Abstract

This study aims to determine how the process of planting the values and philosophy BBK determinant factors that influence it. This research is a qualitative descriptive using observation, interviews and documentation. The study concluding that the process of planting philosophy values BBK (pengobjektivasian process value) to the child's parents can do informally within the family environment, and teachers in the formal school environment in the learning process by providing examples of good behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of mathematics learning outcomes through the learning model of think pair square talkball share on mathematics learning outcomes of students. The population in this research is the students of class VIII, with two classes as research sample that is class VIIIB and class VIIIA. Class VIIIB as an experimental class and class VIIIA as control class. The result of descriptive statistic analysis shows that the resultantness of learning result in the students of class VIIIB SMP Negeri 2 Sumarorong 90,32% complete and 9,67% not complete mean indicator of learning result of learners fulfilled. Observation results during the research, all students active in learning relationships and functions, as well as the response of learners included in the positive category. After the implementation of learning model think pair square talkball share then the result of learning mathematics achieved by students of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sumarorong experienced a significant increase, then the results of inferential analysis at a significant level a = 0.05 indicates that the use of learning model think pair square talkball share Effective in improving learning outcomes Mathematics in class VIII students SMP Negeri 2 Sumarorong.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to compare the ability of male and female students to solve mathematical problems in a two-variable linear equation system. The subjects of this study were 19th grade students A VII from Mamuju Middle School as many as 19 people, then 6 students were taken, consisting of 3 men and 3 women. The results showed that students with high ability categories; (1) able to understand problems; (2) able to complete planning; (3) able to solve problems; (4) can use existing information to re-examine the answers obtained. Whereas in problem solving abilities for students with moderate categories, he is able to stage (1) be able to understand the problem, (2) be able to plan solutions and, (3) be able to solve problems still in stage (4) less able to reexamine the problem solving ability of answers to students with disadvantaged categories. (1) less able to understand problems; (2) inadequate settlement planning; (3) less able to solve problems; (4) unable to use the information available to re-examine the answers obtained. Indicates that the average score of learning outcomes is 75.26. Judging from the number of students who have not finished learning, it can be concluded that the obstacle experienced by students is the lack of students' understanding of the problem given, so that they are not able to solve the problem properly. Men read and understand the problems given at a glance and women understand the problem carefully and analyze whatever information is given correctly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of waste management in the Old Terminal Market Polewali based pewadahan garbage collection point while ( TPS ) , and transportation . This type of research is a descriptive survey research approach to observation , the population in the study are all traders in the Old Polewali Terminal Market , with traders still sample as much as 70 respondents . Sampling with purposive sampling technique . Results of the study note that 70 respondents qualified pewadahan garbage in the Old Terminal Polewali market as much ( 4.3 % ) , while the collection point ( TPS ) and the transport of nothing as much as 100 % qualified . From the research it can be concluded that the picture of waste management in this market is still not eligible . It is recommended to the public including traders with local authorities and institutions concerned in improving the existing waste management system in the market or other public places.

Abstract

Increased listening comprehension by using the television news on VIIIA grade students of SMP Negeri 1Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar. This research based on the learners low participation in the learning of listening news, when learning takes a lot of students do not pay attention to the teacher's explanations, there are dreamy and talking to his friends so that no teacher interaction tehadap learners. As this study aims to describe the increase in the ability of listening television news VIIIA grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar. Jinis research used in this research is an act of class (PTK) with planning, action, observation and reflection. Subyek in this study is VIIIA grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo Polewali Mandar academic year 2013/2014, the number of learners as many as 32 orang.Intrumen research used in this research was the result of tests and guidelines observasi. Based on the statistics analysis conducted by researchers, the values obtained in the first cycle and the second cycle. In the first cycle the average value of learners listen to the news which is 70. And the second cycle the average value of learners listen to the news that 83.Nilai average of each cycle has increased. learners have reached a value of minimum completeness criteria as to which the expected class VIIIA SMP Negeri 1 Wonomulyo

Abstract

This research was conducted in the islands of the National Park neighborhood Takabonerate Selayar, namely in Rajuni Island, Island and Island Tarupa Latondu. Judging from the nature of research is exploratory, namely exploration (exploration) in order to find the right answer and the right of the subject matter of the study. Without the same hypothesis, but rather to establish proposes I -proposisi continuously until missed the entire research problems. Judging from the object of research is sosioogis empirical, that is the main subject of research with empirical facts of sociology on the protection of coastal areas against environmental damage. The data collection is done by in-depth interviews and observations based on the guidelines for the interview (Interview Guide) that had been prepared in advance. The informant is determined intentionally (purposive) against the Companion / Facilitator Fields, leader of the group / retainer and members of fisherman, and his wife and family fishermen recruited as a representation of the 3 islands samples (Rajuni Island, Island and Island Latondu Tarupa).

Abstract

This study is based on the number of children who actually have the potential to achieve high learning, but it has low achievement, because some factors that do not have, such as task commitment. This study aims to determine how the influence of intelligence and task commitment to the achievement of learning mathematics students SMPN 4 Sendana. This research type is correlation research. The population in this study is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 alone. Sampling technique used "Purposive Sampling". Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique is a quantitative analysis, which uses multiple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that the ability of intelligence to positively affect the mathematics learning achievement of students class VIII SMPN 4 Sendana, with regression coefficient - 0.110 with a significant level of 0.516 and t arithmetic of -0.657. task commitment has a positive effect on student learning achievement, with regression coefficient equal to - 0,053 with significant level 0,422 and t count equal to -0,812. together intelligence ability and task commitment have an effect on student's mathematics learning achievement, with F count 0,460 at significant level 5% (0,05) value p = 0,635.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress, motivation, and competence of teachers, the performance of teachers in the province of West Sulawesi.The population in this study was the teacher of junior high school has been accredited by the Ministry of Education, with the criteria professorship at least 5 years, Minimum educational backgrounds S-1 and certified. They are a total of 269 junior high school teachers in four districts in West Sulawesi province, while samples taken by Slovin formula and the result was 161 respondents. This study used a questionnaire as the main instrument. And a questionnaire in the form of a modified Likert scale with response options from Agree to Strongly Agree. The data collected is processed by SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) technique with AMOS program version 19.These results indicate that the motivation and competence of junior high school teachers in West Sulawesi get high rankings in the category, and people could improve their performance. While the hypothesis testing results prove that: (1) Work stress a significant effect on the competence of teachers; (2) work motivation significant effect on the competence of teachers; (3) Stress significant effect on teacher performance; (4) Motivation significant effect on teacher performance; and (5) Competence of teachers significantly influence the performance of teachers. Thus, it means that the results of this study prove that all of this hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

This research discussed the compatibility of Islamic teaching with Human Rights. The issue was how the suitablity between the Islamic Shar’i and Human Rights. In analyzing the problem, the author used Shar’i and anthropological approach to the deductive and inductive method. Basically this study was an elaboration of one of the central themes in Islamic Shar'i namely Human Rights, which currently marginalized from current Islamic thinking developing in society. " Islam " and " Human Rights " are two themes are always controversial, but very rarely have the initiative – creative to explore its suitability . In fact, between Islam and Human Rights, there is a certain point that can connect or reconcile both of them. To determine the suitable point had to start from the history that Islam was derived into the earth as a response to social, economic, political, cultural chaos, and human godless traditions of Ignorance at that time. constructed society into tribes often killed each other, massacred, cheated each other, and so on. In shortly, Islam was revealed to arrange conditions by calling on all people to maintain in each person's social, economic, political , and cultural rights. On the other hand, Human Rights also upheld the right of a person . This is the basic why the author says Islam becomes compatible with human rights. In addition, to find the correspondence point between Islam and Human Rights was a constancy of commitment that Islam is a blessing religion . religion is to educate good thing for human to create peace in this world . This case was relevant between Islamic teaching and Human Rights to correspond as ideas that support human values , in order to realize a fair, prosperous, and peaceful society
