Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect og managerialability, environment, and motivation on the performance of high schoolteachers in State Musi Banyuasin senior high school. In this research usedassociative design. The variables used are managerial capability,environment, and motivation to techers performance with as a wholedeveloped into 28 indicators. Sampleswere taken as many as 118 techers bycluster sampling. The main data needed is primary data with questionnairedata collection method. Futher data analyzed using multiple linier regression.The result of the study found that there were significan influencessimultaneously with managerial, environmental, and motivational ability ofteacher performance. While the partial working environment does not give areal effect on teacher performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Labor, Clay and machine against a brick craftsman level of profitability in the Gutters Jambe Palembang. This study uses interview techniques. The variables in this study are labor, raw materials and profitability. The analysis used. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The result explained that the correlation coefficient (R) was 0.923. The independent variables can describe escara integrative variable bound by contributing 92.3%. Besidesthe F value was significant. It can be concluded tenag labor, raw materials and machinery has an influence on the profitability of Bricks Craftsmen.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the influence ofconsumer perceptions and attitudes toward online purchasing decisions inSungai Lilin District Musi Banyuasin. The purpose of this study is todetermine the influence of consumer perceptions and attitudes toward onlinepurchasing decisions in Sungai Lilin District Musi Banyuasin. The method inthis research is using assosiatif method, assosiatif method that is researchproblem problem which is stated relationship two variable or more. Thelocation of this research is in Sungai Lilin District Musi Banyuasin. Thepopulation in this study is the community in Sungai Lilin District MusiBanyuasin. The sample in this research is 100 respondents by using clustersampling method, that is sampling based on wide area or geographicallocation and sampling randomly. The data required in this study using primarydata. The method of data collection is questionnaire. The data obtained wereanalyzed using multiple linear regression technique. The test results provethat the variables of perception and consumer attitudes together significantlyinfluence simultaneously to the purchase decision variables. Hypothesistesting partially proves that, consumer attitudes have a significant effect onpurchasing decisions. While the perception has no significant effect onpurchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of leadership, turn over and attitude for employee satisfaction of PT. Sumsel Babel Bank Palembang not only jointly but also partially which used cluster sampling of 76 employees of Sumsel Babel Bank Palembang employees. Samples which used determined from Slovin formula that have 76 employees. Data collected from the answer of respondent questionnaire that explain about variable research which have weights between 1-5 Likert scale. Descriptive data analysis done after the data is converted to a form of interval using the Successive Interval. multiple linier regression analysis which is helped by SPSS Program for Windows version 16 to test the research hypothesis T test analysis results proved that leadership, turn over of employee, the attitude of employee have real influence for employee satisfaction of Sumsel Babel Palembang Bank which the constanta is 0,866. Leadership variable have real influence which regression coefficient is 0,40. Turn over of employee variable which regression coefficient is 0,162 and attitude of employee is bigger than F-table (? 0,05 = 2,372). It means that if the error rate 0,05, it will influence for leadership, turn over of employee, and attitude of employee for employee satisfaction of Sumsel Babel Palembang Bank.

Abstract

The influence of work Health and Safety (K3), work Enviroment and Compensation on Employees’ work Productivity in Production field at PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. The problems of this study were whether or not there was any influence of work health and safety (K3) on the employees’ work productivity, whether or not there was any influence of work Enviroment on employees’ work productivity, and whether or not there was any influence of Compensation on employees’ work productivity in Production field at PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang. This study was associative. The variabels of the study were work health and safety (K3), work Enviroment, work Compensation and work productivity. The population of the study was all the employees at Production PT. Sunan Rubber Palembang which was 350 employees. However, the samples of the study were 120 employees of production field. The data of the study were primary and secondary data. Primary data were questionnaire and interview the employees of production field and secondary were the story of company, human resources, company’s organizational structures. The technique of collecting the data was questionnaries and interviews. The technique of analysing the data qualitative and quantitative using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with Lisrel 8.30 for windows. Based on SEM analysis showed that work health and safety (K3) has loading value 0.035 (standardized factor loading < 0,40), it meant that this variable has barely influenced on work productivity. Work Enviroment variable has loading value -0.097 (standardized factor loading < 0,40 ) showed this variabel negatively either influence on employees’ work productivity. Compensation variabel has influenced on work productivity with loading value 0,45 (standardized factor loading > 0,40) it could be concluded that the influence among work health and safety (K3), work Enviroment and work Compensation on employees’ work productivity with percentage of 21% ,while 79% has been influenced by another external factors.

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this research is there are any influence of product, price, promotion and process to purchase SIM Card mobile operator company in Lubuklinggau Town. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of product, price, promotion and process to purchase SIM Card mobile opeartor company in Lubuklinggau Town. Type of this research is assosiation research that have relation of two variables which is independent variables and dependent variables. Independent variables used product, price, promotion and process whether have impact of independent variable which is purchasing decisions. Those variables developing become fifteen indicator. The data required are primer data which is the answer of respondent that obtained from the questionnaire. Whereas analysis technic used multiple linier regression. The result of this research conclude that there are influence of product, price, promotion and process which is significant of purchasing decisions to purcahes SIM card mobile operator company in Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence compensation, job placement and work enviroment of employee satisfaction of Dinas Pendidikan Nasional Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. In this research used four variables are compensation, job placement, enviroment work as variabel influence and employee satisfaction as variables that influenced. Each variables developing become some indicators as basis for making the questionnaire as device to collect data. So not only primer data as most needed data but also secondary data as completeness. For the resources used 54 sampels that selected with stratified sampling. This research using multiple linier regression. After validity test, reliability test, normality test, and classical assumption test, the analysis of data obtained. The result of this analysis showing that there are significant influence together and parcial from compensation variable (0,362), job placement (0,416), and work enviroment (0,311) of employee satisfcation of Dinas Pendidikan Nasional Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract

Information technology is developing rapidly in recent years. As a result of the rapid development of information technology cummunication tools have grown rapidly as well. One brand of communication tools  that indonesia consumer market is Nokia. This study wanted to find out wheter the product quality and price influence on constomer satispaction. Sample of 100 respondents used student faculty of Economics University of Muhammadiyah Palembang. The data was obtained by distributing  questionnaires to the respondent directly. Analysis tools used in this study where factor analysis. The result showed that after being that a reliable , features, from, durability and service. While the secound  component there are  4 new variable namely durability, purchase price,pride, and service. Overall the dimensions of the product and the price has a positive impact on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this research is how the difference in financial performance between conventional and islamic banking, this study was Quantitative and Qualitative. The population in this study is asign the company went public three years, obtained a simple of eight compannies, using simple random sampling technique lottery in determining the sample. The data used are secodary data from company financial statements, hypothesis testing using F and with a significant level of 5%.Aspects that are analyzed in this paper there are five aspects of the use of funds ratio CAR (Current assets Retio), Business efficiency aspect LMR (Lavarage Multiplier Ratio), the aspect of a bank’s ability to pay obligation QR (Quick Ratio), aspect of profitable operations ROI (Return on Investmen) and the capability to meansure business risk DRR (Deposit Risk Ratio).The result showed no difference to the ratio of the CAR to an independent bank and bank BNI QR to test one-on one while the overall ratio only LMR that there are differnces in the financial performance of both conventional and islamic banks. This is due to the amount of funds invested in arriving and it was followed by the still limited bank to repay its obligations to customers.

Abstract

This research is related to the factors affecting the teacher’s performance in Mahanaim School. This research is aimed to: 1) investigating the effect of Principal’s Role toward theperformance of Mahanaim school’s teachers, 2) investigating the effect of work motivation toward the performance of Mahanaim school’s teachers, and 3) investigating the effect ofPrincipal’s Role toward the work motivation of Mahanaim School’s teachers. The methodused is causality method. The number of population used is 109 teachers from MahanaimSchool (Kindegarten, Elementary, Junior, Senior and Vocational High School). The data collected in this research is primarily by questionnaires. The data is analyzed with pathanalysis model. The research findings shows that simultaneously components of Principal’s Role (X1) and work motivation (X2) affect significantly to the performance of Mahanaim School’s Teachers (Y) in which R=0,504 and R square= 0,341. The most dominant factor toward the performance of Mahanaim School’s Teachers is the component of work motivation.
