HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK ORANG TUA DENGAN PENGETAHUAN PEMBERIAN ANTIBIOTIKA PADA ANAK dina ediana

Penggunaan antibiotik kurang tepat masih banyak terjadi di Indonesia. Pemilihan dan penggunaan terapi antibiotika yang tepat dan rasional akan menentukan keberhasilan pengobatan untuk menghindari terjadinya resistensi bakteri. Dilihat dari hasil Riskesdas tahun 2013 dimana 35,2% rumah tangga di Indonesia menyimpan obat untuk Swamedika terdiri dari obat keras, obat bebas, antibiotika, obat tradisional dan obat-obat yang tidak teridentifikasi. Dimana menyimpan antibiotika sebesar 27,8% dimana 30,1% terjadi di pedesaan dan 86,1% menyimpan antibiotika tanpa resep. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik orang tua (pendidikan, status ekonomi dan pengalaman) dengan pengetahuan dalam pemberian antibiotika pada anak.Jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu yang memiliki anak 0-5 tahun yang berada di Jorong Balai Ahad berjumlah 69 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan panduan kuesioner, kemudian diolah secara komputerisasi dengan menggunakan uji statistik chi-square.Hasil analisis univariat diketahui 60,9 % responden memiliki pendidikan rendah, 55,1 % status ekonomi tinggi, 76,8 % memiliki pengalaman, dan 55,1 % pengetahuan kurang dalam pemberian antibiotika. Hasil bivariat diketahui ada hubungan tingkat pendidikan (p = 0,030 dan OR = 3,400), status ekonomi (p = 0,000 dan OR = 8,013), dan pengalaman (p = 0,034 dan OR = 4,853) dengan pengetahuan orang tua dalam pemberian obat antibiotika pada anak.Disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan karakteristik dengan pengetahuan orang tua tentang pemberian obat antibiotika pada anak. Diharapkan pada petugas kesehatan agar memberikan penjelasan yang lengkap tentang pemberian obat antibiotika agar dapat bekerja maksimal dalam pengobatan.Kata Kunci : Karakteristik, Pengetahuan orang Tua tentang Penggunaan antibiotika Pada Anak.

Low Birth Weight (LBW) is a baby with a birth weight less than 2500 grams regardless of gestation. The one of complication is body temperature instability, and to maintain it, the infants are exposed to the Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC) Method. Data WHO and UNICEF in 2013 with 22 million baby birth in the world, where 16 % birth with low birth weight infants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementation kangaroo mother care on body temperature stability of low birth weight infants at the perinatology room Dr.Achmad Mochtar Hospital Bukittinggi. This research is a Pre-Eksperimental with one-group pretest-postest design in Agust 2018 as many 15 respondents with accidental sampling technique. The statistical test used is dependent T-test. The result of statistical test show a significant influence between body temperature stability before and after implementation kangaroo mother care with p-value = 0,000 (α ≤ 0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship of The Effectiviness kangaroo mother care on body temperature stability of low birth weight infants. Suggestions to hospital can implementation kangaroo mother care because this method an effective, simple, and cheap method to care low birth weight infant.Kata Kunci : Kangaroo Mother Care, Body Temperature

Loyalty becomes a real form on the willingness patients for reuse, which has a strength and a positive attitude. Physiotherapy services is one form of health services needed by the community. The purpose of this study to analyze the patient's perception of physiotherapy outpatient unit of physiotherapy services to the loyalty of patients at Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Bukittinggi. The research method with a combination of research methods(mixed method),with the design of sequential explanatory design. Samples are old patient who came to Physiotherapy Unit, the sampling technique accidental sampling (quantitative) and purposive sampling (qualitative) as many as 110 patients a long time and the number of informants 3 patients. Data analysis usingtest, Chi Squareand qualitative analysis. Based on the results, unfavorable patient's perception regarding tangible (60.9%),reliability (80%),responsivenes (92.7%),assurance (88.2%), except empaty (82.7%), with the lack of loyalty patients (73.6%) in the physiotherapy unit. The absence of a relationship between the patient's perception of physiotherapy tangible services,reliability, responsivenes,assurance,and empathy,loyalty patient in the hospital. Interviews, observation and document study research shows perceptions poorly to 4 variable tangible, reliability, responsivenes, assurance except empathy variable perception of good, judging from the many shortcomings in terms of infrastructure and the patient is less loyal and need factors are factors that influence loyalty patient in an outpatient physiotherapy unit. It is expected for the Hospital in order to further optimize both in terms of facilities and infrastructure, and increase the number of officers physiotherapy unit.Keywords: Loyalty; Perception; Physiotherapy services

ABSTRACTPhenomena teenagers drug use now is often in find in social media. During undergo rehabilitation, junkies are often stress and depressed. Based on it, it would be better implanted attitude unyielding. The purpose of research to know whether there was an association family encouragement, spiritual, motivation with the psychological state of teenagers junkies in Lapas City Payakumbuh 2016. Research conducted in Lapas City Payakumbuh in February 2016. The methodology descriptive analytic to technique the sample accidental sampling use. The number of the sample sample about 36. Research results obtained respondents own support the bad 12 (33,3%), support spiritual bad 13 (36,1%), motivation bad 10 (27,8%), the psychological state mal adaptive 11 (30,6%). No relation support family psychological state of p=1,000. No relation to support spiritual psychological state of p=0,475. There is a psychological motivation with its worth p=0,039 and OR=6,300. Based on thing over, concluded that there is a psychological motivation the teen drug users in lapas class iib city payakumbuh years 2016. Key Words : Family, Spiritual, Motivation, Psychological. ABSTRAKFenomena remaja penggunaan narkoba sekarang ini sering di jumpai di media sosial. Selama menjalani rehabilitasi, para pecandu seringkali stres dan tertekan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, akan lebih baik ditanamkan sikap pantang menyerah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan dukungan keluarga, spritual, motivasi dengan kondisi psikologis remaja pengguna narkoba di Lapas Kota Payakumbuh tahun 2016.Penelitian dilakukan di Lapas Kota Payakumbuh pada bulan Februari 2016. Metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 sampel. Hasil penelitian didapatkan responden memiliki dukungan keluarga buruk 12 (33,3%), dukungan spritual buruk 13 (36,1%), motivasi buruk 10 (27,8%), kondisi psikologis mal adaptif 11 (30,6%). Tidak ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kondisi psikologis dengan nilai p=1,000. Tidak ada hubungan dukungan spritual dengan kondisi psikologis dengan nilai p=0,475. Ada hubungan motivasi dengan kondisi psikologis dengan nilai p=0,039 dan OR=6,300. Berdasarkan hal di atas, disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi dengan kondisi psikologis remaja pengguna narkoba di Lapas Kota Payakumbuh tahun 2016. AbstractThe organization of environmental health of the hospital is carried out according to the environmental health requirements of the hospital. One of the supporting factors for hospitals in restoring patient health is the provision of linen. Regional General Hospital Dr. Adnaan WD Payakumbuh is a type C regional hospital. Linen infectious and non-infectious patients used ex-patients or former health service activities are produced every day and no sorting of infectious and non-infectious linen is not done. Washing linen uses 1 washing machine to wash all types of linen, does not have a linen carriage storage room, coordination of linen staff with other parts, especially in repairing facilities and equipment is not optimal, linen managers still do not use personal protective equipment (PPE). This study aims to determine the description of linen management at Adnaan WD Payakumbuh Hospital. The research is descriptive with an observation approach. The research instrument used a checklist and measurements referring to the Kepmenkes RI No 1204 in 2004. The data were analyzed descriptively in the form of tables and percentages. The results of the 80% linen washout, 100% linen collection stage, 100% transportation stage, 100% acceptance stage, 100% washing stage, 80% storage stage, and 100% distribution stage fulfilled the requirements.Keywords: infection, non-infection, linen, hospital

AbstractThe application of communication SBAR is one effort in improving security hospital patients .Based on the report institute of medicine to err is human building a safer health system in 2012 around 3- 6 % scene not expected ( ktd ) the last extend long day rawatan or inflict disability in hospital patients .Research aims to understand factors that deals with the application of communication SBAR at the time overan government offices in inpatient rooms RSAM Bukittinggi. The kind of research this is descriptive analytic with the approach cross sectional study.Population this research is nurse as the team head of the in inpatient rooms RSAM Bukittinggi.The sample collection using a technique total of sampling as many as 36 people.Date collection use sheets of kuisioner and a observation the implementation of the SBAR.Date analysis covering analysis unviariat and analysis bivariat use chi-square test. Based on the results of research know that 83,3 % of respondents knowledge high, 61,1 % with response negative attitude, 50 % with the motivation low and rp 66.7 % of respondents not to apply communication SBAR appropriate with the SOP.There was a correlation the attitude ( p = 0,003, or = 11.4 ), motivation ( p = 0,013, or = 10 and there was no connection knowledge ( p = 1,000 ) by the application of communication SBARin overan agency. Concluded that attitude and motivation nurse associated with the implementation of the communication SBAR in overan agency so expected to the team head of the nursing to can always motivate self and the team members nursing to they do care nursing appropriate with the SOP including in the implementation of the communication SBAR at the time overan agency.Keywords : Knowledge , Attitude , Motivation , Communication SBAR

FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH THE NUTRITIONAL STATUS IN TODDLERS IN PUBLIC HEALTH CENTER LUBUK KILANGAN okta vianis

Based on monitoring reports nutritional status of children in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas Padang in 2014, from 291 infants who weighed by BB / U, known malnutrition by 10 people (3.44%), malnutrition as many as 54 people (18.56%), and good nutrition as much as 222 (76.3%). The purpose of this study to see if Factors Associated with the Nutritional Status In Toddlers in Sub Bandar Buat Padang District of Lubuk Kilangan 2016.Types and methods of this research is analytic survey with cross sectional design. The research was conducted in the village of Lubuk Kilangan Bandar Buat District of Padang in May 2016. The population is all the mothers who have children amounted to 755 people. Samples taken as many as 88 people with cluster random sampling techniques and sample used for the randomization Simple Random Sampling technique. Data collected by using a questionnaire. Processing of data by univariate and bivariate data analysis performed using Chi-Square test.The results were obtained over the majority 51.1% children have malnutrition. Mothers who are knowledgeable low of 3.6%, which the family income <1.615 million as much as 47.7%. Mothers who do not give exclusive breastfeeding much as 52.3%. Of test statistics in get a significant relationship between the nutritional status of children with a mother knowledge (p value 0.000), there was a significant relationship between the nutritional status of children with family incomes (p value 0.000), and no significant correlation between the nutritional status of children with exclusive breastfeeding ( p value 0.034). It was concluded that there is a relationship between the nutritional status of children with the knowledge of the mother, family income and exclusive breastfeeding in Lubuk Kilangan Puskesmas Padang Year 2016. For the Lubuk Kilangan health center in order to do counseling at least 1 time a month on Nutrition in infants in order to improve knowledge of mothers on nutritional status.

Program implementation in Koto Type the health center includesseveral phases of activity, starting from the data collection phase, perekapan, inputting and sending to the Department of Health Kota.dari terms of delivery of the reports is still timely and charging an incomplete report. The purpose of this study to evaluate the implementation of the program recording and reporting system of integrated health centers in health centers katik koto long field,research design is qualitative research with phenomenological. With the number of informen of 7 people, results showed on the input source human resources are lacking, the process of the implementation of the SP2TP not running optimally because still many shortcomings in the planning, recording and reporting so that the effect on the incompleteness and delays in the delivery of the Monthly Report.The conclusion of the research is the implementation of the PHC Koto SP2TP Katik not been implemented optimally. The need for increased availability, power that the implementation processes SP2TP no constraints as well as reports submitted complete and timely.

Adolescent is a period of psychosexual development which at this stage are very prominent change is when the sexual function of maturity shown through behavior change. Indonesia Adolescent Reproductive Health Survey proves that nationally there is an increasing incidence of sexual intercourse than 3 million teens who claimed ever done premarital sexual behavior in 2007 to 3.7 milliion youth in 2012. This study is adescriptif study with 135 respondents as study sample are early adolescent in the Hope Island Villages 0f Thosand Island. The result of this study showed that most respondents are adolescent aged 11 years (40%), 52,6% were male and 47.4% female, 54.8% had sexual behavior risk and 21.5% of respondents ever do sexual intercourse. Advice to government, social agencies, and research institutions and community servicein college in order to perform adolescent reproductive health education to adolescent in Hope Island Villages of Thousand Island.

Hemodialysis patients kidney failure often experience muscle cramps caused by lack of activity so that it can increase the levels of creatinin. The intra physical exercise was defined as the activity of dialysis proposed at hemodialisa done. This research aims to know the effectiveness of physical exercises intra dialysis to the levels of creatinin in patients undergoing hemodialisa. Design research is quasi experiment with the design of two group pre test – post test. This research has been conducted in March 2016 to all chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialisa in Achmad Mochtar Hospital. The population in this study as many as 71 people per month and this research with 18 samples. The data collected is treated with T test. Research showed data average levels of creatinin (16.53) before and after (2,86) undergo with physical exercises intra dyalisis and average levels of creatinin before (16,63) and after (7,16) undergo without physical exercises Intra dyalisis. There is the effectiveness of physical exercise in patients undergoing hemodialisa with p value = 0,000. Suggestions for hemodialisa nurses in Achmad Mochtar Hospital to aplly of physical exercise in patients undergoing hemodialysis.Keywords: hemodialysis;creatinin; exercise; physical; intra dialysis Abstrak Penderita gagal ginjal sering merasakan kram otot disebabkan peningkatan kreatinin dalam darah. Latihan fisik intra dialisis adalah aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan pada saat hemodialisa berlangsung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas latihan fisik intra dialisis terhadap kadar kreatinin pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa. Desain penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan two group pre test-post test. Penelitian ini dilakukan di bulan Maret 2016 pada seluruh pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa di Ruangan Hemodialisa RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 71 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 18 orang. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan uji T test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kadar kreatinin yaitu sebelum (16,53) dan sesudah (2,86) menjalani HD dengan latihan fisik Intra Dialisis dan Rata-rata kadar kreatinin yaitu sebelum (16,63) dan sesudah (7,16) menjalani HD tanpa latihan fisik Intra Dialisis. Terdapat efektifitas latihan fisik sebelum pemeriksaan HD pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisa dengan dengan p value= 0,000. Berdasarkan temuan ini disarankan bagi perawat hemodialisa agar dapat melakukan latihan fisik pada pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis.Kata kunci: hemodialisis; kreatinin; latihan; fisik; intra dialysis
