Abstract

The problems in this study is whether the company's performance KSP.Yoga Solafide Mandiri has increased in the last five periods, namely the year 2015 to 2019 in terms of the financial statements. Purposes of conducting research is to determine the performance of the KSP.Yoga Solafide Mandiri seen from lUfuidity ratio, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. This type of research is based on the level of explanation namely descriptive study or re.search that aims to determine the performance of the financial .statements KSP.Yoga Solafide Mandiri with the use of financial ratio analysis. Ihe data used in this study are primary data in the form of financial statements information that consists of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement last five accounting. Calculating the financial ratios subsequently explained with informative sentence. The results showed that the financial condition KSP.Yoga Solafide Mandiri during 2015 through 2019 relatively well. This is due to the ability and a good performance management particularly in accounts receivable turnover, ability to achieve Ihe sales target, foresight to make consumer installment bills.Keywords: Financial Statements, Liquidity Ratios, Ratio Solvency, Activity Ratios, Profitability Ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the role of Member Cards in increasing Sales Turnover of PT. Primagraphia Digital Printinh Bogor Branch. Currently, financial difficulties make people wiser in using their finances, for example by choosing buy products eith bigger discounts, in general, many discounted are given to member card holders. This study focuses on how the benefits of ownership of member cards provided by the company for consumers in increasing salaes of PT. Primagraphia Digital Printing, especially in the Bogor branch. The methodology used is a qualitative research methodology.Keywords: Costumer Satisfaction, Discount, Member Card, and Sales Turnover.

Abstract

: In Indonesia, remote work and work outside the company is common nowadays. Almost all companies have to virtualize faster by delegating their employees to work remotely, facing many challenges that they must overcome in a short period of time.This study aims to determine the direction and impact of changes in the digitization of financial accounting processes related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The level of use of financial accounting programs in remote work and improvement of work organization, availability of internet platforms, identification of data security levels, definition of barriers that affect the boundaries of the digitization process and financial accounting programs that have been created. The study took part of 236 respondent-entrepreneur accounting. The survey considered 27 used. Related survey questions: software used in financial accounting companies, changes in use during the pandemic, ways to secure personal data, implementing remote work, barriers to making changes in financial accounting processes. Respondents' results showed that 78% of companies gave them online access to finance and accounting programs. More use public facilities (56%) than private facilities (44%). It should also be noted that in half of the cases studied, 76-100% of the employees of the surveyed companies received financial and accounting data online.Keywords: Information Technology Systems, corporate finance and accounting programs, the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and reward on the performance of hotel employee at Le Polonia Hotel Medan, both partially and simultaneously. The population and sample in this study were all permanent employees as many as 65 people and all of them were used as respondents using the census method. Data collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale then tested the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method, after passing the classical assumption test using the SPSS program. In this study leadership and reward as independent variables, employee performance as the dependent variable. The results of this study prove that leadership and reward both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of Le Polonia Hotel Medan.Keywords: Leadership, reward and employee performance.

Abstract

Banks occupy a very important place in meeting the needs of the community.This can be seen from one of its goals,to satisfy credit needs,the descriptions in this journal are: 1) What are the causes ofbad loans at Bank Nagari.2) How is the execution mechanism of the mortgage auction as a settlement ofbad loans at Bank Nagari.3) What are the obstaclesandefforts made by the Bank towardstheauction execution mechanism as a settlementwith badcredit.To answer these problems, the writer conducted a descriptive sociological juridical research which was conducted to obtain primary data through interviews and the results obtained were presented descriptively. From the results of the research that the author conducted at Bank Nagari central Padang, it can be seen that: 1) The causes of the emergence of bad loans come from internal factors (creditors) andexternal factors (debtors)whichbothhave an important influence on credit. 2) The procedure for the auction execution mechanism at Bank Nagari through KP2LN which has the authority to execute the auction.3) The obstacles commonly encountered by the Bank in the execution of the auction are the price agreement which is dropped below the market price of the collateral, which causes the debtor whose credit is bad to feel loss.Keywords: Agreement, Execution, Auction, Mortgage, Bad Credit

Abstract

This study is aimed at analyzing cash flow statements to assess the financial performance of companies engaged in mining in 2016-2020. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, the data used is secondary data, namely the cash flow statements of mining companies totaling 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The analytical technique. The method used is using the cash flow ratio by comparing each cash flow statement from each company engaged in the mining sector each year. Based on the cash flow ratio, it is concluded that the majority of mining companies have not have good performance. Of the five ratios, only the Cash Coverage Ratio is the most much can be achieved by mining companies. There are 6 (six) a company that has a good cash coverage ratio value (> 1), namely PT.Bukit Asam Tbk, PT. Mitra Investindo Tbk, PT. Timah Tbk, PT. Golden Eagle Energy Tbk, PT. Citatah Tbk, PT. Central Omega Resources Tbk. These six companies are considered have the ability of the company's operating cash flow to cover interest expenses company. Meanwhile, the value of the Fund Flow Coverage Ratio and the Total Debt Ratio which were in good criteria for 3 (three) consecutive years was only achieved by PT Bukit Asam Tbk. Likewise with the other five ratios, only two companies are consistent has a value above the standard during the three-year observation period, and only PT Bukit Asam Tbk consistently has a ratio above the standard of 7 (seven) current ratios cashKeywords: Statement of Cash Flows and Financial Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and job design on employee performance in the plantation sector of PT. Langkat Pratama Green Palm Oil, Langkat Province, North Sumatra, Indonesia. This research is an explanation of two independent variables (compensation and work design) and the dependent variable is employee performance. Questionnaires were distributed to employees of PT. Langkat Green Palm Oil Primer. A total of 87 employees from the plantation sector consisting of managerial and non-managerial staff responded to the survey. The survey questionnaire has 22 items covering human resource management practices and employee performance. This study found that compensation and work design have a positive relationship with employee performance. If the plantation sector organization wants to improve employee performance to a higher level, it should focus more on improving compensation and work design. This study helps improve employee performance collectively by implementing human resource practices rather than individually. By understanding the impact of human resource management practices on employee performance, employees can take more appropriate actions to reduce risk. This research will help organizations to find out which practices encourage creativity in organizations. In this study will be able to obtain, and maintain a competitive workforce as a valuable organizational asset. Future researchers can take more human resource practices and examine their impact on employee performance. The questionnaire technique used in this study is a very general technique. Other techniques such as group discussions/interviews can be used to conduct future research. Future researchers may add mediators or other human resource practices and may examine the relationship differently through different methods. Managers can use this data to improve their effectiveness in their organizations by focusing on human resource practices such as compensation and work design that affect employee performance.Keywords: HRM Practices, Compensation; Work Design; Employee performance.

Abstract

Electric power is produced by an electric power plant. Electric power from the generator cannot be used or sent directly to consumers, but must be transmitted and distributed first through a distribution substation. One of the problems faced is that there are frequent disturbances that result in unplanned blackouts. There are still many animal disturbances that make the use of the medium-voltage isolating transformer (TM) damaged, resulting in blackouts, as a result of unplanned blackouts there are many customer complaints received by PLN. . Substation protective equipment (APG) in the distribution substation network is a device that can withstand disturbances caused by animals which can reduce the number of unplanned blackouts.Keywords: Substation Protective Equipment.

Abstract

This research was designed to describe the results of financial ratio analysis of palm oil plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using liquidity ratios, solvency, activity and profitability. The population in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk., PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama, Tbk., PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Tbk., PT. Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology, Tbk. and PT. Sawit Sumbermas Sarana, Tbk period 2018-2020. This study uses a descriptive method with a saturated sample. The results of this study showed that the liquidity ratio of 3 companies PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk. (AALI), PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya, Tbk. (ANJT) and PT. Sawit Sumbermas Sarana, Tbk (SSMS) is quite good. . When we view from the solvency ratio of PT. Sawit Sumbermas Sarana, Tbk (SSMS), is the lowest risk of corporate debt and considered the best. When viewed from the activity ratio with total asset turnover of PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk.(SMAR) better than other companies, which means it can manage its assets effectively in generating sales. When viewed from the profitability ratio PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk.(SMAR) can get much bigger profits than  other companies. With all these ratios, it can be said that PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Tbk. (SMAR) has better financial performance than the other four palm oil companies.Keywords : Financial Performance, Financial Ratio, Financial Statements

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether career development, leadership and competence partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Medan. The data analysis technique used is quantitative method with the help of SPSS version 20.0 program. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees of PT Telkom Access Medan and a sample of 95 respondents. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The results showed that career development, leadership and competence partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Access Medan.Keywords: career development, leadership, competence, performance
