Abstract

Every agency wants all its employees to be able to contribute, namely in the form of the best work performance as expected by the agency, which in turn will enable the agency to achieve its goals. To achieve this goal, many factors influence, including competence, work motivation, and career development. Agencies must be able to create conditions that can motivate employees to work well. This study aims to analyze the factors that can explore improving employee performance in existing models; high employee competence, high work motivation, and appropriate career development will be able to improve employee performance. This research uses associative quantitative methods with a survey approach. The object of this research is the Serang Regency Regional Civil Service Agency, with a sample of 188 respondents. The results of this study indicate that competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Competence has a considerable impact on work motivation. Competence has a substantial effect on career development. Work motivation is having a significant impact on employee performance. Career development has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and career development can mediate the effect of competence on employee performance. This research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature in this context.

Abstract

The tight business competition in the product and service industry requires companies to be able to create something different. This study aims to test and analyze improving purchasing decisions on Fastron Ecogreen brand oil products which are influenced by brand image and moderated by product quality. The method used in this research is the descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach. 150 research sample respondents. Survey of research objects in three attack workshops that use Fastron Ecogreen lubricants. The results of this study indicate that brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on buying decisions, and product quality can moderate significantly strengthen the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions. In this context, this research is expected to make a theoretical contribution to the literature

Abstract

Social media has now become a trend in the world of marketing communications. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of social media marketing in increasing brand awareness on Instagram accounts. The type of research chosen by the researcher is a type of qualitative research. Qualitative research is research.  In increasing Brand Awareness on the Instagram account @feraastriamakeup influenced by several variables, namely Customer Engagement, Viral Marketing, Buzz Marketing, Peer Influence, and Online Communities. From the results of the interview, it can be concluded that the content review from the Customer is considered good where the content presented by @feraastriamakeup is very interesting and keeps up with the times. Whereas in terms of reservations, Customer @feraastriamakeup prefers to use Social media Instagram and Whatsapp. The use of social media Instagram on @feraastriamakeup and consumer responses to the formation of Brand Awareness at @feraastriamakeup has a very big influence where customer perceptions are not only on the price of make-up services but on the quality of make-up.

Abstract

One of the health problems is color blindness. This disease is the inability to determine certain types of colors. The number of people with color blindness in Indonesia is increasing every year. Based on this problem, a color detection application was created to help color blind people based on computer vision. This application is made to be able to detect the color of objects in real-time using OpenCV library to detect color, taking objects using a smartphone camera. This application can detect an object moreover it can display color information in the form of sound from the smartphone. The color detection application aims to enhance the daily lives of color blind individuals especially in Indonesia by assisting them in perceiving and distinguishing colors in real-time, thereby promoting inclusivity and improving their overall experiences.

Abstract

The phenomena of establishing a circular economy is aggressively advocated both in Indonesia and globally as a step towards a new, greener model of economic transformation to lessen the impact on the environment and support long-term and sustainable economic growth. By 2025, the administration of JAKSTRANAS wants all waste to be controlled, a goal that will be aidsd by digitizing waste banks. The Solusi Hijau Waste Bank has not digitized its business processes, making it challenging for customers and collectors to obtain crucial information quickly, accurately, and in real time. This is why the research is urgent. This research object was to design a waste management accounting information system at the Solusi Hijau Waste Bank. The two stages of the research method are requirement analysis and system design, where the latter uses the Unified Modeling Language to model the process design. The conclusion of this research is that a waste management accounting information system for the Solusi Hijau Waste Bank has been successfully created. Process design, database design, and user interface design are all components of the system's design. The Solusi Hijau Waste Bank will hopefully be able to handle and obtain information about waste management, customer data, collector data, and transaction data conveniently, quickly, precisely, and in real time with the help of this system design. The Solusi Hijau Waste Bank is not the only waste bank that can use this system design; another waste bank that has roughly the same business procedures can as well

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) perceptions on purchase intention; Consider brand trust as a mediating variable. This study takes a customer perspective; Known Tomua villagers who have an active account on SHOPEE. The conceptual framework of this study was tested using data collected from a questionnaire addressed to a sample of 123 respondents in Tomuan. Statistical results of validity tests, multicollinearity tests, results of multiple linear analysis, results of the T test (partial), results of the F test and results of the deterministic test show that the reliability of eWOM and the quality of eWOM have a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. Regarding the mediating role of brand trust, the results show that brand trust mediates the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Therefore, research results, recommendations and future research are also discussed.

Abstract

Objective from this research is know level mitigation disaster FES Unjaya students. Recovery to disaster will need enough time short when public own level mitigation good disaster. This research is based on the problem of para survivor unprepared disaster presence the disaster, even though already know exists threat disaster all around. Such a situation naturally direct impact on time recovery the disaster is getting longer. Student is generation young people who are able to become a driving force or as an agent of change in reduction risk disaster. Hence knowledge disaster and mitigation disaster become very important to realize that thing. Method First that is survey knowledge disaster involving 124 students from management, psychology, law, and accounting study programs and distributed through questionnaires. Based on the survey was obtained as many as 40 students selected for follow counseling mitigation non- structural disasters in the field of management. Method second that is counseling done by design administration of pre-test and post-test. Counseling done verbally or non-verbal. Result of counseling is there is enhancement knowledge moment post test namely 24 students stated own remember mitigation high, 16 students own level mitigation medium, and nothing students who have level low mitigation. This proves exists enhancement knowledge student with it counseling.

Abstract

Utilization of leisure time is the time allocated by the middle school age population in carrying out economic activities. However, this is actually a concern because it involves human capital investment in the long term which has implications for low income and the inability to support their lives going forward. This study aims to determine some of the conditions that influence school-age residents to choose to use their leisure time to work in carrying out economic activities to meet their daily needs. Among them, household income, wages, school status and child status. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using primary data sourced from distributing questionnaires in East Luwu Regency. The data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 23 software. The results showed that household income had a negative effect on the use of leisure time, wages had a positive effect on the use of leisure time, there was no difference in the status of school children and children who did not go to school on the use of leisure time, and there were differences in status. children who have complete parents and do not have complete parents regarding the use of leisure time in the economic activities of middle school age residents in East Luwu Regency.

Abstract

Tourism is an asset for a region or a country whose existence can create a people's economy and promote creative industries through tourist demand for tourism. However, the presence of the Covid-19 virus has paralyzed tourism activities due to lack of demand. This study aims to determine several conditions that can influence tourists to make tourism requests, including income, facilities, travel costs, leisure time and promotions. This research was conducted in South Sulawesi (Bira beach tourism object and Malino pine forest). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The data were processed using IBM statistics 23 software. The results showed that the variables of income, facilities, travel cost, leisure time and promotions in this study had a significant and positive effect. The economic value of the consumer surplus of bira beach tourists is IDR 854,179 per individual per visit and a total economic value of IDR 385,392,752,115/year is obtained and the consumer surplus of Malino pine forest tourists is IDR 616,364 per individual per visit and a total economic value of IDR 202,691 is obtained. 917,764/year.

Abstract

The ease of internet access has changed people's shopping behavior, from shopping directly to the store (Offline) to online at the marketplace. This change in behavior also affects consumer buying decisions. In addition, the inconsistency in the results of research conducted by previous researchers on purchasing decisions is the background of this thesis with the aim of answering the formulation of problems regarding the effect of service quality and customer reviews on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The technique used for sampling Purposive sampling, because the population is unknown, using the Rao Purba Formula with a sample of 97 respondents. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires online using google form. The results showed that service quality and customer review partially had a positive effect on purchasing decisions. And the results show that service quality and customer review have a significant effect simultaneously or together on purchasing decisions.
