Abstract

Business activities in a country are greatly influenced by the conditions of that country. In Indonesia, with Covid-19, the amount of public loans for working capital, business and consumption has increased. However, before Covid-19, there was a decline from 2017 to 2020. So, with the decreasing increase in the number of loans, it can be interpreted that community business activities have decreased. With the decline in community businesses, funds for operational business activities are saved. So that deposits and savings will increase from 2017 to 2020. As a result of the decline in business operations in the business world, this will result in a decrease in Gross Domestic Product from 2017 to 2020. However, in reality the funds circulating in society have increased during this time. After the Covid-19 pandemic has passed, circulating funds will decrease again in 2022. Under these conditions, the research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between circulating funds, loans, deposits and savings on Gross Domestic Product in Indonesia.

Abstract

Boarding houses are one of the needs for nomads, both workers or students from one region who are working or studying in other areas. At first, the boarding house business was considered a very promising business and had good prospects. The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on various aspects of life, including the boarding house business. This will have an impact on boarding room occupancy because students can take lectures online and can be done at their respective regional homes. This research is important to reveal how boarding house owners determine boarding room rentals during the pandemic. The study was conducted on boarding houses in the city of Malang located around a large campus with a concentration level of students. This research method uses qualitative methods, with an interpretive approach. Informants of boarding house owners and occupants are used to uncover the pricing of boarding room rents. The results showed that room rates were determined in various ways by calling fraternity prices, pandemic prices, and mutual aid prices. The fraternity price determines the rental price of a boarding room by looking at the ability of boarding house residents whose parents have been affected by the pandemic, for example not working anymore because they are laid off for an uncertain time. The estuary of price reductions and payment delays due to parents of residents of their business boarding houses being affected by the pandemic formed pandemic prices. The price of mutual assistance arises because boarding house residents do not occupy boarding rooms and only leave goods so that they only pay for electricity, wifi and water. The contribution of this research, especially to boarding house business actors specifically, as well as business people in general, in extraordinary conditions in the future can determine the price of mutual assistance and sympathy prices as a form of win win solutions.

Abstract

The Pauli test in the field of psychology is a tool for tests used to measure individual psychological aspects. The series of activities in the Pauli test are carried out to determine the description of cognitive abilities, emotional conditions, attitude tendencies, and things that affect a person's attitude tendencies. The current Pauli test tool is still conventional, namely paper and pencil, after the test is carried out, the examiner manually analyzes the results of the respondent's activities. This requires a long time and the possibility of human error is large, therefore in our research a software application was designed that can replace conventional methods. The software is made using Visual Basic.NET. The design of the Pauli test software application is made similar to the existing conventional tools. The results obtained from the Pauli test software application are very helpful for psychologist examiners. The final results can be more easily obtained and the time required is more effective, because it is immediately obtained after the test takes place

Abstract

Social media is a valuable means for educational institutions to engage with the wider community. However, it is necessary to understand more deeply how these trends develop in the realm of social media. This study aims to scrutinize the patterns of Islamic education institutions in Indonesia. Islamic Religious Universities (PTKI), Madrasah, and Pesantren were researched through the Google search engine and Google Trends to collect data from social media content and search queries. The social media platforms analyzed were Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. An analysis of social media content was conducted to identify trends associated with Islamic education institutions. Additionally, the study employed Google Trends data to compare the available content and gain an empirical depiction of public interest in related subjects. The findings demonstrate that YouTube has a higher availability of content pertaining to “PTKI” (42.6%), while Facebook has a higher availability of content on “pesantren” (57.1%) and “madrasah” (51.6%). The correlation of content data with search data shows a weak correlation, so there is no empirical evidence that increasing content availability affects interest in content search. This research is significant in revealing the extent to which social media content reflects people's interests

The results of the profitability research obtained a significance value of 0.307 > 0.05, meaning that H1 was rejected. Solvency has a significance value of 0.418 > 0.05, meaning that solvency has no effect on audit delay. Company size obtains a significance value of 0.046 <0.05, so H1 is accepted.

Customer Voluntary Performance (CVP) involves customers enhancing service quality as promoters, coproducers, and consultants. This study, using 200 questionnaires from retail customers and Structural Equation Modeling, reexamines CVP's antecedents: global customer satisfaction, commitment, and perceived support. The results confirm seven out of twelve hypotheses. Customer commitment positively affects loyalty and cooperation but not participation. Customer satisfaction shows no significant relation to loyalty, cooperation, or participation. Perceived customer support positively influences cooperation and participation but not loyalty. Additionally, customer satisfaction positively relates to perceived support, and both satisfaction and support positively correlate with customer commitment
