Abstract

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) put the company as the agent of change which is not only has the orientation of maximum profit, but also bring social and moral responsibilities to the whole stakeholders, including the people who live around the company. This research aims to analyze the influence of CSR to the satisfaction of society in PT. Kirana Musi Persada Sekayu. The two variables used are CSR itself and society satisfaction which is developed in to several indicators. The result of this research shows that there is a significant influence of CSR to the society satisfaction of people living around PT. Kirana Musi Persada Sekayu.

Abstract

Macro economy policy that goverment using to counter of destruction og global economic crisist to influence portfolio invesment activity doing buy market broker ecpecially on capital investment in capital market. Money policies taken from goverment to control worse impact from global crisis,bdgin from to increase of interest rate, to increase of fuel priced, although to control money changer activities. This paper analyzes the relationship between macro economy variable (inflation, interest rate of Indonesiancentral banking, and exchange rate) and Indonesian stock market by applied The Vector Auto Regression (VAR) method. This paper focused on three period samples of observation, pre period of global crisis covering (2008:1)to the pasca period of global crisis (2010:12). The result of Granger Causality test showing that relationship between macro economy variable and stocks market to poduce system of feedback causality, which growing ofexchange rate rupiah to US Dollars and inflation have a one row transmission. Stock index of Indonesian have influenced feedback to exchange rate. However feedback influence focusing on growing BI rate to mechanism of Indonesian stock index and influence of exchange rate to Indonesian stock index.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership and profitability to the value of company. The financial work is measured by Return On Asset (ROA), the institutional ownership is measured by ratio of institutional ownership, and the value of company is measured by Tobins’Q. The object of this research is property company and real estate which are registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2012. Following this, this research uses multiple linear regression. Then the result shows that there is a positive influence of profitability to the value of company. It means that the higher number of Return On Asset (ROA) will increase the value of company. Meanwhile, the institutional ownership has a negative influence to the value of company. It means that the lower value of institutional ownership will increase the value of company.

Abstract

This study is aimed at investigating the influence financial leverage, operating leverage and total asset turn over toward earning per share . the date to be used in this thesis are sukunder date such as financial statement form 14 oil & gasdan coal mining companies. The analytical tool used in this study is a model of multiple regersi , to see the effect of financial leverage, operating leverage and total assets turnover to earning per share, and by using the classical assumption that test for normality and multicollinearity and assisted Eviews version 7. Results of the researchshowed that financial leverage, operating leverage and total assets turnover jointly significant effect on the earning per share. This shows that the variables that affect earnings per share is derived from liquidity ratio and activity ratio.Following that, if only partially visible two independent variables significantly to earning per share are financial leverage and operating leverage , the twovariables have a positive effect on the earing per share means if financial leverage and operating leverage has increased then , it will increase in earnings per share.

Abstract

This research aimed to know the role of information system in increasingbroadcasting effectivity and efficiency at Radio Dangdut Indonesia (RDI)Sekayu. This research was done by using Field research, that is thereseachers directly came to Radio Dangdut Indonesia office to makeinterview to the employees who have authorized to give information that isneeded and Library research that is collecting data was done by thereseachers by reading all reference books those related to the title andobserved problems in order to get theories those can be used as availabledata analysis tool materials. This research result showed that the role ofcomputer based Management information system has proved to be able tosupport broadcasting effectivity and efficiency at Radio Dangdut IndonesiaSekayu. This research gave the newest evidence related to informationsystem roles in increasing effectivity and efficiency of broadcasting at RadioDangdut Indonesia (RDI) Sekayu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of work culture, work environment and employee motivation towards achievement of Education and Training Agency of South Sumatra Province. The problems of this study whether there is influence workplace culture, work environment and employee motivation towards achievement of Education and Training Agency of South Sumatra Province? The data used in this study are primary data from 92 respondents' answers. Model analysis used multiple linear regression and by testing the validity and reliability of instruments. Test data characteristics that normality test linearity. Test model consists of multicolinierity test and test heteroskedastisitas. The results of t-test showed that culture, enveironment and motivation variables have significantly influenced on the performance of training and educationbureau of south sumatera province’s employees with 1,625 constansvalues. Culture has significantly influenced with the 0,041 regressioncoefficient result. Environment has 0,146 regression coefficient andmotivation was 0,126. The result of F test analysis was 17,946, higer thanF table with ? of 0,05 = 2,737. It means on the reaserch with 0,05significant errors, employee’s culture, environment, and motivationsimultaneously influence the performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is finding the influence of serving quality to the student satisfaction in Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Rahmaniyah Sekayu, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Variables used are the student satisfaction (Y) and the serving quality (X), which developed into five sub variables, they are realibility (x1), responsiveness (x2), competence (x3), access (x4), courtesy (x5), communication (x6), credibility (x7), security (x8), understanding the customer (x9), dan tangibles (x10). The population of this research is all students in Sekolah Tinggi Imu Ekonomi Rahmaniyah Sekayu, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. They study in the academic year of 2014-2015. The data needed is primary which obtained by the instrument of questionnaire. The result show that variable of serving quality (X) has significant influence to the student satisfaction (Y). Following this, it is only realibility (x1) which has influence to student satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, responsiveness (x2), competence (x3), access (x4), courtesy (x5), communication (x6), credibility (x7), security (x8), understand the custumer (x9), dan tangibles (x10), they are partially have a positive influence, but not significant to student satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

Health Analysis of Rural Banks (BPR) Based on the Decree of the Board ofDirectors of Bank Indonesia no. 30/12 / Kep / DIR Date 30 April 1997 onProcedures for Rating of Rural Bank Health Rating (BPR). The Health Ratingof Rural Banks (BPR) is measured using the parameters of Capital, AssetsManagement, Earning and Liguity. This study determines the healthpredicate of the bank. Data used in the form of bank financial statementspublished in 2011 - 2015. data collection techniques used financial studymethods, methods of documentation, method keperpustakaan. The capitalaspect shows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta is able to maintain themanagement of its own capital and risky assets, and able to cover the losseson the loans. The quality aspect of productive assets shows PT. BPRSindang Binaharta is less able to overcome business risks contained in thegiven credit component. aspects of management, during the year 2011 -2015 PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta has a level of effectiveness that has notbeen well connected with the results of NPM calculation in 2015. The profitaspect shows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta is able to bear the existingoperational expenses with received operating income. Liquidity aspectshows PT. BPR Sindang Binaharta has the ability to meet the obligationsthat must be met and can repay its depositors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to detect the influence of motivation, work discipline and organizational culture toward employee performance, either together also partially. The research population was all employees totaling 117 people. The sample taken with using census sampling, in which allmembers of the population sampled. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire and documentation.Answers given by the respondents analyzed quantitatively using SPSSfor Windows version 20.Research data quality is tested with test validity and reliability that the ordinal scale data is then transformed into a scale interval by using the help method successive intervals are integrated in Microsoft Excel. This research wasconducted in the testing primary assumptions the regression includes data normality test, linearity test, multikolinieritas test and heteroskedastisitas test. The research result show the motivation (x1), work discipline (x2) and organizational culture (x3) influences performance (Y) as big as 0,367(36,7%), while the remaining is influenced by other factor. Motivation variables (x1), the working discipline (x2) and organizational culture (x3) a positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with Fcount 21,796 and the value of significant F is equal to 0.0000. Furthermore, motivation (x1)partially positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with tcount is 4,347 and value of the significant t is 0.000. The work discipline (x2) partially positive and significant effect on performance (Y) with tcount is 3,831 andvalue of significant is 0.000. But, the organizational culuter (x3) intermediates do not affect significantly the performance (Y) because the value of tcount is equal to 1,698, which is less than the value of ttable 1,981, the significant value of is 0.092 which is greater than the value of ? (0.05).

Abstract

Total detergent is one brand of detergent that is less populous in the eyes of the public. Therefore research aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions. Research was developed using associative design. In the study five variables were used, each of which served as the basis for the development of the variables. The sample was chosen by 100 purposively. The primary data needed is collected using a questionnaire. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The test results prove that 1) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of the marketing mix on total detergent purchasing decisions 2) partially the product, price, and distribution have a significant effect on purchasingdecisions. While the distribution has no significant effect on purchasing decisions
