Abstract

The aims of this development research is to produce entrepreneurship learning model based onthe valid contextual, practical and effective.The research follows the design of model of the Branch (2009). There are five steps from the design model of the Branch (2009), namely; analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE). To collect the data, the instrument that writer used are the observation, instrument validation and test sheets. To validate instrument products, expert assessment of the strategies are chosen by using the delphi technique and continued with exploration of the feasibility which is applied by using focus group discussions technique. The data will be analyzed through qualitative and quantitative techniques. In order to get the book of entrepreneurship learning model and the guidebook based on the contextual, the data were analyzed by using qualitative and quantitative methods. The validity of the product are tested by expert, the practical test by the user, and the effectiveness test trought the students learning outcomes. The results of the development consists of (1) book-entrepreneurship learning model based on contextual, (2) the lecturers’ guidebook of entrepreneurship learningmodel based on contextual, (3) Student Handbook learning model based on contextual is valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

In the era of globalization the development of society in the economic and business sectors is growing very rapidly. These highly dynamic economic and business developments turned out to have quite fundamental implications for the shift in legal institutions and institutions in Indonesia. The implications for legal institutions are caused by inadequate norms to support economic and business activities that are developing so rapidly including developments in dispute resolution efforts that arise in the business world, one of which is about consumer disputes. The dynamism of economic and business development also needs to be balanced with regulations in the field of law. This research is an analytical descriptive research. From the research results it can be explained that: The implementation of mediation in the settlement of consumer disputes at the City Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency is carried out through the role of three mediators from the three assembly elements present at BPSK, namely government elements, business actors and consumer elements. The mediation carried out at the Padang City BPSK always exceeds the mandatory timeframe, so that the time is inadequate in the success of the mediation, the mediation seems to be forced upon the parties because the BPSK assembly believes the mediation decision can equalize the position of consumers who were previously in a weak position. The legal consequences of the implementation of mediation in the settlement of consumer disputes by BPSK Kota Pariaman can be in the form of agreement or disagreement of the parties as outlined in a determination, and the determination is also not infrequently deviated due to the absence of an executive power over the BPSK Kota Pariaman determination or decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dari untuk menganalisis pengakuan pendapatan dari penjualan tiket Trans Padang tahun 2018. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan yang diperoleh oleh Trans Padang adalah pendapatan yang berasal dari penjualan tiket angkutan bus yang terdiri dari dua macam tiket yaitu TAT dan tiket elektronik. Hasil analisis pendapatan penjualan tiket pada Trans Padang ini mengunakan metode basis kas yaitu pendapatan diakui pada saat penjualan terealisasi. Pendapatan dari penjuaan tiket merupakan usur paling utama kegiatan Trans Padang ini. Dalam pencatatan laporan keuangan masih menggunakan metode manual sehingga banyak terjadi kesalahan-kesalahan yang signifikan diantaranya terdapatnya kesalahan pencatatan dari jumlah penjualan tiket pada tabel-tabel laporan pendapatan, terdapatnya kecurangan dari penjualan tiket sehingga sangat perpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Trans Padang dalam mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, contohnya tidak diberikannya tiket kepada penumpang, tiket dibayar dibawah harga tiket tetapi tanpa memberikan tiket pada penumpang, dan terjadinya pembayaran dobel oleh penumpang yang mengira tiketnya belum dibayarkan temanya sehingga dibayar lagi oleh penumpang yang sama.

Abstract

Based on Article 11 of Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012 it is stated that the corporate social responsibility work field can be carried out in the fields of education, health, infrastructure, sports and arts, social and religious culture, environmental preservation, populist economic enterprises, empowerment of indigenous peoples, and other fields of work that significantly impact on improving the quality of society. The problem in this research is how is the implementation of corporate social responsibility of PT Asia Forestama Raya towards improving the economy of the community based on Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012? What are the obstacles in the implementation and how are the efforts to overcome these obstacles? The method used in this research is socio-legal research. The results of this research that PT Asia Forestama Raya did not implement corporate social responsibility to empower the economy of the community in the District of Rumbai Pesisir, Pekanbaru City. The obstacles in the implementation are from the company point of view, namely the financial condition of PT Asia Forestama Raya is currently in an unstable condition so that for three years there has not been implemented a community economic empowerment program, from the community point of view, namely the lack of community knowledge regarding Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 Year 2012, while from the government side, there is still weak supervision of the implementation of corporate social responsibility of PT Asia Forestama Raya. Efforts to overcome these obstacles are based on Article 32 of Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012 which states that if PT Asia Forestama Raya does not implement corporate social responsibility, then the company may be subject to administrative sanctions in the form of written warnings from the Pekanbaru City Government and restrictions on business activities, suspension of business licenses, up to revocation of business licenses.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the implementation about Financial Accounting Standards Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) of Keripik Ladu Arai Pinang “RANI” SMEs in Pariaman City. The method used in this study is qualitative approach. This research uses primary data source and secondary data source. The primary data source in the form of information and data supplied by the owner SMEs, while secondary data source are from website, and documents that support. Data collection techniques using triangulation techniques, namely the interview, documentation and observation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data display and conclusion. Based on the research in mind that Business Ladu Arai Pinang “RANI” SMEs have not record based SAK ETAP. Therefore, researchers have drafted of the financial statement based SAK ETAP, include balance sheet, income statement, capital statement, cash flow statement and notes of financial statement. Financial statement SMEs made the researcher based on information obtained during the research, then processed into financial statement based SAK ETAP.

Abstract

In the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1945 stipulates that Indonesia is adopting a presidential system in the administration of the State. The consequence of this system, as stipulated in Article 4, paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution, that the president acts as head of government. In addition, implied by reference in Article 10 to Article 15 of the 1945 Constitution, the president also acted as Head of State, of the provisions of the president has a great power. In the 1945 Constitution besides regulating the system of government also regulates the powers of the president who is usually known as the Right Prerogative but the authors have called for Constitutional Rights. Authorizations are set out in Articles 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and Article 15 of the 1945 Constitution existence of the special session is not mentioned explicitly in the 1945 Constitution Article 2 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution states that the Assembly convene at least once in five years, however Tap. III / 1978 set for the existence of the special session (SI) to hold the president in the middle of his term.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Griya Walnut Village Siak Hulu Riau Kampar Communication entitled Patterns of husband and wife are not Harmonious At Griya Kenari Jaya Siak Hulu Kampar Kubang. This study aims to determine the Communications Patterns husband and wife are not Harmonious At Griya Kenari Jaya Siak Hulu Kampar Kubang. Research benefits expected to be useful both theoretical and practical aspects. Theoretically, this research may be useful for the development of science communication, providing information and contributing communication patterns. Practically, this research is expected to be useful as information for individuals in developing communication patterns husband and wife in a family. In this study used qualitative methods with the intention of digging Communication Patterns of husband and wife are not Harmonious At Griya Kenari Jaya Siak Hulu Kampar Kubang. As for the time of the conduct of this study started from March 2018 to June 2018. Data collection technique is by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of qualitative data. From the results showed that some family communication patterns that are not in harmony occurs less effective and less fun. This happens because the habit of speaking unfriendly and irritable and grumpy. The habit of talking shout, scold and rage will make married life becomes harmonious. Seoseorang good communication in public, also does not guarantee that a person can communicate well with his family. May talk in front of other people with good communication patterns. As communication patterns by using Hp, too. Often a person communicates with the communication media does not correspond to the truth.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has been taught as an independent scientific discipline, because entrepreneurship education at STIH Padang is explained as follows: 1. Entrepreneurship contains a complete and real body of knowledge, namely there are complete theories, concepts, and scientific methods. 2. Entrepreneurship has two concepts, namely start-up and venture-growth ventures, this is clearly not included in the general management education framework that separates management and business ownership. 3. Entrepreneurship is a discipline that has its own object, namely the ability to create something new and different. 4. Entrepreneurship is a tool for creating business equity and income distribution.

Abstract

Sexual violence in various countries in the world was increasing every year. The data released by national commission for child protection shows that violence against children to school rises by 2015. There are 2.898 reports of violence against children , 62 percent of them constitutes a crime sexual. Method : This study uses qualitative methods in Pauh District, Padang City. Data was collected through in-depth interviews. The research informants were selected by purposive sampling of sexual violence, families and figures who play a role in overcoming sexual violence in children based on records from the record police in 2015. Result : Based on the results of research that sexual violence on child resulting in children to shy, morose, and inactive in the classroom. The impact of sexual violence not only at the victim but also parents from sons to feel ashamed and shrink from neighbors around and spend money which is large for a case that occurred to their children. Knowledge of people who participated in sexual prevention of sexual assault on child relative less. Conclusions : The impact of sexual violence disturbs teaching or habits and the activities and family oil the future .The need for the role of family , tokoh-tokoh that mempenyai the role of sexual violence against reduction of religious leaders , community leaders and paramedics nearest

Abstract

This study aims to provide evidence that: (1) To see the contribution of compensation to the job satisfaction of Agam Regency Education and Culture Department employees. (2) To see the contribution of work motivation to the job satisfaction of Agam Regency Education and Culture Office employees. (3) To see the contribution of compensation and work motivation together to the job satisfaction of Agam Regency Education and Culture Department employees. Data collection is done by survey method with questionnaire. the auditor Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive and quantitative analysis. The data collected is primary and secondary data that can be classified as independent variables and dependent variables. Work Compensation and Motivation (contribution variables), and Employee Job Satisfaction in the Agam Regency Education and Culture Office (contributed variable). Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study note that: (1) There is a positive and significant contribution between compensation for Employee Job Satisfaction in the Agam District Office of Education and Culture. (2) There is a positive and significant contribution between work motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction in Agam Regency's Office of Education and Culture. (3) There is a positive contribution between compensation and work motivation together to Employee Job Satisfaction in Agam Regency's Office of Education and Culture.
