Performance is an emotional statement in a positive or pleasant as a result of the appreciation of the work and work experience. People will have a level of satisfaction varies according to the value system they act on him, the more aspects of the work in accordance with individual wishes, it will be the higher the perceived level of satisfaction and vice versa. A person's performance is determined by many factors, among others, work discipline factor, high motivation, and a good working environment.
The purpose of this study is to; 1) to determine the effect of variable discipline, motivation and work environment on the performance of employees of public companies Perhutani Forest Management Unit Saradan partially. 2) to determine the effect of variable discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance general company Perhutani Forest Management Unit Saradan simultaneously. 3) to determine which variables are the dominant influence on the general performance of the company's employees Saradan Perhutani Forest Management Unit.
A study population of 389 employees and a sample of 80 employees. The sampling technique used was probability sampling.
The test to instrument testis is valid and realibilas testis. Hipotesis test us F test, t test and to data analysis, that us regresi berganda testis metod. So important variable is motivation variable.
The results of this study recommend that the performance can be improved by taking into account discipline in every job, employee motivation, improve the work environment less comfortable and create a conducive working conditions

The notion of performance is the result of the quality and quantity of work achieved by someone employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Respondents were employees of Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Lamongan the sample in this study were 63 respondents are employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Lamongan ever take part in education and training. From the results of the questionnaire respondents behavioral variables, namely the number of 34.58%, ie knowledge variable number of 28.86%, which is a variable 22.79% skill, attitude variables ie number of 12.04%. Results F arithmetic amounted to 6.681> f Table 2.55 with probability 0,0029. From the results of the partial t test all link variables significantly affect the performance of the Civil Service Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Lamongan. Variable link consists of variable Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes and Behavior jointly have a significant influence on the performance of the Civil Service Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Lamongan. This situation ditunukkan of the correlation coefficient R = 0.9807 (98.07%) is close to 1 (100%). This shows that there is a very strong positive relationship between the independent variables (X1, X2, X3, and X4) simultaneously to the dependent variable (Y). While the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.9618 (96.18%). This means that the independent variables are jointly able to contribute to the independent variables of 96.18%.

This research take a title the Influences of service quality and Consumer Value Toward Member Satisfaction of Langgeng Makmur Cooperation which moved in lend and borrow financial service. This research purpose to recognize how variable role of service quality and consumer value in order to increase member satisfaction of Langgeng Makmur Cooperation Surabaya. From both independent variables that are service quality and consumer value which one is dominantly role increasing satisfaction of cooperation member.
Data collected through questionnaire method toward 74 respondents or service user of Langgeng Makmur cooperation Surabaya that gained by using Simple Random Sampling technique. Analysis that used is multiple linear regression analysis with computer software aided SPPS 20.00.
From the analysis yield can be concluded that service quality variable and consumer value simultaneously have influence toward satisfaction level of member Langgeng Makmur cooperation Surabaya. It is compatible with hypothesis posed, get proved with calculation result by using multiple linear regression method where gained value R2 as high 0,715 or 71,50% member satisfaction influenced by service quality and consumer value variables while the rest is 28,5% influenced with other factor that uncalculated in this research. Then from both independent variables researched that are service quality and consumer value, based on variable t-test or partial test can be concluded that most dominant which influence member satisfaction level in Langgeng Makmur cooperation Surabaya is service quality variabel, where it can be proved with regression value between service quality variable and member satisfaction as many 0,642 or 64,20% member satisfaction influenced by service quality in assumption value consumer is nil and correlation value as 0,801 or 80,10% with significant level 0,000 or far under alpha value as 0,05 or 5%.

This study aims to estimate the level of efficiency of the manufacturing industry in Central Java Province. The position of the manufacturing industry in Central Java between two clusters of Jakarta-Bandung and Surabaya were the justification for the urgency of this research. The concept of relative efficiency with format Constant Return to Scale (CRS) and the Variable Return to Scale (VRS) was used as the theoretical framework of this research. The concept was applied by the method of Data Envelopment analysis (DEA) to describe the level of efficiency of the manufacturing industry sub-sector in Central Java province in 2016. The study also describes a way of increasing efficiency in production output for the manufacturing sub-sector classified as inefficient. DEA model used in this study is the CRS and VRS with the orientation of the output (output-oriented)The results of this study indicate that the apparel sub-sector; wood and processing; machinery and equipment; as well as furniture and processing is a sub-sector of manufacturing industry in Central Java in 2016 were classified as inefficient. Sub sectors using too much input unit, thus creating inefficient production levels relative to other sub-sectors.

This study aims to determine the pattern formation of farmer groups and the dynamics surrounding it. Theoretically, this research is expected to complement previous studies and as a material for further study the interaction problems of farmers in the group. The research method in this study is a qualitative descriptive symbolic interaction perspective. The unit of analysis in this study is the interaction between individuals in a partnership contract with the farmers do Perhutani office and perceptions that arise from the current fertility involved in these interactions. The data collection is done by means of unstructured interviews, in-depth interviews (depth interview), and the observation participation. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The study's findings include the discovery of the three main sources of formation of farmer groups, which are formed due to the dynamics problem fertilizer distribution mechanism, their help, and through association study.Ultimately verifier will recommend the farmer group based institutional track record and activeness in the sustainability of the program, both in terms of activities, maintenance, as well as the accountability side.

This paper will describe the function of water resources to support business activities in Surakarta regency, Central Java province. Surakarta is a business city in Central Java province with small business enterprises and specific culture. This city has a famous river with the name is Bengawan Solo. Bengawan Solo is a River Flow Regional (RFR) to support business activities in Surakarta regency. Concious with the function, societies and local government in Surakarta must to manage the sustainability of River Flow Regional (RFR) Bengawan Solo. It is important to manage the sustainability of business activity in Surakarta regency.
According to the condition in Surakarta regency, this paper will explain how the simulation of Low Impact Development Model in Surakarta regency. Low Impact Development is a model that can manage and evaluate sustainability of water resources in River Flow Regional (RFR). Low Impact Development can analys goals, structures, and process water resources management. The system can also evaluate results and impacts of water resources management. From this study, we hope that Low Impact Development can manage water resources in River Flow Regional (RFR) Bengawan Solo.

This study aims to determine and analyze the presence and position of meatballs effort based on SWOT analysis and determine the right marketing strategy for your business based on the results of SWOT analysis meatballs. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The data used is qualitative data with the use of primary data and secondary data sources. The data collection is done by the method, triangulation namely, observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by using analysis SWOT checking the validity of the findings to confirm the data of the study subjects. The findings are based on analysis of business meatballs SWOT have factored into strengths, namely cow wearing original raw materials, the processing is done by the business owner so that the owner can control according to the standards set. Meatball business opportunities are increasing as the holiday sales increase in class and Idul Fitri, and has a loyal customer. Threats to business meatballs are many competitors with a similar business, price competition, rising raw material products, differentiation of products made by competitors.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of micro-credit to the productive economy increase public revenues, to identify any obstacles in lending economically productive activities. The method used was a survey and interviews. Analysis of the data used statistical analysis. The results of his research are no significant influence of the credit to the improvement of people's income. As the amount of increase in public revenue that runs in line with the amount of credit, then increase the number of their loans to be more and more people will receive credit so that more and more people whose incomes rise. Obstacles encountered in lending is a discrepancy in lending, mistakes in lending, error target in lending to the target group, the competitor that lenders are the same, most people are reluctant to accept credit reasons cannot return, and society productive get credit easily from the savings and loan cooperatives that without using a complicated procedure with a high-interest rate.

PLN East Java Business Unit is one of the service industry that has important in his development as a service industry. PLN will understand their desires and create customer satisfaction according to expectations of the customers. To determine the variables that affect customer satisfaction PLN, the fit between customer perceptions and expectations PLN and variables that need to be prioritized are the objectives of this study. To answer that, the variables used in this study is covering variable customer profile, service attribute variables and variable prioritization of services. From the analysis of the industry grouping customers based on their level of satisfaction, then generally the customer on PT. Business Unit PLN Gresik is where sampling is not satisfied with the services they have rendered. It is seen from the gap value is still negative, this means that customers in each of the groups formed have higher expectations than reality service received.
