Abstract

This research aims at describing the plan, implementation, and the improvement of anecdote teks writing competency with problem based learning model of class X II students at SMA Negeri 1 Bontomatene Kepulauan Selayar district. The kind of this research is a classroom action research. The subject of the research was class X II student of SMAN Bontomatene Kepulauan Selayar district of academi years 2014/2015 with the total of 26 student. This research was conducted in two cycles; each cycle consisted of 3 times of treatment. In implementation step, every cycle used observation sheets, knowledge test, and anecdote teks writing competency texs to collect the data and as the success benchmark of anecdote teks competency of the student based on minimal complementeness criteria (KKM) with the score of 75. The result of the research reveal that through the problem based learning model, the students’ anecdote texs writing learning process of class X II at SMAN 1 Bontomatene Kepulauan selayar district on implementation steps and learning outcomes are improve. The subject teacher is successful in formulating good lesson plan. At amplementation step, the teacher optimizes the leaming presentation auttthe students have expgrienced changing behavior to better ones. At the evaluation step, the result of anecdote text writing in cycle I by considering the aspects of content aspect, text structure, vocabularies, sentences, and mechanics, shows that the students have not yet to reach the completeness standard.

Abstract

Subjects of this study was set at 22 orang.Penarikan subjects in this study using the technique of multiple-choice test, which means that the determination of the subject is done deliberately by the number of representative class penelitian.Teknik in data collection in this study is done through techniques tes.Selanjutnya collected data is analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques kualitatif.Dalam process research shows that mastery of semantics vocabulary Indonesian students of class IX MTs special Khusnul speaking backgrounds Mandar inadequate. This is evidenced from the number of students who received grades 75 up as the standard of mastery learning is applied in this study sekolah.Dari submitted suggestions as follows: 1) should the IX grade students more carefully consider the explanations of the subject teachers, especially those on the understanding of the vocabulary; 2) The learners should be given the task of communicating raised the use of new terms; 3) To support the learning process should have a dictionary vocabulary or dictionary terms that are popular; 4) In the understanding of vocabulary or terms should learners in learning, not just fields of study Indonesian but other subject areas also need to be planting new terms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to find out; differences in learning outcomes Civics learners using a model cooperative learning techniques Think Pair Square (TPS) with those using model lectures in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Bambang Mamasa, with the kind of experimental research, with a sample of students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Bambang totaling 46 people. Data collection techniques used were observation sheet, study and documentation of test results. The results showed that the average value of learning outcomes in the classroom civics experiment on stage prettest of 61.46 and a middle category with the percentage as much as 79.2% and the posttest phase values obtained an average of 78.12 and in the category high percentage of as much as 95.8%. While the average value of learning outcomes in the classroom Civics pretest control on stage at 61.14 and the middle category with the percentage as much as 72.7% and the posttest phase values obtained an average of 71.82 and at high category with a percentage 63.4%.

Abstract

Poverty community forest is a classic problem that never completed. Poverty alleviation is actually the focus of development programs suistainable country and often exploited politically, especially without a clear realization of community empowerment. Therefore, it takes all the effort in a planned, integrated and systemic to enable these communities out of poverty. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that community empowerment through the development of agricultural/ plantation, human resource capacity building and coordination of functional institutions is absolutely necessary kemasyarakat Kalende tribal society. Thus, they can be detached from the rope noose of poverty that have binding Kalende tribal society

Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research aimed at improving students mathematics achievement of Class VIIIA Students of SMP Negeri 10 Bulukumba through the implementation of discovery learning method. The subject of the research were Class VIIIA Students of SMP Negeri 4 Bulukumba. The study was conducted within two cycles. The first cycles was conducted for 4 lessons and the second cycles for 5 lessons. Data were gathered using mathematics achievements test in each final of cycle according the matherial that is taught. Data were then analyzed by employing both qualitative and quantitative analyses. From descriptive analysis show that: (1) Within the first cycle, the students average score reached in the achievement test was 56,83; which was categorized as being in moderate level. Within the second cycle with the correction based on the reflection from the first cycle, there was an improvement of the mathematics achievement of student become 79,98; which was categorized as being in high level. (2) Students were more active in the process of teaching and learning. Beside happened improving mathematics achievement in each cycle caused: (1) The students more the more active forward in front of the class to doing question, improved from 16,9 % become 49 %. (2) The students were the more ask at the implementation happens improved from 15 % become 23 %. (3) The students are doing their homework improved from 57,5 % become 89,5 %. According the analysis data above, it could be concluded that the mathematics achievement of Class VIIIA Students of SMP Negeri 10 Bulukumba improved after the implementation of discovery learning method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how learning influences 4D models ( define, design , develop and dessiminate ) on learning outcomes of students CIVICS CIVICS Prodi Unasman first half . This type of research is experimental research . The population is all students of the 1st semester of Academic Year 2012-2012 Prodi PPKn as many as 61 students . Sampling with random sampling technique to select a class that is a class IA experiment as many as 31 students were on grade control is the IB grade 30 students . Instrument which is used in this study is test , interview guidelines and lembr observation . The results showed a significant difference in learning outcomes Students who received Civics on learning through 4D method ( define, design , develop and dessiminate ) obtain better learning outcomes than students who received learning through 4D method ( define , design , develop and dessiminate ) . It is based on research results of Ho is rejected because the t value is not in a position between the table and the t value is greater than the table value of t ( t count > t table ) . Positive t value ie value t = 10,873 and t table value = 2.66 ( 5 % ) and 2.39 ( 1 % ) , means that the average value of the group posttest experimental class higher than the class average posttest control . Based on the analysis results of the t test and the significance of the above , then Ho is rejected, which means that there is a positive and significant difference in the effect of the use of 4D learning model ( define, design , develop and dessiminate ) model with a lecture on learning outcomes of students of the first semester of Civics Prodi PPKn Unasman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the management of interest in learning civics class at class VIII students of SMA Negeri 1 Polewali . Based on the results of questionnaire analysis of the obtained data is variable X (1328) , the results obtained are 32.32 . Thus, the total score of the average teacher's ability to manage the class during civics lesson quite well. In the questionnaire interest ( Y ) After the total score divided by the number of respondents ( 1328 : 31 ) , the results obtained are 45.83 . Thus, the total score of the average rate of interest of students towards subjects Civics at SMA Negeri 1 Polewali classified as good or are at high criteria . From the analysis of the correlation turned out , .rxy . 4:48 Based on the analysis of correlation variable classroom management or variable X to variable interest in learning civics or variable Y is 4:48 which indicated that between variables X and Y are a very strong correlation.

Abstract

The purpose of research study to describe about influence of the guided note taking technique to skill of reading drama text. Outcomes through the application of guided note taking technique of student class VIIIB SMP Negeri 2 Mamasa. The research is classroom action research. Procedur of the research is (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The instruments used is a test of reading drama text and observation of student activity. In the first cycle the results showed that the average of skill of reading drama text is 70,08, and second cycle the average of skill of reading drama text is 75,00. Which means that the application of guided note taking can improve reading drama text skill of students.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of the low ability of students to understand biographical texts. The cause of the low ability of students to understand the text is because the learning methods used are still conventional, the implementation of which still takes place in one direction (monotonous), the students are less involved in the learning process, students are only waiting for what is delivered by the teacher. This study aims to describe the ability to understand biographical texts through the Learning Cell method in class VIIID students of Wonomulyo 6th Middle School. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Wonomulyo, Bulo District, Polewali Mandar Regency, 2016-2017 academic year, totaling 27 students. Data collection techniques carried out in this study were Test, Observation and Documentation. The results of the study on students of SMP Negeri 6 Wonomulyo, experienced an increase in this was proven by looking at the results of the research analyzed showed that in the first cycle the average value was 2.40 and experienced an increase in the second cycle with an average value of 3.15. So the use of The Learning Cell method in understanding biographical texts can improve student learning outcomes. In addition, observational data in each cycle showed a change in the attitude of students towards a more positive, both from the attitude of learning, activeness in reading and writing notes, as well as discipline in doing the assignments given.
