Abstract

Kompetensi berupa kemampuan menejerial yang dimiliki pemimpin digunakan sebagai alat dan potensi sumber daya untuk menuju efisien dan efektif dalam penerapan manajemen waktu, maka kemampuan tersebut diharapkan dapat menghasilkan lulusan tepat waktu pada mahasiswa PTKIS Kota Batam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini (1) untuk mengetahui kemampuan Manajerial Pendidikan Islam ketua prodi (2) Untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen waktu oleh ketua prodi (3) Untuk mengetahui perkembangan mahasiswa lulusan tepat waktu (4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan Manajerial Pendidikan Islam ketua prodi terhadap lulusan tepat waktu di PTKIS Kota Batam (5) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen waktu terhadap lulusan tepat waktu (6) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan Manajerial Pendidikan Islam dan manajemen waktu secara bersama-sama terhadap lulusan tepat waktu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kemampuan Manajerial Pendidikan Islam ketua prodi tergolong tinggi dengan memperoleh score angket 81.1% (2)Penerapanmanajemen waktu oleh ketua prodi dikategorikan tinggi karena presentasi tersebut mencapai 83% (3) Perkembangan mahasiswa lulusan tepat waktu di PTKISKota Batam adalahmencapai 81% dari hasil data ideal(4) kemampuan Manajerial Pendidikan Islam berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap lulusan tepat waktu, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Thitung4.963 Ttabel 3.182. (5) Manajemen waktu tidak berpengaruh secara parsial kepada lulusan tepat waktu, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai Thitungadalah 2.654 dari Ttabel 3,812  (6) secara bersama-sama kemampuan Manajerial Pendidikan Islam dan manajemen waktu berpengaruh terhadap lulusan tepat waktu, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh probability value uji F sebesar 0,001 0,05. dan Fhitung148.643 Ftabel 6,94

Abstract

This study was conducted to find out how the feasibility of teaching book. The criteria for teaching book in Indonesia use the provisions of the National Education Standards Agency. This study is considered important which given the feasibility of teaching book should refer to the criteria of BNSP. The research was conducted with the qualitative approach and used literature research in data mining. The research method is conducted in three phases, they are:1) analyzing students books SKI class XIII MTS, 2) develop instrument of teaching book criteria According to BNSP, 3) relevant data collection, grouping data, provide assessment and explanation in narative. The feasibility rate of the teaching book in value with the predicate is less decent, decent enough, decent, and very decent. This study obtained the result that the conformity of Islamic cultural history book. According to BNSP has a very decent criteria to be used as teaching materials with the value of 93,02

Abstract

Religious education plays an important role in carrying out development in particular in shaping and printing young people who are moral and quality. Religious education serves to make people who believe in obedience to the commands and prohibitions of their religion and apply to everyday life. But what happens in the world of education today does not say so, the classic problems that occur to date are still not resolved properly and continue to be a continuing problem. Such as the problem of using time allocation that is too narrow which is used in the learning process, namely the religious learning elementary school is only 3 hours face to face and junior high school, high school / vocational school is only 2 hours face to face and every hour is 45 minutes not 60 minutes, of course this is very poor considering the purpose religious education is so great for the development and development of the nation. Not to mention if in one school there are various religions. The development of religious education by applying school culture that applies the principles of development through learning activities, giving values and parameters for achieving this school can be an alternative solution regarding the existing problems.

Abstract

The concept of motivation Maslow's ideas "" self-actualization is the person's motivation to transform perception of self into reality ". Motivation is the most basic factor in educational institutions to mobilize human resources potential to grow enthusiasm in working with organizational objectives. The second factor is the leader as a leader able to mobilize human resources. Sensitivity of a leader is expected to understand the nature and human needs. Hierarchy of human needs is expected to be another consideration in motivating staff, teachers (cleric) or employees. Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) the implementation of Tarikh (history) learning based on local wisdom, (2) the supporting and inhibiting factors of Tarikh learning based on local wisdom in Class IX at SMP (Junior High School) Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta The type of this research approach is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the activities of teachers and students during the Tarikh learning process. The object of this research was local wisdom in Tarikh learning method in Class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Data were obtained through observation of learning activities, interviews, field notes, and documentation in the form of pictures of learning activities. Data analysis techniques included the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data was obtained through triangulation. The results of this study indicate things as follows: (1) the implementation of Tarikh learning in Class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta is in accordance with the local wisdom of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, (2) the supporting factors for the implementation of Tarikh learning based on local wisdom in Class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta are adequate learning facility and students? awareness of the importance of preserving history and culture, while the inhibiting factors for implementing Tarikh learning based on local wisdom in Class IX at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta are classroom atmosphere, the number of subject matter, and the lack of student motivation.

Abstract

Learning is a process done for getting new knowledge and implementing it in everyday. Learning must be bendable according to one?s talent, interest, and abilities. In contrast to what happens to some students in a Islamic religious education study program that has studied in uninterested majors. The goal of this research is : to understand how to turn back the determination of a student after having been inhibitions in the learning process; and to know the supporting and retardation factors. The kind of research used in this study is qualitative and use a psychological approach of education. The techniques used in this research are purposive and snowball sampling. As well as data-collection techniques using methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study showed that students who study in uninterested majors have a way of revitalizing their own determination by increasing autonomy, competence, and related. The 2015 student of Islamic Education, has boosted its self-determination by submitting to the university?s internal and external activities program. Also, the pattern of communication with other students and teachers is established. As far as supporting factors are concerned, students have the freedom to express themselves and engage in college activities. The limiting factor is the overself-esteem of a dominant student and the challenge facing any student who feels it is a reflection of a college degree in entitlement.

Abstract

The presence of an instructor is crucial figure in training particular skills. Educators are experts whose duties are to teach, educate, guide, direct, survey, and assess students in the field of youth development, formal schooling, essential and elective teaching (UU RI Number 14 of 2005 concerning Educators and Teachers). Competent educators must have skills, where the ability of the instructor has 4 kinds of abilities. First, character abilities, educational skills, proficiencies and social skills. The Effect of Educational Capability of PAI Instructors on Learning Income uses a quantitative plan by polling. The sample used in this study amounted to 160 students consisting of 4 classes. The variable of the Educational Capability of the PAI Instructor was estimated through a poll survey of Variable X using research instruments and the Premium Variable in Learning was estimated through a survey of variable Y with 10 items each from each factor. To examine the need for investigations though testing the regularity of information by using instructive factual tests in the flagship program. Then, the investigation using the Sperman Rank Connection synopsis was carried out. To find out the consequences of speculative testing, it can be seen that there is a relationship between the learning model of PAI Educators' Educational Ability and student learning income. In the Sperman Rank Connection table, the ends are: The theory being tried is recognized whether the t value is calculated in the t table. Based on the estimation results above, it shows that t count = 7.5 t table 1.9916. This implies that there is a relationship between the Academic Ability of PAI Educators and Student Income in Learning

Abstract

Having strong faith in the Almighty God and having a noble character are two sides ofelementary emphasis, having strong faith in the Almighty God is the embodiment of Islamic theosentry which tries to provide a point of emphasis on understanding God to students, while having a noble character is one ofthe emphases on the image of anthropocentric regarding the concept ofcollaborative behavior among human beings in this world. These two objectives are the most important parts of the national education system which is one of the roles of Islamic religious education in universities, both private and public. In the beginning, the learning process at UM Jember was held offline, but it has turned into online more recently. This study is based on a qualitative approach with a focus on collecting data on strengthening the theo-anthropocentric value of Islam through in-depth interviews. The data analysis process uses a triangulation model. The conclusions of this research are as follows: first, strengthening fundamental doctrine in Islamic Theo-Anthropocentric Students of UM Jember through two agendas, namely strengthening religion and social awareness; second, the strengthening of fundamental values in Islamic Theo-Anthropocentric students of UM Jember that can be seen from three activities, namely religious habituation, student interaction, attitudes and behaviors that are instilled in students.

Abstract

The world is shocked by the spread of the Covid-19 virus that has major impacts in nearly all fields, including in the field of education in Indonesia. One of the efforts to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus in the education sector is to conduct distance learning which is carried out using various types of platforms and media to support the learning process. The purpose of this study is to review the teacher's strategy in growing students' learning motivation. This research method is a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques used are observation and interview techniques. The results of this study are that the teacher uses a flipped classroom learning model strategy assisted by madrasa e-learning media made by the teacher himself. It is proven to be able to grow the learning motivation of students in Class X IPS 1 MAN 2 Tuban, so that it can have an impact on increasing student learning outcomes and goals of a learning can be achieved.

Abstract

During this pandemic, the morality of teenagers in Sidorejo Village is concerning. That is, their morality is getting worse. At the same time, many organizations in Sidorejo Village are not developing well. Adolescence is a period where individuals seek a way of life, accept moral (ethical) norms as well as religious and aesthetic norms. Many have limitations, however, thereby making their external activities depend on others. This contradictory situation goes hand in hand, and constitute the background of this study. The present study aims to figure out how people living in Sidorejo Village react to the behavior of the youth group in forming their morality during the pandemic. This study is informed by the theory of social action proposed by Max Weber. The study is a case study using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques involving interviews. The results showed that only some of the youth who were participants in the youth organization were willing to take part in these activities due to being member activities held in schools or others. The role of the community is to guide the holding of religious activities such as reading the Qur'an and memorizing via virtual means. The results showed that the formation of adolescent morals have both good and not so good characters, which means that many teenagers participate in those activities but also spend their times doing things that are not useful.
