The research problem in this study was students bullying behavior. This research aimed to analyze the bullying behavior of senior high school students of Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung academic year 2018/2019. Methodology of research used descriptive quantitative method. Data collecting technique used questionnaire of bullying behavior. Data analysis technique used percentage descriptive analysis. The research sample was 218 students from 1090 populations, by using simple random sampling technique. Findings of the research can be concluded that 99.54% students did bullying behavior and the highest form of bullying behavior was verbal bullying which is 96.33%.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku bullying siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku bullying pada siswa sekolah menengah atas Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket perilaku bullying. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 218 siswa dari 1090 populasi, dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa 99,54% siswa melakukan perilaku bullying dan bentuk perilaku bullying yang paling tinggi dilakukan siswa adalah bullying verbal yaitu 96,33%.Kata kunci: bullying elektronik, bullying fisik, bullying relasional, bullying verbal, perilaku bullying

The research’s problem was to find out whether there was an improvement of students’ self-confidence in classroom activity by using group counseling technique. Single experimental was used as the method of this research. The subject of this research were 5 students. The data were obtained by using students’ self-confidence in classroom activity scale. The Wilcoxon Test was used in this research to calculate the data. Based on the result of wilcoxon, it could be seen that z-value = 2.201 and z-table = 0.043. It showed that z-value = 2.201 z-table = 0.043, it meant that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. This indicates that there was an improvement of students’ self-confidence in classroom activity after determining the treatment by using group counseling technique at the eleventh grade of SMAN 1 Raman Utara.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah percaya diri dalam belajar dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan konseling kelompok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket percaya diri dalam belajar. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoson diperoleh = -2,201 dan = 0,043. Oleh karena =-2,201 ≤ = 0,043, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat diketahui terdapat peningkatan percaya diri dalam belajar pada siswa kelas XI SMAN Raman Utara setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok. The topic of this research was the low level of self-confidence of students in learning. The problem in this study was "Could assertive training technique increase self-confidence in student learning?". The purpose of research was to increase students' self-confidence in student learning using assertive training techniques. The method used in this study was Quasi Experimental with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The subjects of this study were 6 students who had low confidence in learning. The data collection technique in this study was using a scale. The results showed self-confidence that the students had in learning could be improved through assertive training using the Wilcoxon test, from the results of the analysis of post-test data obtained by Zhitung = -2,201Ztabel 0,05 = 1,645. Thus, Ha was accepted, it can be concluded that students' self-confidence in the learning of class X students can be improved using assertive training techniques at SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2018/2019.Masalah penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran rendah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “ Apakah teknik assertive training dapat meningkatkan percaya diri dalam pembelajaran siswa?”. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran siswa dengan menggunakan teknik assertive training. Metode yang digunakan yaitu quasi eksperimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 6 siswa yang memiliki kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran rendah. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran dapat ditingkatkan melalui teknik assertive training menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, dari hasil analisis data post-test diperoleh Zhitung = -2,201 Ztabel 0,05 = 1,645. Dengan demikian, Ha diterima, artinya bahwa kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran siswa kelas XI dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan teknik assertive training di SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, konseling kelompok, assertive training, dan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam pembelajaran

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between motivation and students' achievement in the tenth grade of Public Senior High School 1 Natar academic year of 2018/2019. The study applied descriptive method with product moment analysis. The population consisted of 126 students with a sample of 63 students taken through simple random sampling technique. The data collection techniques were carried out using learning motivation scale and documentation of report cards. The results showed that there was a correlation between learning motivation and students' achievement with a correlation value of rxy-calculated = 0.411 r-table = 0.320 at a significant level of 0.05, therefore Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant correlation between learning motivation and students' learning achievement; that the higher the learning motivation is, the higher the student's learning achievement will be.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar pada siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Natar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis product moment. Populasi sebanyak 126 siswa dengan sampel berjumlah 63 siswa, diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi belajar dan dokumentasi nilai raport. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa dengan nilai korelasi rxy hitung=0,411 rtabel=0,320 pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada siswa kelas x di SMA Negeri 1 Natar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, artinya semakin tinggi motivasi belajar maka akan semakin tinggi pula prestasi belajar siswa.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, motivasi belajar, prestasi belajar

The problem of this research was employability. The aim of this research was to investigate the level of the students' employability at the final-year of math and science education, teacher training, and education faculty, university of lampung. The quantitative descriptive method was used in this research. The population of this research were the final-year students of math and science education which consisted of 454 students, and the sample were 115 students which were selected by using the simple random sampling. The employability questionnaire was used as the instrument. The result indicated that the employability at the final-year students of math and science education was high with 90,4 %. There was a element of the employability was still poor in the final-year students of math and science education, that was self control. It could be concluded that the employability of the final-year students of math and science education, teacher training, and education faculty in university of lampung was high.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Kesiapan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir dijurusan Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam FKIP Unila. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 454 mahasiswa dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 115 mahasiswa, Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kesiapan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam FKIP Unila dapat diketegorikan tinggi yaitu (90,4)%. Terdapat unsur keterampilan kesiapan kerja (soft skills) pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir yang rendah yaitu unsur pengendalian diri (self control). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir dijurusan Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam FKIP Unila adalah tinggi.Kata kunci: kesiapan kerja, keterampilan kerja, mahasiswa

The problem of this research was the low of students self esteem. The aims of this study was to find out whether the use group counseling service assertive training technique improves the students self esteem on class VIII SMP Negeri 22 Bandar Lampung in academic year 2017/2018. This research method was pre-experimental with time series design. The subjects in this research were 8 students. The data collecting technique was using self esteem scale. The results of the data were analyzed from pretest and posttest of self esteem using wilcoxon test. The result of statistics analysis show that the value of Zcount = -2,521 Ztable = 1,645, so it can be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It means that group counseling service assertive training technique can be used to improve students self esteem.Masalah penelitian ini adalah self esteem siswa rendah. The purpose of the research was to increase a positive attitude towards psychological well-being in terms of purpose in life. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental design of untreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest. The research subjects were an experimental group of 10 people and a control group of 10 people. Data collection techniques use a scale of purpose in life attitude. The results showed that positive attitudes towards students' purpose in life can be improved through role playing technique group guidance services, this is indicated by the Mean Whitney test results with values (Sig.) 0.000 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted, meaning that there is an increase of positive attitude towards purpose in life after being given role playing technique group guidance services in the experimental group. The conclusion is that the positive attitude of students towards purpose in life can be improved by using role playing technique group guidance services in the experimental group of grade XI students of SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019.Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis dimensi purpose in life. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen desain untreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 10 orang dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala sikap purpose in life. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap positif terhadap purpose in life siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing, hal ini ditunjukkan hasil uji Mean Whitney dengan nilai (Sig.) 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima, artinya bahwa terdapat peningkatan sikap positif terhadap purpose in life setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing pada kelompok eksperimen. Kesimpulannya adalah sikap positif siswa terhadap purpose in life dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing pada kelompok eksperimen siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, teknik role playing, purpose in life

This study aimed to analyze of employability on final-year students of the Guidance and Counseling and Physical Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Lampung. This research method was quantitative descriptive, with the technique analyze of percentage and Rasch model. The sample of this research from the Guidance and Counseling were 49 students, while from the Physical Education were 32 students. The results showed that Guidance and Counseling and Physical Education students had high employability results, namely at 91% for Guidance and Counseling and the Physical Education get 86%, then what needs to be improved the final-year students from the Guidance and Counseling is high order thinking skills, while the Physical Education self control. Because most of the results of the scale show high, it can be concluded that the work readiness soft skills for the final-year students from the Guidance and Counseling and the Physical Education are high.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis soft skills kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek FKIP Unila. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik analisis data Persentase dan Rasch model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek memiliki hasil kesiapan kerja yang tinggi, yaitu BK 91% dan Penjaskesrek mendapatkan hasil 86%, lalu yang perlu ditingkatkan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir BK yaitu high order thinking skills sedangkan Penjaskesrek self control. Karena sebagian besar hasil skala menunjukkan tinggi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa soft skills kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek tinggi. The problem in this study is employability of the final-year students in the Dance and Art Education Study Program. The purpose of this research is to find out the analysis descriptive of employability students in the Dance and Art Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training And Education University of Lampung. The population of this study was the final-year students in the seventh semester of the Dance and Art Education Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Lampung University. The samples of this research were 40 students. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. The results of this study shows that 80% of final-year students of the Dance and Art Education Study Program, their employability was high and 20% were medium level.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir Prodi Pendidikan Seni Tari. Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran deskriptif tingkat kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir pada Program Studi Pendidikan Seni Tari FKIP Universitas Lampung. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Tingkat Akhir pada semester tujuh keatas program studi pendidikan seni tari FKIP universitas Lampung. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 40 mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebesar 80% mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi seni tari kesiapan kerjanya berada tingkat tinggi dan 20% berada di tingkat sedang.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, kesiapan kerja, soft skill, pendidikan seni tari

The problem of this research aimed to reveal whether interpersonal communication could be improved through group guidance on assertive training techniques. This study aimed to investigate whether there is an increase in interpersonal communication through assertive training techniques group guidance services of the eighth grade students of Junior High School 1 Gisting in Academic Year of 2017/2018. The method used in this research was the quasi experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. This research used the scale of interpersonal communication as the data collection techniques. For the data analysis technique, this research used Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test. The results show the calculation that Zvalue= - 2.521 or less than Ztable = 1.645. Thus, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of this research reveals that group guidance service of assertive training technique could be used to improve interpersonal communication in the eighth grade students of Junior High School 1 Gisting in Academic Year of 2017/2018.Permasalahan penelitian adalah apakah komunikasi interpersonal dapat ditingkatkan melalui bimbingan kelompok teknik assertive training.
