The purpose of this research is to identify the factors that influence good corporate governance (GCG). GCG is a representation of the relationship between parties that influence the direction of the company and financial performance. Basically, to understand how much influence GCG has on company performance, we need to apply agency theory. This study will use a literature review methodology to examine and explore documents related to GCG, particularly the impact of GCG on financial performance. The data used in this study is second party data. GCG implementation should have a positive impact on company performance, but in practice, many companies did not implement GCG. Most companies only implement government regulations without studying the role and function of GCG itself. The urgency of this research is to implement GCG on company performance by implementing it and studying the role and function of GCG itself

Banking in the current technological era must be able to compete with other banks by innovating through its resources so as to attract consumer interest. Intellectual capital is an intangible asset owned by a company that can have added value to financial performance. This study aims to examine Intellectual Capital as a moderator of Mechanism Governance proxied by Independent Commissioners and the Board of Directors on Financial Performance proxied by ROA. The sample used in this study is the banking annual report listed on the IDX for 2019-2021. Moderating Regression Analysis is used as an analytical tool in this study. The results of the study show that the Independent Commissioner has a non-significant positive influence on ROA. The Board of Directors has a significant negative influence on ROA. Meanwhile, the influence of the Independent Commissioners and the Board of Directors on ROA can be moderated by Intellectual Capital . The Existence of independent commissioners and boards of directors can improve management performance to be able to focus more on intellectual capital in the company

The problem faced by companies in general is the delay in agreeing to apply for leave, this is caused by two things, namely too many stages to be skipped and the difficulty of meeting with the boss whenever he wants to apply for leave. The purpose of this research is to design a proposed design for a leave application information system. The development method used is the prorotype method, while the method used to find the root of the problem is one of the techniques in Root Cause Analysis, namely Fault Tree Analysis. The results of this study are a prototype proposal that can be taken into consideration for companies to start implementing a digital-based system for submitting employee leave. The results of this study are expected to provide information as a basis for consideration, support, and contributions to ideas for companies to be able to use technology in the process of applying for employee leave

This study aims to evaluate the data security system of ancient manuscripts that have been uploaded to the KHASTARA (Khasanah Nusantara) website at the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data in this study was collected by conducting an interview with one of the informants engaged in digitizing ancient manuscripts, data and information centers. In addition, data is collected by observing and documenting so that the data obtained is more accurate. The results of this study show that the National Library of Indonesia has preserved ancient manuscripts very well and disseminated the information through the KARTHA website. However, PERPUSNAS RI has not implemented a data security system for its collection of digital ancient manuscripts, only securing its network (firewall). The conclusion of this study is to hope that there will be awareness of all employees on digital ancient manuscript data and the existence of competent human resources in the field of data security.

Smart farming is an agricultural management plan based on precise monitoring and calculation of agricultural parameters that are useful as a reference in taking appropriate actions. The application of Smart Farming is inseparable from the IoT system that supports processing and data collection. Remote large agricultural area, far from the public, limited access to electricity and difficult cellular network access. Responding to this, this research designed an IoT-based agricultural monitoring system by implementing the ESP 32 microcontroller and LoRa Transmission which uses solar panels as a power supply and is displayed via the Web Server Dashboard. Tests are carried out in the form of sensor readings, dashboard displays, and data transmission. The results obtained are that the agricultural monitoring system design works well with the sensors used to work and the ESP32 microcontroller to process data. LoRa and Internet data transmission can be sent properly indicated by synchronous data access. The monitoring dashboard can work properly as shown by the appropriate home page and graphic page.

Online buying and selling activities and renting goods are familiar to young people or college students. For instance, the Telkom University campus has a buying and selling forum (FJB Telkom) using Line social media platform as a buying and selling activity. However, Line social media primarily known as an instant messaging application, and as a result, the researchers conducted a survey among Telkom University students related to buying and selling activities on FJB Telkom and renting activities around campus. Based on the results of 105 respondents, it was found that 69,5% stated that FJB Telkom using the Line platform could have been more efficient due to the lack of feature needs for buying and selling activities. Therefore, this study aims to design a user interface (UI) design for the FJB Telkom application by adding rental features that can assist Telkom University students in buying, selling, and renting items activities around campus. UI design was conducted with the User Centered Design (UCD) method approach that focused on the characteristics of user needs. The UCD method included a testing stage or usability testing. The user interface of the FJB Telkom application was tested using prototype testing and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The test results obtained from respondents indicated that the UI design of the FJB Telkom application achieved an average SUS score of 85,5% and received an excellent grade on the SUS score. Thus, the user interface of the FJB Telkom application successfully build a system with high usability.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of self-efficacy and financial literacy on entrepreneurial intentions of entrepreneurs in the city of Medan by testing each variable. The population in this study are all entrepreneurs in Indonesia whose number is not known with certainty and the sample is 384 people. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the calculation of partial hypothesis testing obtained the self-efficacy variable obtained a value of tcount < ttable or -0.601 < 0.05 and a significant obtained 0.548 > 0.05 and financial literacy obtained a value of tcount > ttable or 16.043 > 0.05 and a significant obtained 0.000 < 0.05. So, the self-efficacy variable has no effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of entrepreneurs in the city of Medan and financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Results The calculation results of simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount (213.628) > Ftable (3.019) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. So simultaneously, the variables of self-efficacy and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial intentions of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination obtained an R Square value of 0.526. This shows that 52.6% of the variables of self-efficacy (X1) and financial literacy (X2) are able to explain the entrepreneurial intention variable (Y) of entrepreneurs in the city of Medan, the remaining 47.4% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study such as personal financial management, knowledge entrepreneurship, and so on. In summary, the research findings indicate that self-efficacy does not have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial intentions of entrepreneurs in the city of Medan, Indonesia

Games as a Service (GaaS), also known as live service games, which is a type of cloud computing that is becoming increasingly popular in mobile marketplaces. The research investigates how factors such as Accessibility, Perceived Value, Perceived Credibility, and Intent to Use may influence Purchase Intention in GaaS within the mobile games market, where in-app purchases are rising to generate revenue, and how consumer behaviors correspond to practice and correlates with purchase intention, the urgency to investigate the factors stem from declining revenue for company and lack of customer engagement hence resulting in reduced customer retention and interest. The study's findings indicate that while value, perceived credibility, and accessibility all favorably influence intent to use, intent to use also positively influences intent to buy which helps in quantifying behavioral traits in a a statistical manner and helps understand emotional and other motivators based on the psychological and environmental influence on the customer.
