Abstract

To find out the Fiduciary Duty and Business Judgment Rule for Directors and commissioners, it must be considered the basic provisions governing the duties of management, obligations and especially the responsibilities of the directors of limited liability companies in the Company Law. Regarding the management of the company regulated in the Company Law with fiduciary duty and business judgment rule, it can be said that the basic provisions governing fiduciary duty and the business judgment rule in the Company Law can be found in general rules or provisions in Article 97 of Company Law. . Abstract

Criminal cases carried out by children in general the provisions violated are criminal regulations contained in the Criminal Code, then the investigation is carried out by general investigators in this case the National Police investigator. In line with the enactment of the Law on the Criminal Justice System for Children, it has been confirmed that the investigation of cases of naughty children was carried out by police investigators on the basis of law Article 26 paragraph (1) Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System which states that an investigation of a child case is carried out by an Investigator determined based on the Decree of the Head of the Indonesian National Police or another official appointed by the Head of the Indonesian National Police. The purpose of this study is to look at the role of child investigators in conducting investigations of child offenders. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical research method. Not all police investigators can investigate bad boy cases. The Child Criminal Justice System Law is known for the existence of child investigators, who are authorized to conduct investigations. Child investigators are appointed by the National Police Chief with a Special Decree for these purposes. The Child Criminal Justice System Law through Article 26 Paragraph (3) sets out the conditions that must be fulfilled by an Investigator.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran Mengolah Makanan Kontinental merupakan mata pelajaran yang lebih mengarah kepada pelajaran praktek guna pembentukan keterampilan siswa, sehingga pemanfaatan media sangat mendukung terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Media dalam pembelajaran Mengolah Makanan Kontinenntal tidak dilihat dari segi kecanggihan medianya, tetapi lebih kepada fungsi dan peranannya dalam membantu efektifitas pengajaran. Media yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran adalah media grafis dan media asli/tiruan, dimana dalam media grafis guru bisa memilih media gambar, chart, poster atau media papan. Begitu juga dengan media asli/tiruan, guru bisa memilih benda sebenarnya sebagai media atau benda tiruan yang menyerupai benda asli. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara langsung dengan informan penelitian, yaitu guru mata pelajaran Mengolah Makanan Kontinental, siswa dan kepala sekolah. Kemudian sebagai data pendukung penulis mendokumentasikan hal-hal yang dianggap mendukung data penelitian. Alat yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, pena/pensil dan kamera sebagai alat pendukung. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian dianalisis berdasarkan cara kerja yang dilakukan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi, penyajian, kemudian verifikasi/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru mata pelajaran Mengolah Makanan Kontinental sudah merencanakan menggunakan media pembelajaran, hal ini dapat dilihat dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran yang telah disusun oleh guru tersebut. Penggunaan media oleh guru sudah sesuai dengan perencanaan yang sudah disusun sebelumnya. Media papan tulis merupakan media yang paling sering digunakan karena dianggap praktis oleh guru. Sedangkan flip chart merupakan media yang tidak pernah digunakan oleh guru, karena papan flip chart tidak tersedia di sekolah. Penggunaan media pembelajaran oleh guru masih terbatas disebabkan media yang tersedia di sekolah belum memadai.

Abstract

In the process of examining criminal cases such as corruption cases, the existence of a criminal law expert’s statement makes pro and contra, so that is very necessary to do a comprehensive research in the existence of expert criminal law statements. For this reason, the authors are interested in discussing the existence of statement of criminal law experts as one of the evidence in a criminal case. The problem in this research is what are the qualifications of a person to be able to ask for expert criminal law statement to be used as evidence in the trial of a criminal case. This research is a normative juridical legal research with norms approach method and case approach. The results of this research are the qualifications of someone who can provide expert criminal law statement as evidence in the trial of a criminal case is someone who has special expertise regarding knowledge and experience in the field of criminal law. The Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) does not provide a limitation on experts and only mentions a person who has special expertise, so that a criminal law expert can be categorized as an expert and the information given can be one of the evidence in court.

Abstract

Discussions on Human Rights will never end as long as there is still human life on this earth. Moreover, the current situation of the international community is colored by opposition and violence, ranging from ethnic conflicts, national boundaries, wars to terrorism. Presumably it has indeed become a human nature that in his life it is always colored with conflicts, both ideological, political, economic, social and cultural conflicts. In Indonesia the strengthening of human rights as a guarantee of the constitution is regulated in Articles 28 A to J in the Indonesian Constitution in 1945. On this matter human rights are demands that can be enforced legally and attached to each individual or group of individuals to guarantee respect towards the dignity of his humanity.

Abstract

Luak Gadang Bukik Baka is a natural tourist attraction located in Agam Regency, West Sumatra. This tourist attraction is relatively new, so it is still managed by the community. An attraction that is favored by this tourist attraction is a fish pond with a karst cliff on one side. Bukik Baka is a beautiful hill that has lovely sees and can also be used as a camping site. This tourist attraction is still in the early stages of growth. Since opening in April 2018, the available tourist facilities are still minimal, but tourist visits to this tourist attraction are very busy. This study aims to figure out how to develop the tourism potential of Luak Gadang Bukik Baka, so that it can attract tourist visits to Jorong Guguak Rangpisang, Nagari Kamang Hilia, Agam Regency. The research approach used is the qualitative descriptive method. Obtaining the informant's researchers used the snowball technique. Observation, question, and answer (interview), and recording were used as data collection techniques. Based on the findings of the study, it can be inferred that the current innovations are in the areas of activities and services, such as lodging and facilities. Meanwhile, Luak Gadang Bukik Baka has not fully evolved in terms of physical aspects, beauty, accessibility, socio-economic, and cultural aspects. It is hoped that the Agam Regency Government will continue to support the Jorong Guguak Rangpisang community in developing the Luak Gadang Bukik Baka into a popular tourist destination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of budget participation on the performance of local government officials in Riau Province. Additionally it also tested the role of leadership style, organizational commitment, decentralization, and organizational culture as a moderating variable on the relationship between budgetary participation and performance. The research sample was taken with a simple method of proportionate stratified random sampling is the head of department / agency head / head of the bureau, sub head, and the head of the subsections. The population was Echelon III and IV. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression method. The results of the data analysis showed that the variables budgetary participation has a positive effect. Meanwhile, the leadership style, decentralization, and organizational culture affect the relationship with the performance of budgetary participation while moderating variable organizational commitment has no effect on the relationship.

Abstract

The Honorary Body is an instrument of the DPRD established to uphold the DPRD code of ethics. Basically, the Honorary Body is an internal oversight body of the DPRD. There are 2 (two) honorary body functions, which are active functions and passive functions. The active function of the Honorary Agency is the supervisory function in which the Honorary Agency evaluates absences, legal products produced by the DPRD, and intensity of meetings conducted by board members. The passive function of the Honorary Agency is the BK action to follow up when there are complaints of indications of violations by members of the board. The Board of Honor always appeals to council members not to commit violations or deviations.

Abstract

In vision, the eye has various refractive errors. These refractive disorders include myopia, myopia is a condition in the eye that has excessive refraction power so that parallel rays that come are refracted in front of the retina. Many factors cause myopia, one of which is close reading. Reading is an activity that requires near vision. Children who read continuously for more than 30 minutes are more likely to develop myopia. This study aims to determine the relationship between the habit of reading at close range to myopia for grade IX students at SMP Negeri 7 Padang. The results showed that there was a relationship between history of close reading and myopia. Where Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, while the strength between variables in this study is assessed using adds ratio. The OR calculation result is 0.405 because OR (0.405)

Abstract

The quality of health services and the image of a hospital is largely determined by the role of nurses, because 90% of health services in hospitals are provided by nurses. in providing quality nursing services can be applied by using caring behavior in providing nursing care to clients. Caring is special and depends on the relationship between the nurse and the client, where caring facilitates the nurse's ability to recognize the client so the nurse can find out the client's problem and find and implement a solution. The survey conducted by researchers at Solok District Hospital on evaluating the quality of nursing services to patient satisfaction in the inpatient office of Solok Hospital obtained a surgical room with 42% good, and 58% less good. The fact that was found in the field more than half (59.4%) of respondents had a negative perception of the implementation of nurses caring behavior in the operating room in Solok Hospital and more than half (40.6%) of respondents had a positive perception of the implementation of nurses caring behavior in the room inpatient surgery. It is expected that all nurses, especially nurses in the room can carry out caring behaviors to all patients optimally because caring behavior by nurses can optimally affect how a person or patient thinks, feels and behaves in dealing with others, so as to provide patient satisfaction towards nursing services.
