Abstract

This research aims 1) To determine the service quality of PT Pos Indonesia Watampone Branch, 2) To determine the innovations carried out by PT Pos Indonesia Watampone Branch in improving the quality of competitive delivery services. This research is qualitative research, namely research that intends to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects, for example behavior, perception, motivation, action, existence, etc. The subjects in this research were at the PT Pos Indonesia Watampone Branch Office located on Jalan M.H. Thamrin, Bone Regency. This research uses qualitative data analysis techniques, following the concept given by Miles and Huberman, namely an activity that includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ferification. The results of this research show that: 1) The forms of innovation implemented at the Watampone Branch Post Office include process innovation and product innovation. These include: O-ranger, M-pospay and Pos Order Number. These innovations are related to the type of organizational innovation, namely new methods of managing, coordinating and taking responsibility as well as business innovation. This innovation has superior advantages and added value to the process and management level benefits which are expected to improve the quality of competitive delivery services. However, this innovation is still not optimal due to limitations in human resources and promotion. 2) Service quality is measured using public service standards KEPMENPAN No.63/Kep/M.PAN/7/2003 which consists of six indicators, namely service procedures, completion time, service costs, service products, facilities and infrastructure and the competence of service providers Those at the Watampone Branch Post Office can be categorized as satisfactory, so they need to be maintained and those that are still not good need to be evaluated and improved.

Abstract

Research Objectives: To find out how the financing accounting information system worksmudharabahat Bank Muamalat Bone Sub-Branch Office, to find out the obstacles that arise in the financing processmudharabahat Bank Muamalat Bone Sub-Branch Office, to find out what the financing accounting information system ismudharabahat Bank Muamalat Bone Sub-Branch Office, this has been carried out based on sharia accounting principles. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive qualitative research is research that attempts to describe a symptom, event or event that is happening now. Research results 1) Show that the process of collecting and storing transaction activity data at Bank Muamalat has been carried out using computers assisted by certain applications that help employees in the process of collecting and storing data, so that if at any time it is needed it will make things easier for employees. 2) Shows that there are still obstacles that occur in the mudharabah financing process, including the customer's lack of understanding about sharia principles, especially mudharabah, the bank's lack of concern for customer limitations which is manifested in the form of preparing the bank's strategy for risk management, and the lack of human resource knowledge about the characteristics of mudharabah financing. . 3) Shows that the mudharabah financing accounting information system at PT. Bank Muamalat Bone Sub-Branch Office has been implemented based on sharia accounting principles, namely the principles of responsibility, justice and truth. These three principles have been applied in the financing process.

Abstract

Research Objectives: To determine the influence of ROA, ROE, NPM and EBIT on share prices of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the IDX simultaneously. To determine the influence of ROA, ROE, NPM and EBIT on share prices of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the IDX simultaneously. Partial. This research uses a type of quantitative research from quantitative research to carry out measurements and assist in determining the relationship between variables in a population, including assisting in determining the research design. Research results 1. Based on the results of data analysis, the coefficient values for ROA, ROE, NPM and EBIT show an influence on stock prices simultaneously. 2. Based on the results of data analysis on ROA, ROE, NPM, they have a partially significant effect on share prices, while EBIT has no influence on the share prices of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the IDX. 3. The variable that has the most dominant influence between ROA, ROE, NPM and EBIT on the share prices of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the IDX is the ROA variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the magnitude of the influence of company location on increasing Honda car sales Volume at PT Honda Bone Indah This research uses a census type of research wit a quantitative approach, which aims to test the influence of the indefendent variable on the devenden variable. The population in the study was only 15 employees and coustemer, and less than 30 people, so in this study all members of the population were determined to be respondents (total sampel/saturate sample). The data analysis method used in this research is simple regression analysis. The results of this research show that 1) the placemen of sales locations has a positive effect on increasing the sales Volume of Honda Bone Indah, Bpne Regrency, this Is reflected in the sales location placemen variable wit an average score of 82.40% in the good category 2) meanwhile, the variable for increasing Honda Car sales Volume with an average score of 79.55 % in the good category.

Abstract

Implementing E-Government in the current modern era requires prioritizing information technology so that online public services can be more effective and efficient. To implement E-Government in the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registry Service in providing services to the community, you need to pay attention to the elements for implementing E-Government. This research aims to determine the application of E-Government in the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. using qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show 3 elements in implementing E-Government in the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, namely: 1). The Support Element is the support and desire of the leadership of the Bone Regency Population and Civil Registry Agency in implementing E-Government and the existence of regulations that support implementing E-Government. 2). Capacity elements include the availability of financial resources originating from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, the availability of infrastructure resources that support implementing E-Government such as computers, wifi, print and others, and the availability of human resources who have the capacity to implement E-Government or online service to the community. And the 3rd). It is a value element which is a benefit felt by the Population and Civil Registry Service of Bone Regency as providing online services to the community which in implementing E-Government provides a large beneficial impact in terms of effective and efficient service innovation at this time in the Population Service agency. and the Civil Registry of Bone Regency, while the benefits felt by the community as those who receive services are the ease of getting services because they no longer need to come to the office to get services, especially those that are far from the office.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see whether the guarantees applied at the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative are in accordance with the group's financing objectives and conceptkafālah bi al mālwhich exists. This type of research is included in the category of qualitative research which is descriptive analysis. The type of data used is primary and secondary data obtained from the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that: 1) The financing distributed by the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative in Bone Regency uses a group mechanism, so every prospective member who wants to receive financing must form a group, the maximum number of members in one financing group is 5 people and in eachcenter There are a minimum of 2 groups and a maximum of 8 groups. In the initial stage the financing provided was Rp. 2,000,000, and the amount of financing is adjusted to the feasibility of the business. This group is financed using a contractmurabahah al-wakalah, with a margin value set at 25% per year. 2) Implementation of a joint liability guarantee system in group financing at the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative, Bone Regency, namely that each group member is mutually responsible for each other in carrying out obligations towards the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative. If one member is unable to pay the installments at the specified time, then the other members in the group must be jointly and equally responsible for covering the payment. 3) The joint liability guarantee system in group financing implemented by the Mitra Dhuafa Cooperative in Bone Regency is in accordance with the conceptkafālah bi al-mālin jurisprudence
