Abstract

Current digital developments encourage the world of education to also participate in developing a digitalization environment, especially in higher education. Not only in terms of the learning process, but also in the managerial process, especially in the tridharma business process. This research aims to develop higher education information systems to be more efficient and effective, especially in research business process, namely the process of data reporting and data management. The method used in this research is design thinking, which consists of the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing stages. At the empathize stage, data is collected in the form of strategic plan documents which are then mapped in the form of a business model canvas. Then a user interview is conducted which is then mapped into an empathy map. At the define stage, the results of the interview are detailed in the form of a user persona. From the results of document mapping and user interviews, we enter the ideate stage, namely making user flows and flowcharts. After validating user flow and flowcharts for the user, the prototype stage is carried out, where at this stage Balsamiq 3 tools are used to design the user interface. The results of this study indicate that the designed user interface and flow are in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of productive zakat funds in reducing poverty. This research uses qualitative research methods, focusing on the Analysis of the Impact of the Productive Zakat Program on Reducing Poverty during the Pandemic Using the CIBEST Model in Baznas, Banjarnegara Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were data collection techniques by observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with zakat recipients. The results of this study show that based on analysis using the CIBEST analysis model, productive zakat fund assistance has a positive and significant impact in reducing poverty during the Covid-19 pandemic, both material and spiritual poverty, so that household life must be prosperous. This can be seen in the decrease in material poverty. In contrast, spiritual poverty shows that mustahik recipients of productive zakat funds who initially never performed worship such as prayer, zakat, or fasting, the mustahik turned into obedient to perform worship

Abstract

Si Salto application is one of the platforms used to make the process of ordering services online, with this system the process of ordering services will be well planned. By paying attention to the user, an appropriate and appropriate information system can be created for the user, so that it will lead to satisfaction by the user. This technology needs to be continuously evaluated using the Heuristic Evaluation method by testing sample users whose results will then be verified and validated using the Heuristic Evaluation technique. With this evaluation, it is hoped that problems related to deficiencies in usability will be found which will then be used as a reference in drawing recommendations to improve the quality of the application. Usability evaluation to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and assess user satisfaction. User experience is several important factors in building an application. Without the right appearance and user experience, it can result in users switching to other similar applications. This study has a target to evaluate the user experience of the Si Salto application using the Heuristic Evaluation and Usability Testing methods.

Abstract

Social Media is an online medium that is used by one another where users can easily participate, communicate, and interact without being limited by space and time. One application that is often used is Twitter. Twitter is a social media application that provides a space to communicate with anyone without usage limits. This research was conducted to find the ratios contained in Twitter social media accounts. The research method used is an explorative method to find the variables contained in Twitter. These variables will then be compared to be tested for relevance to find the relevant ratio. These ratios can later be used to perform analysis that can be measured mathematically so that they can be used to assess the performance of a Twitter account. The results of this Twitter social media research show that there are 33 relevant ratios for assessing, measuring, and comparing the credibility of a Twitter account.

Abstract

In the lecture process, the Internet becomes very important, and access settings or bandwidth management is needed so that Internet use can run smoothly. Many users can cause the burden of computer access to be high, so internet use will be unbalanced if bandwidth management is not carried out. Bandwidth management aims to allocate bandwidth in an internet network so that the distribution is equal and the comfort between users and one another is not disturbed. The method used is fuzzy Sugeno to implement Sugeno's fuzzy logic into bandwidth management and optimize internet usage. Fuzzy inputs used include download, streaming, and browsing variables. Using three fuzzy sets, namely low, standard, and solid. The output is Download Limit, Streaming Limit, and Browsing Limit. System testing will be conducted using MATLAB. After testing, results were obtained through bandwidth limits from downloading, streaming, and browsing. One of the study's results included a given system input download = 700, streaming = 668, and browsing = 611. Produce output is Download Limit = 700, Streaming Limit = 481, and Browsing Limit = 319

Abstract

MSME actors must possess financial management skills and financial literacy to boost their business performance. This study intends to identify the partial and simultaneous effects of basic and advanced financial literacy on the financial management of MSME actors in Makassar City. The offspring of this study are the 100 MSME actors in Makassar City who made up the investigated samples. Data analysis with the use of the SmartPLS software. Testing of physiological variables' hypotheses P values of 0.047 < 0.05 indicate that basic financial literacy variables have a positive and significant impact on financial management, while P values of 0.000 < 0.05 indicate that advanced financial literacy variables have a positive and significant impact on financial management. The R square value of 0.664 indicates that both basic and advanced financial literacy variables positively and significantly impact financial management. The analysis's findings revealed that the basic financial literacy variable had a major influence of 25.4%, the advanced financial literacy variable had a major influence of 59.9%, and other variables that were not measured in this study were responsible for the remaining influences on financial management. Based on the findings of this study, it can be inferred that to enhance their financial management abilities and boost business performance, MSMEs should prioritize improving their financial literacy. This can be achieved by increasing their understanding and knowledge of financial matters.

Abstract

This study attempts to describe the innovation of population administration services based on the SIPRAJA application for E-KTP and KK services in Sruni Village, Gedangan Sub-District, Sidoarjo Regency. SIPRAJA innovation is described using Rogers'  concept of innovation attributes which include Relative Advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Triability, Observability. The primary data of this research were obtained through interviews and observations. Interviews were conducted with informants who were selected by purposive sampling. While secondary data was obtained through the results of documentation. The data analysis technique used is interactive data analysis from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of the study show that the SIPRAJA innovation is in accordance with Rogers' innovation attributes, namely the relative advantage shown by the ease of providing E-KTP and KK services using the SIPRAJA application. Compatibility is shown by the conformity between procedures, in terms of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the ability of residents and operators of Sruni Village. Complexity is shown when the application has problems and complexity when uploading documents. Triability is shown from the existence of trials conducted on the operator of Sruni Village. Observability is shown from the information contained in the application as a guide for SIPRAJA users

Abstract

Home is a basic need for humans in living life. Humans need a house to live and mingle with family. Having a decent home is the dream of every family. However, due to economic limitations, livable houses are difficult to realize. The government made the Rutilahu (Uninhabitable House) policy to reduce the number of uninhabitable houses. However, in practice there are still many misdirected targets. The Village Government is still carrying out the data classification process manually to determine which houses are livable and which are not. Processes that are still manual are old and inaccurate. For this reason, it is necessary to have a system to classify suitable and ineligible houses using the Support Vector Machine algorithm to make it more detailed so that later the assistance will not be misdirected. Support Vector Machine is a technique for maximizing margins, namely the distance that separates data classes by finding the best hyperplane. Determination of the classification of livable houses is based on four main indicators, namely the structure of the building, its area, sanitation, and clean water. This study took 642 data with 513 training data and 129 testing data and by using validation techniques using the confusion matrix obtained an accuracy of 80%. Thus the system built with the Support Vector Machine algorithm is quite good in the classification of livable houses
