Abstract

Abstract

Sipirok is a small town known for its natural resources in the form of high-quality Sipirok Coffee. However, the local economy has not reached its potential. One of the influencing factors is the community's lack of understanding of Geographical Indication-based marketing strategies. Geographical Indications can increase the value and competitiveness of local products, as well as provide economic benefits to producers and surrounding communities. This research aims to provide a better understanding of the impact of Geographical Indications on the economy of the Sipirok community. This research is expected to provide a basis for local governments and stakeholders to consider granting Geographical Indication status to local products, such as Sipirok coffee, as an effort to improve the welfare of local communities. This research uses the descriptive qualitative research method which aims to collect, analyze, and interpret data in the form of words, actions, or symbols in the form of narratives, interviews, observations, or documents to produce in-depth knowledge and understanding of the marketing strategy of geographical indication based Sipirok Coffee to improve farmers' welfare. Abstract

Accreditation is a quality guarantee or assessment of the suitability of study programs and higher education by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT). At the time this research was created, the Study Program at the Faculty of Tarbiyah was still processing and collecting reports manually, namely by using Ms. Excel and Ms. Word. This process still needs to be more effective regarding time and data accuracy. This research aims to produce prototype models of several accreditation criteria modules such as finance, facilities, infrastructure, and learning systems as part of SIMAKRE to make it easier for study programs to manage, process, and collect the data. The method used in this research is the Prototyping method using the web-based Laravel framework. Testing was carried out using the Black-box method. The test results of this system show that all functions run well according to user needs. The accreditation dashboard application aims to enhance efficiency in the accreditation process, especially ini Tarbiyah Faculty.  This system can integrate data, show information in a style that is easy to grasp, and simplify the reporting process

Abstract

Performance management initiatives, actions, or programs that are started and carried out by an organization's (company's) leadership can be related to planning, directing, and controlling employee performance. The National Education Department at the central level typically oversees HR performance management and educational initiatives, such as planning tasks and the creation of the national curriculum. The purpose of this study is to examine how educational institutions manage their human resources. This study employs a qualitative methodology along with library research techniques. Scientific references are used in data sources and research analysis materials that are collected from books, papers, proceedings, or final projects (thesis, thesis, dissertation). The study's findings suggest that human resource planning initiatives, selection, training and development, performance evaluation/assessment, remuneration, and employment termination procedures comprise human resource performance management in educational institutions. Performance management improvements are carried out continuously to deliver employee, team, and organizational performance to the best. To achieve performance management effectiveness, business organizations need to develop supervision in carrying out performance management improvements

Abstract

The intention to switch jobs is the desire to resign by employees, influenced by various internal and external factors, and it can have adverse consequences for a company in terms of recruitment costs and providing training to employees. The research background for this study is the intention of an individual in a managerial position (manager) within a company, particularly in the marketing division, which tends to have a relatively high turnover intention compared to other divisions. Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the factors influencing the intention to switch jobs among marketing division managers and how both the marketing division managers and the company address this issue. The research method used in this study is qualitative. This research focuses on the factors influencing the desire of marketing manager employees to switch jobs and how the marketing division managers and the company address this desire to switch. Through data collection using interviews, the research found that the desire to switch marketing managers is influenced by organizational commitment factors, which include the material responsibilities that employees must bear when consumers lapse and a lack of support from leadership

Abstract

The aim to be achieved from carrying out this research is to analyze the role of knowledge transfer in increasing the productivity of human resources in Photokopi Coffee House Bondowoso. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that knowledge transfer plays an important role in increasing the productivity of human resources at Photokopi Coffee House Bondowoso. Factors such as an organizational culture that supports learning, effective communication, and a good training system are key in the knowledge transfer process. Apart from that, collaboration between experienced employees and those who have just joined also has a positive impact in generating new knowledge and improving performance. This research contributes to business owners understanding the importance of knowledge transfer as a strategy to increase human resource productivity. The practical implications of this research are the importance of creating a work environment that supports knowledge exchange, developing effective training programs, and encouraging collaboration between employees. Abstract

The main function of sustainable development is one of the important abilities and skills needed by msme’s business actors to manage their finances and achieve the best business performance. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of sustainable development and entrepreneurship development on the growth of msme’s in the city of Medan mediated by digital financial reports. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with an explanatory research approach. data was obtained from a sample of 100 business actors in Medan city. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling – partial least squares (sem-pls). The research results show that the sustainable development goals, entrepreneurship development and digital financial reports influence the growth of msme’s in Medan city. Digital financial reports do not mediate the influence of the sustainable development goals and entrepreneurship development on the growth of msme’s in Medan city. The novelty of this research is its accuracy in providing information to stakeholders regarding the importance of sustainable development goals for msme’s business actors. therefore, stakeholders must strive to provide education to msme’s business actors about the importance of the sustainable development goals

Abstract

In the era of Industry 4.0, all data and information are readily accessible to the public online. People increasingly rely on websites to obtain information, making websites a crucial asset for companies and institutions. At TK Aisyiyah VI Candi, information about the school is currently disseminated through banners, brochures, and social media platforms such as WhatsApp. Consequently, comprehensive information about the school, especially regarding the enrollment of new students, is not widely available. The objective of this research is to create a website to facilitate the school in delivering information to the public online. This study employs the Web Development Life Cycle Method (WDLC), consisting of several phases: 1) Feasibility, 2) Analysis Requirement, 3) Design, 4) Coding, and 5) Implementation and Maintenance. The website development utilizes the Content Management System (CMS) WordPress. The outcome of this research is a school website designed using the WDLC approach. The conclusion drawn from this study is that the Website Development life Cyle Method (WDLC) proves highly effective in developing a school website, particularly concerning the creation of school profiles, announcements, agendas, and pages dedicated to the enrollment of new students.

Abstract

In the technological era, several conveniences in activities include making loans, in this case, online loans. The aim of this research is to test the moderating effect of online loans on hedonism on consumer behavior. This research uses a causality approach with PLS-SEM; the population in this research is active students in Serang City, with a sample of 392 respondents. The results of this research show that hedonism has a significant influence on consumer behavior and also a significant impact on the desire to make online loans. Meanwhile, online loans are a moderating variable in hedonism towards consumer behavior

Abstract

. Golden Mines Energy, Tbk is one _ companies operating in the field sector coal mining . Study This aim For describe , analyze and know performance finance PT.Golden Energy Mines Tbk which was founded in 2011. Problems studied about condition finance and performance finance PT. Golden Energy Mines, Tbk  for 6 years start period 2017 - 2022. Data used is secondary data form report existing finances _ published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2022. Research This is study quantitative with measurements used _ use tool analysis form ratio finances include _ ratio liquidity , profitability , solvency and market value . Research results show ratio proxied liquidity _ with the company's current ratio and quick ratio in very good condition with The average current ratio (CR) value is 135.17% and the average quick ratio (QR) value is 127.77%. Ratio proxied profitability _ with a return on equity (ROE) reaching 59.26% and an average net profit margin (NPM) reaching 14.44%. And for ratio solvency proxied company _ with the debt to asset ratio (DAR) showing the average value is 54.84% whereas for debt to equity ratio (DER) reached average value 123.18%. And for ratio proxied market value with earnings per share (EPS) reaching average value Rp. 592.76,- per share the shares  and the price earnings ratio (PER) reached the average level returns 6 times.
