The Student Executive Board (BEM) is among the organizations in universities formed by students. Through BEM, students can learn to socialize, politics and democracy. Every year Ichsan University conducts BEM ELECTION activities to elect BEM Presidential Candidates. In the process, there is a problem where the BEM ELECTIONS have decreased student political participation because students have to come to campus, and the process of recapitulation of vote counting is quite long. The purpose of the study was to design a web-based e-voting application that all active students can use to participate in the UNISAN BEM ELECTION without having to come directly to campus. The process and results of the UNISAN BEM ELECTIONS were fast, effective and transparent. Data collection techniques carried out observations, interviews and literature studies with system development using the waterfall method. The system design is in the form of a UML diagram. Creation with PHP and MySQL languages for databases. The test results resulted in cyclomatic complexity. In the calculation of cyclomatic complexity, if V(G) = E-N+2, the result is equal to V(G) = P+1. The results of the UNISAN BEM ELECTION research were fast, effective and transparent.

Untuk mengurangi populasi kupu-kupu, perlu adanya strategi untuk memantau jumlah dan spesies yang ada pada masing-masing ekosistem. Peran teknologi dapat membantu dalam proses ini, misalnya pengembangan sistem e-Butterfly untuk mengumpulkan gambar spesies kupu-kupu dari berbagai wilayah sehingga dapat diketahui jenis spesies yang masih ada dan letak wilayah hidupnya. Identifikasi spesies kupu-kupu dapat dilakukan dan dibantu oleh komputer dengan serangkaian proses lebih spesifik pada cabang ilmu machine learning dan image processing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja (performance) dari model model arsitektur VGG16 dan MobileNetV2 untuk klasifikasi citra gambar kupu-kupu berdasarkan hasil ekstraksi fitur pada citra gambar tersebut. Dataset penelitian berisi 4955 gambar yang kemudian diberi label 50 butterfly species dengan ukuran 224 X 224 X 3. Akurasi terbaik diperoleh MobileNetV2 tanpa fine-tuning yaitu mencapai presentase 96%, dilanjutkan dengan VGG16 dengan fine-tuning, MobileNetV2 dengan fine-tuning, dan akurasi testing paling kecil diperoleh VGG16 tanpa fine-tuning. Untuk nilai precision, recall, F1-Score, dan Cohens Kappa lebih tinggi diperoleh model MobileNetV2 tanpa fine tuning, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa MobileNetV2 tanpa fine tuning lebih imbang dalam akurasi tiap kelasnya.

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dewasa ini telah mempengaruhi banyak bidang, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Salah satu wujud realitanya adalah pemanfaatan internet untuk mendukung pembelajaran di sekolah. Saat ini, sebagian besar TK dan PAUD di Provinsi Bengkulu dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran masih menggunakan media buku panduan pembelajaran atau papan tulis. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran tersebut kurang berpengaruh terhadap siswa. Faktor penyebabnya karena dalam penyampaian materi pelajaran yang kurang menarik, kurang interaktif, penyampaian materi yang menoton, siswa yang tidak memperhatikan pada saat proses belajar, dan lain-lain. Maka dari itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan perancangan dan pembangunan aplikasi media pembelajaran Ayo Belajar berbasis web sebagai inovasi baru dalam menerapkan media pembelajaran yang bisa membantu guru dalam memberikan materi pembelajaran kepada siswa sehingga bisa membangkitkan motivasi belajar siswa serta membantu proses belajar siswa. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mengunakan Model air terjun (waterfall). Hasil pengujian pre-test dan post-test menggunakan Uji-t yaitu Paired Sample t-Test diperoleh t(table)= 2.015,nilai t(hit)=11,79 pada soal hewan,nilai t(hit)=11,52 pada soal buah-buahan. Berdasarkan (hit) > (tabel), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi media pembelajaran Ayo Belajar terhadap aspek pemahaman anak PAUD/TK tentang materi pembelajaran hewan dan buah-buahan.

PT. Len Industri has an empowered partnership program to provide capital loans and business training for MSMEs in increasing productivity and business quality. The implementation of this partnership program has a positive influence on MSMEs, namely by expanding the scope of the business area to touch the international market. However, behind these successes and achievements, there are several problems in the partnership program at PT. The current Len Industries include: MSMEs must apply for partner programs by visiting the main office directly to find out information, submitting applications to become partners and borrowing funds, this is certainly less time efficient. In addition, the recording of transactions that are currently running on the partnership program is still manual, namely by uploading proof of transactions which if partners forget to report it will be a problem and the data is less organized. One of the solutions proposed to deal with the above problems is to build a system in digital form that is easily accessible and can only be accessed by interested parties. So a partnership information system was designed in the form of a website with the SDLC system design method with a focus on development using the prototype method. Optimization of proposal submission activities as partners and submission of funds is carried out using the electronic proposal method (e-proposal) which has been provided by the system automatically without having to go to the main office. In addition, this website-based partnership information system has been integrated with a payment gateway service, enabling interested parties to conduct transactions in a system with more organized data settings. The Partnership Information System created by Ayuba Dharma Putri as a student of this information systems study program has been tested by testing using black box testing with a 100% success percentage, without failure. Assessment of user satisfaction is carried out through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) which produces a percentage of 86% and is categorized as very feasible to use.

Radio Republik Indonesia is a radio that has a strategic position, because in reality RRI is still the only national network and is able to reach almost all parts of Indonesia. RRI Gorontalo currently still needs a system in news and advertising management. Currently, it still uses conventional services where the process of broadcasting news and advertising services still requires a fairly complicated and time-consuming flow for reporters and advertising services still have to be submitted directly by visiting the RRI Gorontalo office. The purpose of this study is to design a news management information system as a result of reporter coverage for managing news that goes to the editor and advertising services through the website. A proposed system is expected to be able to provide access rights to all related parties, so that reporters can add, edit, and delete news directly. While advertising can be submitted via the web without the need to come to the RRI office. The results of the study concluded that a website-based news and advertising Management Information System was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with 3 different user accesses, namely the administrator user as the master data manager, the reporter user and the RRI client as the user client on the system. This website-based information system is expected to help RRI Gorontalo in the process of submitting news services from reporters and receiving advertisements from clients, so that they can run more effectively and efficiently. Based on the results of system testing on the whitebox method, it is concluded that the calculation of V(G) = 2 and Cyclometic Complexity (CC) = 2, so that it can be concluded that the logic flow for the Member Input module carried out by the admin is effective and efficient

At present the process of selling and marketing village products is still carried out conventionally, namely by selling it to collectors, so that the benefits they get are few. Along with the development of increasingly advanced information technology, it is realized the need to improve information technology services. At present the community needs information system services that are expected to help in the process of selling and marketing agricultural products, namely by creating e-commerce applications for village products and android-based agricultural products. which helps the community in the process of selling and marketing without going through collectors so that the benefits they get are more leverage. Considering that currently it is also still in a Pandemic Covid condition 19 The results of the implementation of this research are made very simple in order to make it easier for the community to manage applications and the results of the system testing both WhiteBox and Blackbox get the results that are in accordance with the display design expected by the user

The people of Gorontalo have a habit of consuming cake at breakfast and the tradition of providing cake at celebration events. However, the bustle of urban communities who do a lot of activities outside the home to work, thus making them prefer to buy cakes at cake sales places. Based on the current survey, traditional Gorontalo cakes are less exposed because more and more modern cakes are starting to enter the market, especially in cafes and restaurants, resulting in a decrease in the income of traditional cake traders. This study aims to help Gorontalo traditional cake traders to get digital sales media in order to face business competition in the current digital economy era. The application is designed based on a website by applying the User Centered Design method so that users in every stage of system development are also involved and the system formed can be used according to user needs. The application design uses the PHP programming language and data processing with MySQL DBMS. The system user interface is made simple so that the process of inputting and processing sales data and marketing transactions is more practical. User access on the system is made for administrators as system control and on the client side, access will be opened for traditional cake traders and community users as buyers or consumers. The results of system testing using blackbox testing are tested on the page views of all system users, namely the admin page, merchant page and buyer or community user page, the results of the blackbox test are obtained in accordance with the display design and system functions expected by system users.

The high level of demand for this commodity encourages improvements in agricultural yields by overcoming diseases in rice plants. Detection of disease in rice plants from the beginning of planting will reduce the impact of plant growth significantly. With proper treatment from the results of the identification of disease cases since this will increase the productivity of agricultural products. This study aims to analyze the performance of the rice plant disease classification convolution neural net (CNN) with the VGG16 architecture using fine-tuning. To process the dataset and classify the data into four classes (BrownSpoty, Healthy, Hispa, and LeafBlast), this study used several methodological steps. The stages include data preparation, feature extraction, training, comparing and evaluating models. As a result, VGG16 without fine tuning gets an accuracy of 50.88% while VGG 16 with fine tuning gets an accuracy of 63.50% in the training process. In the validation process, VGG16 without fine tuning gets an accuracy of 52.50% while VGG 16 with fine tuning gets an accuracy of 62.08%. In the testing process, VGG16 without fine tuning got 54.19% accuracy while VGG16 with fine tuning got 62.21% accuracy.

Having scheduled observations will help beekeepers know about bee diseases, bee hive health and poisons that may be carried by bees. If this can be done with the help of a computer, it will reduce the time and cost of beekeeping. In addition, honey and nest production will increase both in terms of quality and quantity. This study aims to analyze the performance of the Xception and VGG16 algorithms for the recognition of pollen-bearing bees. In the experimental results above, the VGG16 model with fine_tuning obtained the best testing accuracy value of 83.33%. Likewise, with the best Cohens kappa, F1_score, ROC AUC, Precision, and Recall values obtained by the VGG16 model with fine_tuning. For the Xception model, the best obtained without fine tuning is 72.22%. From the experimental results, it is concluded that the pre-trained VGG16 model with fine_tuning is more suitable for use in the bee_pollen dataset compared to the Xception model, either with fine_tuning or without fine_tuning.

Klasifikasi tanaman telah diterapkan selama bertahun-tahun sebagai salah satu komponen utama pemantauan pertanian. Klasifikasi jenis tanaman merupakan teknik penting untuk menyediakan informasi tersebut. Berdasarkan latar belakang diatas, penelitian ini akan melakukan agricultural crop type classification from digital images. Dataset crop images terdiri dari 40 lebih gambar untuk setiap kelas yang ada yaitu kelas maize, wheat, jute, rice dan sugarcane. Dataset kemudian dilakukan augmentasi sehingga menghasilkan 159+ gambar untuk setiap kelas. Proses augmentasi dilakukan dengan proses horizontal flip, rotation, horizontal shift dan vertical shift. Data pengujian dipersiapkan dengan jumlah terdiri dari 51 gambar dengan masing-masing 10 gambar setiap kelasnya. Berdasarkan dari hasil eksperimen, hasil akurasi validasi terbesar didapatkan dengan implementasi metode VGG16 sebesar 96.52%, sedangkan VGG19 mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 94.03%, Resnet50 mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 41.79%, Inceptionv3 mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 94.53% dan EfficientNetB0 mendapatkan akurasi sebesar 20.40%.
