Abstract

Kehadiran layanan internet banking telah menawarkan sejumlah fleksiblitas dan kemudahan dalam melakukan transaksi, baik antara bank dan nasabahnya, bank dengan merchant, bank dengan bank dan nasabah dengan nasabahnya. Namun demikian, kemudahan ini bukanlah berarti tanpa memiliki risiko. BRI Kota Bukitinggi dan BRI Kota Payakumbuh juga telah menyediakan layanan internet banking untuk para nasabahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yang dapat dicapai adalah: untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk aspek hukum bank dalam melindungi data pribadi pada nasabah pada pelayanan internet banking dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap nasabah pengguna internet banking di BRI kota Bukittinggi dan BRI Kota Payakumbuh Metode dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif metode pendekatan yuridis empiris. Hasi dari penelitian ini adalah: kerahasiaan Data Nasabah BRI Kota Bukitinggi dan BRI Kota Payakumbuh mengenai nasabah dan keuangannya tidak boleh dibuka dengan alasan apapun dan oleh siapapun,. Perlindungan data transaksi dan nasabah BRI Kota Bukitinggi dan BRI Kota Payakumbuh tersebut akan lebih kuat dan mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang pasti apabila diatur dalam bentuk undang-undang atau peraturan. Keamanan dan keselamatan data nasabah ini dijabarkan melalui bentuk perlindungan nasabah seperti yaitu client charter, kerahasiaan data nasabah, test and trial drive, dan customer support service.

Abstract

This research aimed to evaluate the component of context, input, process, and product on Entrepreneurship Program at Universitas Negeri Padang. This research was an evaluate study with CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). The method was used a mixed method with quantitative and qualitative approach by sequential explanatory. This research was characterized by collected and analyzed quantitative data at first stage and qualitative data at second stage to reinforce the result of quantitative approach. The result of this research showed that the component of the context, input, process, and product on Entrepreneurship Program at Universitas Negeri Padang was at less satisfactory category. The component of input, process and product should be improved to make The Entrepreneurship Program to be more optimal. The recommended is The Entrepreneurship Program can proceed with the improvement at each of its components.

Abstract

Crime in Indonesia in recent years has often been questioned by academics, the public and legal practitioners. One form of crime that has the highest frequency is theft. From there lies the big role of law enforcement officials in combating crime for the sake of creating public order. In general, the social problems that arise due to violent theft are felt to be very disruptive to people's lives, especially in the Payakumbuh Police jurisdiction. In essence, the problem is a shared responsibility. So the role of the Police in tackling criminal acts of theft with violence in the Legal Area of the Payakumbuh Police, but its role is not yet effective because in this case there are still found inhibiting factors to the role of the Police, so that the role of the Police is not effective.

Abstract

Kurangnya kemampuan aparatur Badan Musyawarah Nagari merupakan salah satu faktor penghambat bagi proses pemahaman terhadap bidang tugas, hal ini sangat berkaitan terhadap pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan BAMUS Nagari dalam melakukan pegawasan terhadap Pemerintahan Nagari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis fungsi Pengawasan BAMUS Nagari dalam mengawasi jalanya Pemerintahan di Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh dan Nagari Lasi, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Fungsi Pengawasan BAMUS Nagari dalam mengawasi Pemerintahan Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh dan Nagari Lasi dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan fungsi Pengawasan BAMUS Nagari dalam mengawasi Pemerintahan Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh dan Nagari Lasi. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan BAMUS di Nagari Canduang Koto Laweh dan Nagari Lasi belum efektif karena BAMUS merupakan wakil masyarakat nagari. Agar kebijakan yang di buat nanti dapat arif dan bijaksana sesuai keinginan dari semua pihak. Kendala yang dihadapi secara umum adalah kurangnya bimbingan teknis dari pemerintah daerah, khususnya bidang hukum dan pengawasan, dari segi anggaran tidak selalu dilaksanakan sosialisasi terhadap BAMUS, terjadinya pertentangan antara BAMUS dan Pemerintahan Nagari serta dana operasional tidak mencukupi sementara BAMUS di tuntut aktif memperjuangakan kepentingan masyarakat dan menjalankan berbagai tugas dalam hubungan tata kerja pemerintahan nagari. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pelatihan yang lebih intensif, terutama bagi anggota BAMUS maupun Wali Nagari dalam mengawasi dan menjalankan Pemerintahan Nagari, harus di sosialisasikan setiap anggaran sehingga masyarakat juga ikut mengetahuinya, setiap pertentangan yang terjadi harus dicari jalan keluarnya agar terciptanya hubungan yang harmonis antara BAMUS dan Pemerintahan di Nagari dan dengan cara menganggarkan dari dana pendapatan asli Nagari dan dana dari pihak ketiga.

Abstract

The city of Bukittinggi as one of the largest tourist cities in West Sumatra has a leading tourist attraction which is one of the oldest zoos in Indonesia. This zoo also displays various Minangkabau cultural attractions, therefore the government named this zoo Kinantan Wildlife and Culture Park (Taman Margasatwa dan Budaya Kinantan). Based on preliminary observations, data shows that the number of tourist visits to Kinantan is not proportional to the level of tourist visits to the City of Bukittinggi. Therefore, an in-depth research is carried out on the development of facilities and the role of the government in that development. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the analysis showed that the role of government in developing Kinantan, namely as a motivator, facilitator, and dynamist has been running well and can increase the number of tourist visits.

Abstract

Elderly people can be categorized both socially and biologically. Socially elderly people are characterized by a person's age, because age is our interaction with other people in the social environment. With certainty, old age cannot be determined because socially elder people will be treated like parents, even though they do not feel old. In the social stratification of the elderly, there will be changes in social status and social roles. In modern society, the existence of parents in the child's family can be a problem, namely it can interfere with the economic life of the child's family, shared affection, and perhaps household problems due to the involvement of parents in the child's family affairs. The tendency of modern society today to form a nuclear family brings problems with the lives of the elderly. The role and position of the elderly in the family and society are very much influenced by cultural views about aging. Different views on the elderly will make attitudes and respect for elderly people different in society and in the family.

Abstract

Cooperation is carried out based on the provisions of the legislation in force or based on international agreements that have been recognized by the government. The Corruption Eradication Commission has the authority to coordinate and control the investigation, investigation and prosecution of corruption. The procedure for investigating Corruption in the Corruption Eradication Commission is determined in Article 43 and Article 44 of Law No. 30 of 2002. In this Article states that investigators who carry out investigations are investigators appointed by the Corruption Eradication Commission. Investigators here only carry out the function of investigating criminal acts of corruption. If the investigator in conducting an investigation finds sufficient preliminary evidence of an alleged criminal act of corruption, within no later than 7 (seven) working days from the date the sufficient preliminary evidence is found, the investigator may report to the Corruption Eradication Commission.

Abstract

It is estimated that the number of seniors will continue to increase, in line with the decline in infant mortality. One of the important things that need to be considered to anticipate this is to increase attention to the nutritional status of the elderly. Nutritional status is a reflection of the quality of the food it consumes. This study aims to observe the description of nutrient consumption and nutritional status of the elderly in Sasana Tresna Wherda Bengkulu. This research is descriptive in nature, using primary data and secondary data. Data processed manually. The consumption of nutrients for the elderly is still below the recommended dietary allowance or RDA (recommended dietary allowances), especially for vitamin A, vitamin C, Fe, and Ca. The availability of nutrients at the orphanage for calories, protein, and vitamin B is adequate, however, Ca, Fe, vitamin A and vitamin C are not yet as recommended. The nutritional status or stature of the elderly in general is thin, namely 81.3% for men and 62.5% for women. Elderly who consume moderate and poor nutritional substances, nutritional status of the elderly is found thin, but elderly people who consume enough are also underweight.

Abstract

PT Asia Forestama Raya is a forest product processing factory for the wood industry's raw materials. Based on Article 74 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, it is stipulated that companies that carry out their business activities in the natural resources sector and / or fields related to natural resources are required to implement CSR. In Article 10 of Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012 concerning Corporate Social Responsibility in Riau Province, it is stated that CSR programs can take the form of community economic empowerment. This research aims to explain the implementation of PT Asia Forestama Raya's CSR on community economic empowerment during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is socio-legal research. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the public really expected a real contribution from PT Asia Forestama Raya. PT Asia Forestama Raya's obstacle in implementing community economic empowerment in Limbungan Village is that the financial condition of PT Asia Forestama Raya is currently in an unstable state. Efforts that can be made by the people of Limbungan Village if PT Asia Forestama Raya doesn’t carry out a CSR program are to convey their aspirations to Commission IV of DPRD Pekanbaru City. Based on Article 32 of Riau Provincial Regulation Number 6 of 2012 concerning Corporate Social Responsibility in Riau Province, it is stated that if PT Asia Forestama Raya doesn’t carry out CSR towards empowering the community's economy, the company can be subject to administrative sanctions by the Pekanbaru City Government.

Abstract

Islam came to the village of Kebundurian, the district of Gunung Sahilan through Kuntu area which is now part of Kampar Kiri. Meanwhile, Naksabandiyah party came to the district of Gunung Sahilan, the village of Kebundurian from XIII Koto Kampar regency, Kampar regency which was brought by Syekh Ja’far from Pulau Godang. The entrance of Naksabandiyah party brought to this area several kinds of Islamic tradition. One of the tradition is Tarokin tradition. Tarokin (Talkin/Talqin in Arabic word) is a guidance to say the sentence of La Ilaha Illallah that is conducted to someone who is almost dying. This guidance is based on the prophet Muhammad SAW teaching that is “Please guide someone who faces death by saying La Ilaha Illallah”. Meanwhile, for Moslem, Talkin is given for a Moslem corpse who has just been buried. This teaching is to remind him/her the best answers when the Angels of Munkar and Nangkir ask questions. Moslems believe when persons carrying the corpse leave the grave, the Angels will come and ask principal questions to the dead body.
