Data processing documents also become an important issue at this time. Along with the increasing amount of data collected and stored in a database increases drastically. This data can come from a variety of sources such as financial applications, Enterprise Resource Management (ERM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and others. These data if can be used to support the decision-making process. This paper shows the result of clustering data derived from students' final assignment AMIK Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar using Support Vector Clustering method but it also displayed the data using the software RapidMiner clustering results with pengklasteringan time for 11:21 minutes with a gain that took the title in 1708 and classified database 311 who took the title of the classified web programming.Keywords: Clustering Algorithm, Support Vector Clustering, RapidMinerKeywords: Clustering Algorithm, Support Vector Clustering, RapidMiner

Miss Indonesia is a beauty contest in Indonesian organized by MNC Group. Miss Indonesian will be the representative of Indonesian or the nation's ambassador in the International contest and participate in various social actions in the regions that need to participate in providing support and assistance. The problems that occurred in the selection of Miss Indonesian participants were due to the large number of participants registering so that it required considerable time to make decisions. Therefore a good decision support system is needed so that the selection of participants becomes more optimal. In the selection of Miss Indonesian participants, a method is needed, namely the TOPSIS method is a multicriteria decision-making method. This method is one method that is widely used to resolve practical decision making. In this method, it is used so that in the reception of Miss Indonesian participants it can be better selected according to the established criteria. The final results obtained in this study are in accordance with the expected criteria.

Thesis session is a process that must be followed by a student in order to account for the thesis that has been done. Thesis trial scores determine student graduation, and student graduation rates are used as a measure of campus quality. The problem is that many students are depressed and afraid in the face of a thesis hearing, not a few among students who are stressed in facing thesis and some even delay the work of the thesis so that it affects the trial value obtained. Besides that there are students who have good IP but the trial value is not good, and vice versa. This method the Artificial Neural Network using the Backpropagation algorithm was chosen because it was able to predict the graduation value of the thesis trial based on input from the value of the semester IP from semester I to semester VII and the value of the trial. The study was conducted in two ways, namely training and testing. The training process aims to recognize or look for expected results by using a lot of training, so that it will produce the best pattern for training the data. After the training reaches the goal based on the best pattern, it will be tested with new data to see the accuracy between the targets using Matlab R2014a software. Based on the results of testing using Matlab R2014a software, the results are convergent, with a target error of 0.2. From the results of the training and the tests carried out, it was predicted that the graduation score of the thesis trial was predicted to be 0.8727. This research can also help predict the graduation score of thesis students at STMIK Kaputama Binjai

One feature of a smartphone device that is still often used is the exchange of messages such as text chat. This exchange of information generally knows no distance, can be far or close. This requires security of the confidentiality of information sent from the source to the target. One way to get the security of communication is by applying cryptographic techniques so that the message sent to the target can be secured. The cryptographic technique used in this study is Vigenere Cipher. The Vigenere Cipher algorithm is used to encode text conversations so that messages sent via the internet can be maintained as well as with confidentiality. The purpose of this study is to build a text conversation cryptographic application that can run on Android-based smartphone devices. The technique can encrypt text conversations into secret messages which then the results (messages) are sent using a message sending application such as SMS (Short Message Service), Whatsapp and Line. Then when the message arrives at the destination, the description is done automatically so that the original message can be read.

Reservasi di sebuah restoran biasanya dilakukan dengan datang secara langsung atau via telepon.Walaupun saat ini sudah tersedia website-website reservasi, manfaat yang dirasakan oleh penggunamasih kurang. Contoh: website papabento yang belum menyediakan review bagi konsumen danwebsite qraved yang belum dapat menangani proses reservasi sampai pembayaran. Sedangkan, bagipihak manajemen restoran, belum adanya manajemen restoran yang terintegrasi dengan website,membuat pihak manajemen restoran harus meng-input kembali data reservasi konsumen ke sistemmereka. Pihak manajemen restoran juga tidak dapat memantau waktu kedatangan konsumensehingga terkadang membuat konsumen menunggu lama makanannya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulismencoba membangun sistem mobile dan web Reservasi Restoran yang dapat mengatasipermasalahan tersebut. Sistem ini menggunakan framework Laravel sebagai back-end dan Jquery,Bootstrap, dan Sass sebagai front-end. Sedangkan, Sistem mobile dibangun dengan menggunakanbahasa pemrograman java. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan oleh penulis adalahwaterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Reservasi restoran berbasis jejaring sosial dalambentuk mobile dan web yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu konsumen dalam memilih makananmakananterbaik dan mampu menangani reservasinya hingga pembayaran serta membantu pihakmanajemen restoran dalam mengelola reservasi dan memantau waktu kedatangan konsumen.

The object of auction of mortgage rights is an immovable object as a collateral item that is guaranteed by the debtor to the creditor. In the auction process requires an auction object that has the potential to facilitate the execution of the auction object. Potential Auction Object selection will be a solution in determining which objects are more potential to be auctioned and provide space to more easily execute which objects must be done first. However, in selecting an auction object, it will certainly experience difficulties because each debtor has almost the same criteria as location, building specifications. Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) ADZKIA merupakan salah satu institusipendidikan formal di kota Padang yang disahkan oleh pemerintah. Persaingan di dalam dunia bisnis, khususnyadalam bidang pendidikan membuat pihak perguruan tinggi harus mencari pola sasaran daerah yang strategisdalam pengenalan sekolah. Dengan semakin banyaknya STKIP di Kota Padang, membuat setiap sekolahberusaha mencari calon siswa baru kedaerah-daerah yang potensial. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untukpenentuan daerah strategis adalah dengan menggunakan teknik DataMining. Dari data-data mahasiswa yang adadisekolah dapat diolah mengunakan algoritma Apriori dan FP-Growth yang menjadi informasi baru untukdimanfaatkan oleh dalam menentukan daerah yang strategis. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mencobamembandingkan hasil dari algoritma Apriori dan FP-Growth yang menggunakan data mahasiswa angkatan2015/2016 dengan nilai minsupport = 0.05% dan nilai minconfidence = 0.7% telah diperoleh 19 AssociationRule dan 2 rule tertinggi yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pengetahuan baru serta acuan berharga pada lingkuppenelitian ini.

Rambu lalulintas merupakan salah satu dari perlengkapan jalan yang dapat berupa lambang, huruf, angka, kalimat atau perpaduan di antaranya yang berfungsi sebagai peringatan, larangan, perintah atau petunjuk bagi pemakai jalan. Indonesia adalah Negara yang padat penduduknya terutama dikota kota besar. Pada kota-kota besar setiap harinya dipadati dengan kendaraan bermotor yang banyak menyebabkan permasalahan di jalanya itukemacetan, kecelakaan, terobos rambu lalulintas, ada banyak kemungkinan faktor penyebab hal itu terjadi seperti minimnya kesadaran dalam mematuhi rambu lalulintas, kurangnya pemahaman dari arti simbol lalu lintas, dan berbagai macam faktor lain. Jambu madu adalah jambu yang memiliki kemanisan yang luar biasa. Tingkat kemanisan jambu madu dapat mengalahkan kemanisan buah apel dan buah lainnya. Jambu madu juga memiliki daging yang rapuh yang membuat lezat saat dimakan. Jambu madu memiliki kombinasi tingkat kemanisan tertinggi di Indonesia mencapai 12, sampai 15,5 brix. Buah jambunya juga memiliki buah yang besar 200 sampai 300 gram perbuah. Bibit unggul dan bermutu merupakan salah satu kunci untuk mendapatkan pertanaman yang mampu memberikan hasil yang optimal. Bibit unggul dan bermutu adalah benih yang berasal dari varietas murni dengan persentasi perkecambahan tinggi, bebas dari hama dan pengakit, dan tempat perawatan yang cocok dengan jenis jambu tersebut. Untuk mendapatkan jambu madu yang berkualitas harus dari bibit jambu madu yang unggul dan berkualitas pula, dalam penentuan bibit jambu madu yang unggul dapat dilihat dari beberapa criteria yaitu tekstur tanah yang cocok berdasarkan jenis jambu madu, suhu, ketahanan dan masa produksi. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini diharapkan dapat membantu petani dalam menentukan bibit jambu madu yang berkualitas dan dapat mempermudah maupun mempercepat pekerjaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SAW berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh hasil perhitungan SAW berdasarkan perankingan tertinggi ke rendah yaitu bibit jambu madu jenis deli hijau dengan nilai 9,33, bibit jambu madu jenis super green dengan nilai 7,17, dan bibit jambu madu jenis kesuma merah dengan nilai 6,83.

A company engaged in tire retreading is a company whose work process involves recycling worn tires by giving tire tread on the tire surface without changing the shape or brand on the base tire. During the production process there is tire damage. If there is a tire damage in the production process, then some of the vulcanized tires are not subject to production costs by the company. This certainly can make a loss for the company. Because a decision support system is needed to determine the dugaaned tire that must be rejected before recycling. The decision support system method suitable for this problem is the SAW Method with its web-based application.
