Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma K-Means untuk mengelompokkan produk vape di Cirebon Vape Store berdasarkan pola penjualan, dengan tujuan mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Dari 5.090 entri penjualan selama satu tahun, data dianalisis melalui tahapan pra-pemrosesan, transformasi numerik, implementasi algoritma, dan evaluasi menggunakan Davies-Bouldin Index (DBI). Hasil terbaik diperoleh pada K=4 dengan nilai DBI 0,541, menghasilkan empat klister Utama berdasarkan penjualan, Harga, dan transaksi. Visualisasi menggunakan scatter plot dan heatmap memperjelas distribusi produk dalam klister, yang meliputi produk dengan penjualan tinggi, produk unik dengan transaksi besar, produk mahal dengan penjualan terbatas, dan produk dengan penjualan moderat. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan bagi took untuk meningkatkan strategi pemasaran, efisiensi stok, dan daya saing, sekaligus memperkaya literatur tentang penerapan analitik data dalam bisnis ritel.

Abstract

Debt Note mobile application is designed to allow users to record the debts quickly and easily digitally, so that the information is easily accessible and well-organized. This design uses Double Diamond method which functions as a design framework that includes four phases: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. The previous research has confirmed that Double Diamond method works well to improve UI/UX which can help in the design process systematically and refine solutions and ideas. This method helps to determine the needs of users and creating user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX) to meet the expectations of users. This application is designed with simple and intuitive interface that allows users to easily track and manage debt transactions along with payment schedules. In the feasibility measurement process, this design uses System Usability Scale (SUS) by measuring user's satisfaction level based on 10 Likert-based scale statements. From the evaluation stage using System Usability Scale (SUS) method, the score value is shown with an average of 89.375. The results of this feasibility test are included in the Very Good category, which represents a positive response from users to the application design. The results of this study indicate that the interface design has a very good level of usability and is suitable for use.

Abstract

Banjir merupakan bencana yang paling sering terjadi di Indonesia, sehingga informasi cepat dan akurat tentang lokasi terdampak menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Named Entity Recognition (NER) berbasis Conditional Random Field (CRF) guna mengekstrak entitas penting (nama kota dan waktu) dari berita online terkait banjir. Data diambil dari 200 artikel berita tahun 2023 melalui metode web scraping dan manual dari lima portal berita nasional. Proses preprocessing mencakup pembersihan teks, tokenisasi, stemming, stopword removal, dan POS tagging. Data kemudian dilabeli menggunakan metode chunking dan IOB tagging untuk meningkatkan performansi identifikasi entitas. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan IOB tagging pada CRF meningkatkan kinerja model, dengan F1-score = 93.6%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CRF efektif dalam mengekstrak informasi bencana banjir, dan dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan cepat dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) yang dirancang khusus untuk mendukung proses belajar mata pelajaran Biologi, dengan fokus pada materi substansi genetika. Target utama dari aplikasi ini adalah siswa kelas XII di SMAIT Ulil Albab Batam, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual mereka terhadap materi genetika yang abstrak serta menumbuhkan minat belajar yang lebih tinggi melalui media yang menarik dan inovatif. Dalam proses pengembangannya, penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan instruksional ADDIE yang mencakup lima tahapan, yaitu: Analysis (analisis kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa), Design (perancangan konten dan interaksi pengguna), Development (pengembangan aplikasi dengan teknologi AR dan pemrograman 3D), Implementation (penerapan aplikasi di lingkungan belajar), serta Evaluation (penilaian efektivitas dan usabilitas aplikasi). Aplikasi ini menampilkan visualisasi objek 3D dari materi genetika seperti DNA, RNA, kromosom, dan proses replikasi, transkripsi, serta translasi, yang dipadukan dengan penjelasan ringkas berbasis teks dan audio. Selain itu, disediakan kuis interaktif untuk mengukur pemahaman siswa setelah mempelajari materi. Evaluasi usability dilakukan dengan instrumen System Usability Scale (SUS) terhadap 36 siswa, yang menghasilkan skor rata-rata sebesar 77,2. Skor ini termasuk dalam kategori Grade B, yang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut dinilai baik dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna. Hasil keseluruhan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa media pembelajaran AR ini efektif, relevan, dan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman serta ketertarikan siswa terhadap materi genetika secara signifikan.

Abstract

Embung Fatimah Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Batam City as a health service provider faces the challenge of understanding how the use of visual media can affect visitors' perceptions regarding the services provided. In addition to the quality of the hospital's medical services, the hospital's ability to communicate to itself can also affect visitors' perceptions. The use of multimedia technology, especially through company profile videos, has a central role in communication and marketing strategies in health service institutions. The relevance of the RSUD Embung Fatimah company profile video to the current condition and identity of the Embung Fatimah Regional General Hospital is still inadequate. Therefore, it is necessary to review and update the video content to ensure that the information conveyed is in accordance with the latest developments. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the company profile video on the perceptions of visitors to the Embung Fatimah Regional General Hospital in Batam City. The Luther Sutopo Model approach was applied in designing the video and the EPIC Model in analyzing its effectiveness. The test results showed that the video that had been developed was very feasible to be distributed with a value of 98%. Meanwhile, in the beta test, it was found that the Embung Fatimah Hospital company profile video had an effectiveness level with an Epic Rate value of 4,130, which was categorized as 'Effective'. So it can be stated that this product is effective in influencing visitors' perceptions of current relevance

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in the field of information and communication. The Ask-AI application is popular and has many reviews on the Google Play Store platform. The purpose of this study is to analyze user review sentiments towards the Ask-AI application and compare the performance of two text classification algorithms, namely Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine (SVM) in classifying reviews into positive and negative sentiment categories. A total of 628 reviews were used as a dataset consisting of 314 positive reviews and 314 negative reviews. The dataset has gone through a text preprocessing stage including letter transformation (transform cases), tokenize, common word removal (stopword removal), and dictionary-based stemming. Data analysis using RapidMiner software and for model performance evaluation using the k-fold cross-validation approach which can provide more stable and representative results for the entire data. The evaluation results produce a performance value of the SVM algorithm which has very good performance. SVM produces an accuracy of 94.08%, a precision of 96.23%, a recall of 92.31%, and an Area Under Curve (AUC) value of 0.981. Meanwhile, the Naive Bayes algorithm provides an accuracy of 78%, a precision of 85.23%, a recall of 68.37%, and an AUC of 0.801. The results of the study indicate that the SVM method is superior to Naïve Bayes in classifying the sentiment of Ask-AI application user reviews because it can provide more accurate, consistent, and more sensitive classification results to variations in text data. It is hoped that this study can be a reference for choosing the optimal sentiment classification algorithm for AI-based application user review data.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement a Quranic murottal speaker control system based on the Internet of Things (IoT), operated through voice commands, with a focus on the needs of visually impaired individuals. The system integrates speech recognition technology with the Aho-Corasick algorithm for command pattern matching and utilizes the MQTT protocol and ESP32 microcontroller as the main control unit. An Android application called "QIRABOX" was developed as the user interface, leveraging Google Speech Recognition to convert voice commands into text. Evaluation involving 10 visually impaired respondents showed an error rate of only 2% and a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 78.75, classified as "Good." These results indicate that a voice-controlled system can be an effective solution in the development of assistive technology to improve accessibility for people with visual disabilities.

Abstract

Rice is a strategic food commodity that provides more than 21% of global human caloric needs and up to 76% in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of rice production and consumption on the island of Sumatra, predict annual rice demand, identify the dominant factors affecting production, and determine the leading rice-producing provinces in Sumatra. The method employed is a Neural Network integrated with the CRISP-DM research methodology to predict annual rice demand, identify key production factors, and determine the top rice-producing provinces. This study uses a dataset from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) covering the years 1993–2020, consisting of six variables: province, year, production, harvested area, rainfall, humidity, and average temperature. The results show that harvested area is the most dominant factor influencing rice production across all provinces in Sumatra. The provinces with the highest rice production are Lampung, South Sumatra, and West Sumatra. The Neural Network model used has an architecture comprising six input nodes, five hidden layers, and one output layer. Model evaluation using Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) yielded a value of approximately ± 636.267 grams (0.636267 tons), indicating the predicted annual change in rice production per province. These findings are expected to assist the government and stakeholders in formulating strategies to stabilize rice production and distribution in Sumatra, thereby reducing price fluctuations and addressing supply imbalances that impact national food security

Abstract

Dengan perkembangan E-commerce di Indonesia yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya, belanja online menjadi kebiasaan bagi sebagian orang karena kemudahan yang diberikan, banyak orang beranggapan bahwa belanja online adalah salah satu sarana untuk mencari barang-barang yang dibutuhkan. Tokopedia merupakan salah satu E-commerce yang terbesar di Indonesia dan cukup banyak penggunanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis apakah website Tokopedia memiliki kecocokan berdasarkan kriteria Usability. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan 50 responden sebagai pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini. Kuesioner penelitian terdiri atas 13 pernyataan yang digunakan untuk mengukur aspek efektivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan dalam penggunaan website Tokopedia. Kuesioner disebar secara random untuk mendapatkan respon sebagai data yang nanti akan diolah. Hasil dari perhitungan yang dilakukan dengan analisa Usability menunjukkan keseluruhan atribut memiliki usability oleh user, rata-rata diatas nilai 3, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa website Tokopedia yang digunakan oleh user telah memiliki nilai aspek Usability yang baik.

Abstract

Layanan internet adalah sebuah layanan dengan kecepatan tinggi berbasis teknologi VPN MPLS dengan lastmile fiber optic sehingga mampu memberikan kualitas layanan dan keamanan jaringan yang terbaik. Selain itu terdapat berbagai metode komunikasi. Salah satunya metode CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) yang merupakan salah satu teknologi WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) yang memiliki channel spacing lebih lebar dibandingkan dengan teknologi WDM sebelumnya. Metode CWDM ini diimplementasikan sebagai pengembangan pada proses transmisi data guna  mempercepat transfer data dan meningkatkan bandwidth. Selain menggunakan fiber optic dan metode CWDM untuk berkomunikasi, layanan internet juga menggunakan switch sebagai perangkat pendukung layanan tersebut. Dimana perangkat switch diletakkan pada sisi user dan dikonfigurasi dengan memberikan VLAN dan IP Address sesuai dengan alokasi yang dibutuhkan. Dalam hal ini penulis fokus untuk menganalisis hasil instalasi dari kabel fiber optic dan keunggulan metode CWDM serta hasil pengujian perangkat switch dengan melakukan monitoring melalui web speedtest dan menghasilkan bandwidth sebesar 50Mbps.
