Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMK Aswaja Kecamatan Cluring dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif, jenis penelitian adalah lapanga. Metode mendapat data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, analisis data menggunakan reduksi, display, dan conclution., berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah SMK Aswaja Kecamatan Cluring paling tidak ada dua yang dominan, pertama sebagai pendidik bil hal dan membudayakan disiplin dan integritas. Dua peran tersebut memberi implikasi luar biasa terhadap kemajuan lembaga SMK Aswaja Kecamatan Cluring selama memimpin. Perubahan siswa-siswi dan guru SMK Aswaja Kecamatan Cluring dalam kemimpinan kepada sekolah nampak berkualitas dan peningkatan secara kuantitas.

Abstract

Abtrak Supervisi akademik dirasa cukup urgen dalam menemukan titik terang kelemahan lembaga pendidikan. Temuan yang didapat menjadi tanggungjawab pengelola pendidikan untuk terus memperbaiki demi tercipta budaya pendidikan baik. Pada penelitian ini didapat kesimpulan bahwa supervisi akademik yang dilakukan di dilakukan pada SD Negeri 5 Sumbermulyo sebagai berikut; pertama Rapat dewan guru, rapat ini dilakukan untuk menyusun langkah-langkah strategis dan persiapan pelaksanaan supervise. Workshop / lokakarya dilakukan sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi dewan guru dan tenaga administrasi, Bacaan terpimpin, yaitu menfasilitasi agar bacaan dapat berjalan terpadu sehingga lebih efektif, Buletin Board dengan mengumpulkan karya tulis yang berkaitan sekolah, dan Karyawisata melalui normalisasi lingkungan yang berpotensi menjadi tempat-tempat wisata.

Abstract

Extremism and radicalism are becoming one of our country's most pressing issues.When one radical group's goals are not achieved, violence symptoms become commonplace.The primary target audience for radical groups that spread extremism is children.As a result, the government is taking preventative measures, including through educational establishments, teachers, and curriculum, to raise a younger generation with a more nationalistic outlook as well as a more tolerant and moderate attitude. In an effort to combat extremism and radicalism, deradicalization can be accomplished through the provision of adequate explanations regarding Islam, the promotion of dialogue in Islamic religious education, the monitoring of activities and materials related to religious assistance, and the introduction and implementation of multicultural education.A solution to the problem of radicalism that targets today's younger generation is to strengthen the Islamic education curriculum in educational institutions based on Islamic moderation.

Abstract

Being a parent is not easy, it needs further learning which unfortunately is never taught in schools. For many things, parents are responsible for the growth and development of their children later. Teaching children to be good and have morals that can be said to be difficult is all because the logic in children is not fully developed, requires a special way to handle it, namely through habituation from an early age to build a positive child's personality. A child as a good imitator will do whatever they see, so parents in this case need to be good role models for children. If it is like the wise saying that an apple never falls far from the tree, it means that children are a reflection of their parents. If parents want to have children with good character, parents must have good character as well. So that parents have a major role in fostering children at an early age. Every child is like a clean white paper, they will follow every direction their parents give them. Not only parents, schools and the surrounding environment also play a major role in the formation of children's character. But again, if parents have put good character values, they will not absorb and be influenced by other things from their environment that can damage the child's character, which means that the role of fathers and mothers in the family is important in the formation of this child's character. In addition, the responsibility of parents for the formation of children's character needs to be their main concern.

Abstract

Abstrak Covid-19 berdampak pada segala sektor kehidupan, dari ekonomi, politik, kesehatan, sosial, hingga pendidikan. Pendidikan di Indonesia selama Pandemi Covid-19 mengalami adaptasi cukup beragam, mulai dari pembatasan sosial hingga penutupan sementara kegiatan belajar mengajar, sebab dikhawatirkan terjadi perkumpulan atau kontak secara langsung yang memicu klaster baru. Salah satu dari hal manarik adalah proses belajar mengajar di MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan yang berposisi di daerah cukup pelosok, dan MI tersebut menurut pertimbangan kondisi geografi memungkinkan mengalami banyak kendala, diantaranya adalah pemanfaatan tehknologi. Penelitian ini mencoba mengupas secara mendalam tentang apa saja upaya guru MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan dalam meningkatkan Kompetensi Siswa selama Pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan tehknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan reduksi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis memperoleh kesimpulan; pertama Upaya Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Tarbiyatus Shibyan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa yaitu melakukan analisis terhadap kondisi siswa. Upaya analisis ini dimaksudkan mengetahui perkembangan dan pertumbuhan siswa. Dengan demikian, langkah berikutnya dapat diputuskan, apakah materi dapat dilanjutkan atau perlu pengulangan materi dengan strategi dan media yang berbeda untuk pemerataan kemampuan siswa menguasai pelajaran. Kedua, Problematika yang dihadapi oleh tenaga kependidikan MI Tarbiyatus Shibyan sebagai berikut; pertama problem yang berkaitan dengan finansial, Kedua problem yang berkaitan dengan materi pembelajaran., Ketiga, problem yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana. Dan ke empat problem yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi penggunaan teknologi informasi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dilakukan secara jarak jauh yang dikenal dengan pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ) dengan kombinasi pembelajaran secara daring (online) dan pembelajaran luring (luar jaringan).

Abstract

Research that was tested, students of class XI at Muncar High School (SMA) were able to identify the hydroquinone content in the bleaching cream. Hydroquinone (HQ) is a phenol-derived compound used in the cosmetic industry as a bleaching agent. This compound is very risky & the limits of its use must be controlled. BPOM has decided that the aporism limit for cosmetics is 2%. Hydroquinone more than 5% is a hard drug, the impact of long-term use can cause skin cancer. Hydroquinone can be identified by using a natural marker, namely anthocyanin which is in the dragon fruit skin, by using the method of extracting the dragon fruit skin using a 1.5 M citric acid solvent, a temperature of 450C, where the results are used to analyze the content of the Hydroquinone content in cosmetic creams face bleaching, based on this research, it is proven that cosmetics that are spread in the community positively contain Hydroquinone.

Abstract

The teacher is one of the important factors in the implementation of classroom learning, without a teacher the learning process cannot be carried out. The teacher has an important role in the learning process because the teacher not only delivers the subject matter, but the teacher also provides character education to students, namely educating students to become smart citizens and have a good personality. Teachers must know and be able to apply innovative and fun learning models and methods. This study aims to determine: 1) To determine the competence of TPQ teachers 2) to determine the character education of TPQ students 3) The effect of teacher competence on character education of students in TPQ.The most relevant approach to this research is the socio-cultural approach. The material taught may be a package from an institution that holds policy authority, but the way of delivering the material is the responsibility of the educator. The success of the packaged material is about how the methods of educators are to spread, transfer knowledge so that it can be fully accepted by students according to the level of education

Abstract

Tantangan dan hambatan pendidikan Islam semakin komplek seiring perkembangan zaman. Pendidikan Islam tidak bisa lagi mempertahankan cara dan metode lama dalam sosialisasi, promosi, dan sistem belajar mengajar. Salah satu upaya transformasi pendidikan Islam adalah keterbukaan menerima hasil penelitian melalui pendekatan sosial, seperti pembidik lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui teori-teori sosial. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian pustaka. Analisis menggunakan metode deskriptif, sedangkan proses pengambilan data berfokus pada kajian pustaka. Hasil kajian artikel ini adalah urgensi transformasi pendidikan Islam secara formal dan substansi, dlohir dan batin. Dalam teori interaksionisme simbolik memandang penting mempercantik tampilan luar dan dalam. Tampilan luar pendidikan Islam berupa terpunuhinya berbagai fasilitas, sarana dan prasarana. Tampilan indah bangunan dan gedung-gedung bercakar langit berimplikasi terhadap pandangan masyarakat untuk memberi penilaian positif. Apabila tampilan formal tersebut telah mampu menghipnotis masyarakat muslim maka respon mereka berupa kepercayaan kepada lembaga pendidikan Islam semakin kuat. Selain tampilan formal atau tampilan luar, memperkuat tampilan dalam tidak kalah penting. Lembaga pendidikan Islam wajib meningkatkan prestasi disegala bidang, utamanya prestasi bidang keagamaan, sains dan ilmu umum lainnya. Dengan berbagai prestasi tersebut, masyarakat pasti milai bahwa lembaga pendidikan Islam telah mampu merespon perkembangan zaman dengan ciri khas adalah integrasi keilmuan santri meliputi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik.

Abstract

The challenges and obstacles of Pesantren are increasingly complex with the times. Pesantren can no longer maintain the old ways and methods in socialization, promotion, and teaching and learning systems. One of the Islamic boarding schools that has been transformed in Jember Regency is PP Al-Bidayah. The pesantren managed to find a new method in accelerating students to master the yellow book. The method called the al-Bidayah Method is able to encourage students to be proficient in reading and analyzing the yellow book. The research method uses qualitative with the type of field research. The analysis uses reduction, display, and conclution methods, while the data collection process focuses on the results of interviews and observations. The result of this article review is the urgency of transforming Pesantren formally and in substance, dlohir and mental. In symbolic interactionism theory, it is important to beautify the inside and out. The external appearance of PP Al-Bidayah is in the form of various facilities, facilities and infrastructure. The external appearance of PP Al-Bidayah is in the form of various facilities, facilities and infrastructure. The beautiful appearance of buildings and skyscrapers has implications for people's views to give a positive assessment. If the formal display has been able to hypnotize the public, their response in the form of trust in the PP Al-Bidayah institution is stronger. In addition to the formal look or outer appearance, strengthening the inner look is no less important. PP Al-Bidayah succeeded in grounding the al-Bidayah method which became the forerunner of the transformation of the outer and inner appearance. The al-Bidayah method has proven successful in delivering PP Al-Bidayah students proficiently in reading and analyzing the yellow book. Indicators of the success of the implementation of the al-Bidayah method are also proven by the achievements of students becoming champions in the yellow book competition at the city and provincial levels. With these various achievements, the community must have seen that the PP Al-Bidayah institution has been able to respond to the times with a characteristic is the integration of student science including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor, especially mastery of reading and analyzing the yellow book.
