Abstract

Didalam Penelitian ini mendeskripskan dari penelitian rancang bangun pengontrol fotovoltaik (PV) Cas berbasis regulator tegangan LM317. Dimana Sistem fotovoltaik merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang dapat diandalkan dalam menghasilkan listrik. Penggunaan sistem ini di sektor industri atau swasta semakin meningkat. Sistem PV tanpa solar charge control mempengaruhi kinerja sistem PV secara keseluruhan. Fungsi kontrol surya mencegah baterai dari pengisian yang berlebihan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan pembelajaran simulasi merancang pengontrol pengisian fotovoltaik sederhana berbasis regulator tegangan LM317 yang dapat mengisi baterai sekunder dengan berbagai ukuran. Kinerja jaringan pemrosesan muatan surya ditentukan oleh tarif per jam dari jaringan pengisian baterai. Di sisi lain, daya keluaran dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai kondisi cuaca seperti radiasi matahari, suhu lingkungan, dan suhu PV. Data yang dikumpulkan menunjukkan perbandingan kinerja pengisi daya fotovoltaik yang dirancang dan pengisi daya surya PWM yang ada di pasaran. Pada tes akhir, daya pengisian solar PWM sedikit lebih tinggi dari grid pengisian PV yang dirancang. Kata kunci: kontrol, tenaga surya, simulasi

Abstract

Sahih al-Bukhari is the most important standard book of Hadith, and occupies a place of honor after the Qur'an. The full title of Sahih al-Bukhari is al-Jami' al-Musnad as-Sahih al-Mukhtaar min 'Umr Raslillah wa Sunanih wa Ayyamih written by Ab 'Abdullah Muhammad ibn Ismailibn Ibrahim ibn al-Mugirah ibn Bardizbah al-Ju 'fi al-Bukhari, contains about 4,000 Hadith, all of which are authentic. The contents of Sahih al-Bukhari are divided into more than 100 sections and 3,450 chapters. It starts with a discussion of revelation and ends with a discussion of monotheism. In compiling his book, Imam al-Bukhari used the arrangement and topics commonly used in the science of fiqh. The hadiths are sorted and grouped based on the fields that explain the existing parts, by mentioning in full their sanad.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi mahasiswa Semester IV Jurusan Teknik Mesin Program Studi Teknik Konversi Energi Politeknik Negeri Medan T.A. 2016/2017, melalui model pembelajaran kontekstual. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif. Model penelitian yang digunakan yaitu model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, danrefleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV Prodi Konversi energy, Teknik Mesin Politeknik Negeri Medan yang berjumlah 100 orang. Objek penelitian yaitu keterampilan mahasiswa dalam menulis narasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, tes, dan dokumnetasi. Instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi, pedoman penilaian tes, dan kamera. Teknis analisis data dengan statistik deskriptip kualitatip. Hasil penelitian diharapkan akan menunjukkan model pembelajaran kontekstual yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis narasi mahasiswa. Peningkatan dapat didasarkan pada hasil pra tes dan dan tindakan yang menunjukkan mahasiswa belum terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran dan mengalami kesulitan dalam keterampilan menulis narasi. Pada siklus I, mahasiswa sudah terlibat aktif dalam pembelajaran, seperti mahasiswa melakukan kegiatan diskusi dan tidak ragu lagi untu menyampaikan pendapatnya. Siklus II, peningkatan menjadi lebih maksimal, semakin banyak mahasiswa yang tidak ragu lagi unutk menyampaikan pendapatnya dan kegiatan diskusi yang semakin terkondisi

Abstract

Decision on Case Number: 49/PDT/2017/PT.Medan which is an examination of the appeal level of Decision on Case Number 445/Pdt.G/2015/PN.Medan. The Panel of Judges carried out a deed of power related to the ownership of Property Rights Certificate Number 1085/Desa Seikambing B. Asmidar Chandry as the power of attorney to sue Zainurah (recipient of power of attorney), Head of the Land Office, and Notary/PPAT at the Medan District Court for violating the law. Results Based on the examination at the trial that the power of attorney was made in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. In fact, the power of attorney is made by the power of attorney on the basis of his will. Regarding this case, the problem is: How is the arrangement of the power of attorney made before a notary based on the laws and regulations? What is the accountability of the power of attorney made by a notary without the original document whose object is in his power as bank guarantee? What are the legal consequences for music Deed of power of attorney who listens with copyright? So that this research is entitled "Juridical Analysis of the Cancellation of the Deed of Power of Attorney Made with a Notary Deed Related to the Transfer of Rights whose object is in a Bank Guarantee (Decision Study Number 445/Pdt-G/2015/PN.Mdn Jo Number. 49/Pdt/ 2017) /PT.Mdn)” This type of research is normative legal research, namely research conducted by analyzing written laws from library materials or secondary data and reference materials in the field of law or references in the field of law. The data used to answer the problems in this research is secondary data that comes from library research. The power of attorney is basically regulated in the Civil Code although it is not explicitly explained about the power of attorney. The Civil Code regulates the granting of power of attorney and provisions for making a deed which is further regulated in the Law on Notary Positions. The notary is fully responsible for the correctness of the contents of the authentic deed. Notaries can also be subject to sanctions if in carrying out their profession in making actions that are not in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the Civil Code and the Law on Notary Positions. If the Notary makes a procedural error in making the deed as stipulated in the Civil Code and the Notary Position Act, the authentic deed becomes a private deed, it can be canceled or null and void by law. Even the parties who feel aggrieved can claim compensation from the Notary.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji makna tradisi lisan yang terdapat dalam songket melayu Langkat. Keberadaan songket di Kabupaten Langkat saat ini masih menjadi diskursus yang menarik. Diskursus berlangsung seputar pada kesamaan identitas kemelayuan yang juga ada di berbagai daerah pesisir timur Sumatera Utara, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan motif, corak dan ornamen. Pemilihan warna kain, jenis benang, motif/ corak melambangkan kehidupan sosial, ekonomi budaya yang bersandar pada cermin keharmonisan interaksi manusia dengan alam. Tafsir terhadap aneka jenis flora-fauna yang tertuang dalam guratan motif/ ornamen menggambarkan internalisasi tafsir alam dalam relung kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji sejarah kemunculan dan perkembangan songket Melayu di Kabupaten Langkat sebagai entitas tradisi lisan dan makna yang terkandung dalam motif songket Melayu Langkat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan tradisi lisan sebagai analisis makna dalam motif yang ada dengan mengambil lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Langkat. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at the strategy of the company is expanding its business can be the debt allowed by commercial law and in the view of Islam, and is expected to be useful for businesses, especially Muslim businessmen to conduct business. The results of the analysis that the debt can be justified and should qualify that, the goods or services that are owed are the owners must be clear and purely lawful, the creditor does not link the debt problem to something else and does not hurt the debtor, the creditor should only intend to get the pleasure of Allah SWT by giving the debt properly and the goods or services that are deferred do not provide advantages or benefits to the debtors and must be civilized. Need more focused research and analysis to obtain concrete results and tangible mainly expected to be useful for businesses in conducting their business in the future without violating the norms of economic and religious.

Abstract

Energi listrik yang dibangkitkan pada pusat-pusat pembangkit perlu disalurkan ke pusat-pusat beban melalui saluran transmisi. Hal yang menjadi perhatian dalam penyaluran daya pada saluran transmisi adalah adanya rugi-rugi daya yang terdapat ada saluran tersebut. Perlu suatu kajian dasar tentang tentang pengaruh pemasangan Static VAR Compensator (SVC) pada sistem transmisi tenaga listrik dalam menanggulangin factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya rugi-rugi daya pada saluran tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah simulasi menggunakan komputer dan perhitungan untuk mendapatkan parameter-parameter SVC yang akan disimulasikan. Simulasi dilakukan untuk melihat profil tegangan pada sistem sebelum dan sesudah dipasang SVC. Dari hasil simulasi sebelum pemasangan SVC diperoleh data Bus yang memiliki tegangan kritis atau dibawah standar. Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji apa saja yang menjadi factor terhadap terjadinya rugi-rugi daya tersebut. Pembahasan yang dilakukan adalah rugi daya transmisi, regulasi tegangan, dan efisiensi saluran transmisi Rantauprapat - Padang Sidempuan menggunakan pendekatan saluran transmisi jarak menengah sesuai pada keadaan di lapangan. Konstanta-konstanta dan parameter-parameter saluran akan dihitung sesuai data-data yang ada di lapangan. Dari parameter dan konstanta tersebut baru analisis rugi-rugi daya yang terjadi pada saluran transmisi tersebut. Dari hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui faktor utama yang mempengaruhi besarnya rugi-rugi daya pada transmisi adalah arus beban yang fluktuasi. Sedangkan jatuh tegangan yang terjadi sebesar 13,35 KV. Rugi-rugi daya yang terjadi sebesar 4,722 MW dengan efisiensi sebesar 92,12 %, sehingga tidak perlu penggantian bahan atau perbaikan alat pada saluran tersebut Kata Kunci : Transmisi, daya, rugi-rugi daya, arus, tegangan

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of tax planning partially on equity in financial companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019, (2) the effect of tax expenses partially on equity in financial companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019, and (3) the effect of tax planning and tax expenses Simultaneously on equity in financial companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. The population in thisstudy were all financial companies in the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019 as many as 45 companies. The sample in this study were 16 Transportation Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which were in accordance with the sampling criteria. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling, the total sample collected was 75 financial statement data for the 2017-2019 period from 25 samples of financial companies in the banking subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data collection methods used are documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with partial test,simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination, with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that tax planning partially has a effect on company equity, tax expenses partially has a effect on company equity, as well tax planning and tax expenses simultaneously have a effect on equity company

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the first strategy of human resource management in improving the performance of employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia 1 (Persero) North Sumatra. Second, to find out the results of the SWOT analysis of the strategy for improving employee performance with the IFAS and EFAS matrices, it is possible to identify important factors from both the external and internal environment which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of improving performance. The research approach carried out in this study is descriptive qualitative, the author also uses SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is the identification of various factors systematically to formulate corporate strategy. From the results of the analysis obtained a growth strategy or growth oriented strategy, this strategy indicates a strong company condition and is able to continue to grow by taking the opportunities and opportunities that exist to achieve maximum turnover. This strategy was chosen because the calculation results are in quadrant I where the total weighted score for strengths and weaknesses is 2.710504 while the total weighted score for opportunities is 2.653142. The position in this quadrant is very profitable and can be applied to the maximum.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find a ranking hierarchy for fraud prevention (the concept of Bank Indonesia supervision) in accordance with SE Bank Indonesia No. 13/28/DPNP Year 2011 on financial contracts at Islamic banks. This study uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, analyzes data using Analytical Networking Processes (ANP) through Super Decision Software, conducts open and in-depth interviews with 9 respondents, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with practitioners and experts in Islamic finance. In this case, a hierarchy of fraud prevention rating structures was found (in financial contracts at Islamic banks, 33.1% active management monitoring, 27.6% internal and external environmental conditions, 23% monitoring, evaluation and follow-up, 22.3 organizations and answers %, business complexity 20.1%, then the next rank is investigation, reporting and sanctions, detection, control and monitoring, prevention, potential, types and risks of fraud, the resources required range from 15.6% to 10.6%.
