers. This research takes the object of business actor in Intako (bag and luggage industry) area in Tanggulangin Sidoarjo area. From the research results can be seen that there are five things that must be considered business actors in the effort of product development is the bag and suitcase that has been the flagship of Intako Sidoarjo. From the results of the analysis conducted, the results emerged that the three forms of product development that is Initial Development, Improvement Development, and New Use Application results are significant, it means that these three forms of product development worth doing and combined by Intako Sidoarjo in increasing their sales volume.

To reach an empowered and progressivefishing communities requires the participations of relevant agencies. The agencies participations are needed in empowering the fishing communities in order for them to be able to survive in the era of globalization. Taking an example, empowerment of fishing communities by the private sector in Madapolo village is perceived to be very helpful for the fishing community because after getting some assistance from the Department of Marine and Fisheries in 2000, there is no more guidance for empowerment activities given to the communities involved in this program. This studyaims atfinding outthe private intervention in empowering fishing communities in Madapolo Village. This study employsa qualitative descriptive research. The techniquesused for collecting data are direct observation techniques, interviews and documents analysis using data reduction analysis techniques, displaying data (data presentation) and verification (gathering conclusions). The primary data sources in this study includethe head of the village, the chairperson of BPD, three entrepreneurs, and nine fishermen.Meanwhile secondary data include other documents containing the pictures of empowerment results. Based on the results of the study, it reveals that the empowerment of fishing communities in Madapolo village by private agencieshasincreased several aspects in the life of fishing communities such as family income, family economic conditions and children's education. It is also found thatthe problems or barriers faced by the empowerment programsare bad weather, health problems, and family events. From the results of study, it can be concluded that the empowerment provided by the private sector is very important to increasethe fishermen's welfare in the midst of minimum assistance from the local government. Therefore, it is expected that the provided assistance can be used as well as possible.

The content of a policy is one of the factors that determine success in the policy implementation process. This study aims to analyze how the content of Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 3 of 2016 as a policy for reducing infant mortality in Kupang regency, using one of the elements of the implementation model by Najam (1995), namely content. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and literature studies. The results of the study show that the content of Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 3 of 2016 clearly contain the objectives to be achieved, and how to achieve these objectives. The way to achieve the stated goals is also in accordance with the causes of infant mortality problems in Kupang Regency

This research was conducted with the aim of testing the influence of the competency variables of village officials and organizational commitment to the accountability of village funds in Tebo district. The method used in research with survey methods. The sample in this study were 92 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM applications. Version statistics. 20 The results of the research partially prove the influence of the competence of village officials H1 on accountability of village funds, proved to have a significant effect with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. H2 influence of organizational commitment to the accountability of village funds the significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H2 is proven to have a significant effect. Simultaneously H3 influence the competence of village officials and organizational commitment together has a significant effect with a value of 0.000 <0.05.
