Abstract

ABSTRAK Interaksi sosial merupakan salah satu cara untuk individu memelihara tingkah laku sosial individu tersebut sehingga individu tetap dapat bertingkah laku sosial dengan individu lain. Interaksi sosial juga dapat meningkatkan jumlah atau kuantitas dan mutu atau kualitas dari tingkah laku sosial individu sehingga individu semakin matang dalam bertingkah laku sosial dengan individu lain di dalam situasi sosial. Tujuan Mengetahui hubungan intensitas bermain game online dengan interaksi sosial remaja di Desa Busalangga Timur, Kecamatan Rote Barat Laut, Kabupaten Rote Ndao. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik korelasi karena peneliti ingin mengetahui hubungan bermain game online dengan interaksi sosial remaja, dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Cross Sectional, yaitu menekankan waktu pengukuran atau opservasi data independen dan dependen hanya pada satu saat Hasil uji statistik chi square diperoleh p value 0,000 (pada α = 0,05 ) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara intensitas bermain game online dengan interaksi sosial remaja di Desa Busalangga Timur, Kecamatan Rote Barat Laut, Kabupaten Rote Ndao. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecemasan pada ibu hamil meningkat menjelang persalinan. Terapi non farmakologi hidroterapi (rendam kaki air hangat) merupakan salah satu terapi yang dapat mengurangi tingkat kecemasan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh hidroterapi (rendamkaki air hangat) terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Oesapa Kota Kupang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experimental control times series. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu consecutive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 30 responden (15 pada kelompok eksperimen dan 15 pada kelompok kontrol). Instrumen kecemasan yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Uji yang digunakan adalah uji wilcoxon. Hasil: 1) Kecemasan ibu hamil sebelum diberikan treatment maupun leaflet mayoritas mengalami kecemasan berat dimana pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 53,3% dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 80,0%. 2) 60,0% ibu hamil pada kelompok eksperimen mengalami perubahan tingkat kecemasan dari tingkat berat menjadi sedang setelah diberikan treatment. Sedangkan 66,7% ibu hamil pada kelompok control tidak mengalami perubahan tingkat kecemasan setelah diberikan leaflet. 3) Berdasarkan hasil analisis pengaruh didapatkan pada kelompok eksperimen p value 0,001 artinya terdapat pengaruh treatment pada kelompok eksperimen terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III, dan pada kelompok kontrol p value 0,109 artinya tidak ada pengaruh pemberian leaflet hidroterapi (rendam kaki air hangat) terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh hidroterapi (rendam kaki air hangat) terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil trimester III. Saran: Diharapkan hidroterapi (rendam kaki air hangat) menjadi salah satu opsi untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III dan dapat dilakukan secara mandiri. Abstract

ABSTRACT Breast cancer is a disease that occurs due to excessive growth or uncontrolled development of cells or breast tissue. Breast cancer sufferers experience many changes in themselves and their daily lives which include physical and psychological conditions such as pain, fatigue, sleep rest. There are also psychological changes such as appearance, body image, positive feelings and negative feelings. Patients with a positive body image in undergoing treatment will experience the growth of new tissue or cells that have died during chemotherapy whyle patients with a negative body image will experience severe depression and can accelerate the growth of breast cancer and have an impact on death. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and body image in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in the oncology clinic of the hospital. Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang. This research is a quantitative research using corelation analytic research design and research design gross sectional the sample in this study was 77 people selected by porposive sampling hole collection data using a questionnaire. The results of the statistical test using Spearman Rho shows (p:0.000) with correlation cofficient 0.794 which means that there is a relationship between family support and body image in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, in the positive category with a strong correlation. Strength, from the results of this study, it is hoped that good family support must be maintained in order to improve a good body image. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Effect of Implementing Nurse Performance on Outpatient Satisfaction at Pasir Panjang Public Health Center, Kupang City. Background : Customer satisfaction occurs when the needs, desires, expectations of customers can be fulfilled. But in reality there is customer or patient dissatisfaction with the services provided. This happens because the dynamics of patient demands are changing rapidly but they are balanced with the speed of change work patterns and actions of nurses. The impact that often arises due to the poor performance of nurses is patient dissatisfaction and decreased patient interest in using nursing services in that place. Customers feel disappointed if the service received is still below expectations. This study aimed to analyze the effect of nurse performance on outpatient satisfaction at Pasir Panjang Public Health Center, Kupang City. This Study used a quantitative research with a cross sectional design. The sample in this study amounted to 62 respondents. The technique used purposive sampling. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and analyzed by using a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicated that the performance of the implementing nurses at the Pasir Panjang Public Health Center in Kupang City was in the good category (50.0%), outpatient satisfaction was in the enaugh satisfied category (69.4%). Something else that really affected the performance of the health force, then a very impact on performance, if the work is controlledloss so that the organization’s ultimate goal is not reached. The increased satisfaction of the patient is sought by improving the performance of the nurse in order to keep the ministry good and to restore the fundamental of nursing so that the role and function of the nursing is well accomplished. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi golongan senyawa tanin, flafonoid, alkoloid dan saponin sebagai senyawa antibakteri pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) yang berasal dari Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian laboratorium, dengan langkah-langkah: Pembuatan ekstrak menggunakan metode maserasi. Mengidentifikasi jenis senyawa antibakteri (Tanin, flavonoid, alkaloid , dan saponin) pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pada ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera L.) yang berasal dari Kota Kupang mengandung golongan senyawa sebagai antibakteri yaitu golongan senyawa tanin, flafonoid, saponin, dan tidak mengandung golongan senyawa alkaloid.Kata kunci: Identifikasi, antibakteri, Daun, Moringa oleifera L
