Abstract

Abstract: this study aims to analyze legal protection for persons with disabilities and the elderly in Indonesia’s insurance industry through a normative approach that combines literature review and limited interviews with three anonymous sources representing regulators, insurance practitioners, and disability organizations. The analysis employs Satjipto Rahardjo’s sociology of law and progressive law theories, as well as Lawrence M. Friedman’s legal system theory. The findings indicate that despite existing regulations—such as Law Number 8 of 2016 on Persons with Disabilities, Law Number 13 of 1998 on the Welfare of the Elderly, and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations—providing a strong legal foundation, discrimination, limited access, and insufficient adaptation of insurance products for vulnerable groups are still present in practice. These obstacles are linked to institutional, legal substance, and legal culture aspects. The study recommends strengthening inter-agency coordination, optimizing the role of the National Commission on Disabilities (KND), and implementing affirmative policies in the insurance industry.Keywords: Consumer Protection, Disabilities, Elderly, Insurance Industry, Inclusion.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low entrepreneurial interest of students at SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek after graduation, although the main objective of vocational schools is to prepare students to enter the industrial world, continue their education, and become independent entrepreneurs. The subject of Creative Products and Entrepreneurship (PKK) is expected to support these objectives; however, the reality shows that even though PKK scores are relatively high, students’ entrepreneurial interest remains low. This study aims to describe students’ PKK learning outcomes, describe their entrepreneurial interest, and analyze the influence of PKK learning outcomes on students’ entrepreneurial interest. The method used is quantitative descriptive with a correlational approach. The population consists of 284 eleventh-grade students of SMKN 1 Ampek Angkek, while the sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 74 students selected through proportional random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis employed the t-test. The results showed that PKK learning outcomes were in the good category, while entrepreneurial interest was in the moderate category. The t-test produced a p-value of 0.276 > 0.05, indicating that H₀ is accepted and Hₐ is rejected. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.016 indicates that PKK learning outcomes only contribute 1.6% to students’ entrepreneurial interest.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Entrepreneurial Interest, Vocational School, Creative Products and Entrepreneurship, Student Entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract: The threat of terrorism in Indonesia has evolved into a multidimensional problem that demands an approach not only legally but also socially and ideologically. As a follow-up to these threats, the penitentiary system has a strategic role in fostering terrorism inmates through deradicalization programs. This study aims to describe the process of implementation of the program of deradicalization of prisoners of terrorism in prison Class IIB Cilacap, as well as identify obstacles and challenges in its implementation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews with key informants, and official documentation. The results showed that the deradicalization program in Cilacap Class IIB prison was implemented through a multidimensional approach: spiritual, ideological, psychosocial, and reintegrative. The success of the two inmates in declaring the Pledge of allegiance to the Republic of Indonesia proves the effectiveness of the program. However, the program faces challenges in the form of limited human resources, sectoral egos between institutions, as well as resistance from the community to the reintegration of ex-prisoners of terrorism. Intensive collaboration and strengthening of regulations and public education are needed to support the long-term success of this program.Keywords: deradicalization, terrorism inmates, Cilacap prison, NKRI pledge, Correctional.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the increasing need for relaxation in modern society as an effort to reduce stress and maintain mental health. SPA treatments, especially with the integration of music therapy and aromatherapy, are believed to provide optimal physical and psychological benefits. However, the effectiveness of applying these two methods to increase customer relaxation still requires empirical evidence. This study aims to analyze the effect of music therapy and aromatherapy in SPA treatments on the level of relaxation of Asnita Salon SPA & Beauty Care customers in West Pasaman Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational analytical design. The population of this study were Asnita Salon SPA & Beauty Care customers in West Pasaman Regency. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique totaling 64 respondents aged 20–55 years selected from salon customers, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire via Google Form and measured using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique of this study is data tabulation and data description. The analysis requirements tests carried out are normality tests, linearity tests and multiple linear regression tests to test the research hypothesis. The research results show that 1) the music therapy variable is in the very good category with a percentage of 84.72%, 2) the aromatherapy variable is also in the very good category with a percentage of 85.23%, 3) the client's relaxation level reached 85.50%. These findings indicate that both independent variables have a significant positive impact on increasing relaxation. 4) the contribution of the Music Therapy and Aromatherapy variables to the Relaxation Level is 70.4%. The remaining 29.6% variation in the Relaxation Level is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords: Music Therapy, Aromatherapy, SPA Treatment, Relaxation Level.

Abstract

 Abstract: Bay Tat cake is a traditional food typical of the Serawai Tribe in Semidang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency, which does not yet have a standard recipe. This study aims to standardize ingredients, manufacturing techniques, and evaluate the quality of Bay Tat cake in terms of shape, color, aroma, texture, and taste. This study used a mixed method approach. Qualitative data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation of 10 informants who make Bay Tat, while quantitative data were collected through organoleptic tests of several recipes. Five initial recipes were selected to three, then retested until the best recipe was obtained based on panelist assessments. The results showed that the best recipe used standardized ingredient measurements, consistent processing techniques, and produced Bay Tat quality that is round like a flower, yellow-brown in color, has a distinctive aroma of coconut milk and brown sugar, a soft texture, and a sweet-savory taste. This study produced a standard recipe that can be used as a reference in the preservation and development of local culinary specialties of Serawai.Keywords: Recipe Standardization, Bay Tat Cake, Serawai Tribe, Processing Techniques, Organoleptic Quality.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to axamine the influence of communication variables on employee performance in the Siberut National Park Office. To test the influence of motivation variables on employee performance in the Siberut Padang National Park Office. To test the influence of communication variables on employee performance in the Siberut Padang National Park Office. Data were colleted through distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents using saturated sampling techniques,where all members of the population were sampled, using instrument tests (validity tests and reliability tests), descriptive analysis,classical assumption tests (normality tests, multicolinearity tests and heteroscedasticity tets) mulptiple linear regression and t tets, with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the research show that commuication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in at the Siberut Padang National Park Office in Padang, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in at the Siberut National Park Office in Padang. And  job satisfation has a positive and significant effect on employee perforance in at the Siberut Padang National Park Office, which means the first hyphotesis is accepted, the second hypotesis is accepted and the third hypotesis is accepted.Keywords:  Communication, Motivation, Job Satisfaction And Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the psychological and social dynamics experienced by an 18-year-old male adolescent who identifies as gay and has engaged in same-sex sexual activity. The case began with a lack of paternal affection, which triggered the subject’s involvement in the LGBT community and sexual behavior. The virality of a video showing the subject’s sexual activity on social media caused psychological pressure, stigma, and social isolation. A qualitative case study method was used, involving in-depth interviews and non-participatory observation. The results show that emotional neglect within the family contributes to behavioral patterns, and the viral video worsens the subject’s psychosocial condition. The study recommends the need for psychosocial support and education for families and society to reduce stigma.Keywords: psychological dynamics of gay adolescents, viral video, lack of paternal affection.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pembelajaran matematika hususnya siswa kelas IV SDN 29 Sungai Geringging. faktor penyebab rendahnya hasil belajar siswa diduga pada paat proses pembelajaran sedang berlangsung siswa kelas IV kurang aktif dalam berpartisipasi yang dimana membuat pembelajaran tersebut menjadi membosankan sehingga membuat kemampuan kognitif siswa kelas IV menjadi rendah, pembelajaran dikelas IV tiga tidak menggunakan model atau metode yang bervariasi, dan kurang optimalnya pemanfaatan media yang ada disekitar lingkungan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model Project Based Learning pada pembelajaran matematika Kelas IV di SDN 29 Sungai Geringging. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Pre-Exsperimental dengan rancangan penelitian Design Static Group Comparision. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 29 Sungai Geringging berjumlah 16 orang peserta didik dan siswa kelas IV SDN 14 Sungai Geringging berjumlah 13 orang peserta didik . Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Sampling Total. Data penelitian ini yaitu data primer sebagai dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan test akhir hasil belajar diperoleh nilai rata-rata Posttest yang didapatkan pada kedua kelas yaitu, kelas eksperimen adalah 80,37 dan kelas kontrol adalah 66,6. artinya rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol. Analisi uji T diperoleh T hitung =5,07 dan T tabel =2,02. Pada taraf nyata = 0.05 dan dk (N1 + N2 - 2) = 27. hasil perhitungan terlihat  berarti Ho ditolak      artinya hasil     pembelajaran   matematika menggunakan model Project Based Larning lebih baik dari pada pembelajaran konvensional. Jadi berdasarkan analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model Project Based Learning pada pembelajaran matematika kelas IV di SDN 29 Sungai GeringingKata kunci : Model Project Based Learningd, Pembelajaran Matematika

Abstract

Admission services represent the initial point of contact between patients and healthcare facilities and play a crucial role in shaping patients’ perceptions of healthcare service quality. This study aimed to analyze patient satisfaction with admission services at Puskesmas Tanjung Bingkung, Solok Regency, during September 2025. The study employed a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The research population consisted of 1,723 outpatient visits, with a sample of 95 respondents determined using the Slovin formula and selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire based on the five Servqual dimensions, measured on a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. The results indicated varying levels of patient satisfaction across dimensions: Tangible (74%, satisfied), Reliability (68%, satisfied), Responsiveness (55%, moderately satisfied), Assurance (82%, satisfied), and Empathy (79%, satisfied). The study concluded that while staff competence and professionalism (Assurance) demonstrated the highest satisfaction level, service speed (Responsiveness) remains a critical issue due to high patient volume. Therefore, the implementation of a digital queue management system is recommended to enhance the efficiency of admission services at Puskesmas.Keywords : patient satisfaction, admission services, Servqual, Puskesmas

Abstract

Tadabbur is one of the terms used to understand and appreciate the meaning of the verses of the Qur'an. This paper aims to analyze the meaning of tadabbur al-Qur'an, its rules, urgency, benefits, differences between tadabbur and tafsir, steps in tadabbur, and examples of tadabbur al-Qur'an. The results of the study show that tadabbur is the process of appreciating the Qur'an with the heart and mind. Its urgency is as an antidote to various diseases of the heart. Its benefits are as a door to guidance and increasing faith. The law of tadabbur is sometimes sunnah, obligatory, or makruh to abandon it. Tafsir is more focused on revealing the meaning of verses, while tadabbur is focused on reflecting on the meaning of verses to be practiced. The steps of tadabbur begin with selecting verses, reading them with tartil, repeating the recitation, delving into the meaning of the verses, and reflecting on them.Keyword: Tadabbur, al-Qur’an, tafsir
