The use of retail is one of the business opportunities that offers various types of goods and services from hundreds of brands on the market. The competition of each product offered impacts consumers to open opportunities in choosing product variants. To support the interest of potential consumers in shopping, the choice of product variants offered must be of high quality at competitive prices. This study aims to determine the influence of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors on consumer behavior at Toko Merdeka Stationary. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected by taking population samples by purposive sampling in the Pekanbaru city area. Data was obtained from questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents who qualified for a sample of 114. The results of the study obtained: (1). Personal and psychological factors have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions; (2) Cultural factors do not influence purchasing decisions; (3). Social factors are not worthy of being a tool for determining variables, because the directional patterns of such variables are inconsistent.

Abstract

The application of fuzzy logic in a load-lifting arm robot is covered in this work. Input values are computed using fuzzy logic to prevent inappropriate power usage caused by variations in load weight. The robot's ability to successfully lift the load is the performance that is being evaluated. To choose the motor rotation, the system should calculate the mass of the load. System design is done with an Arduino Uno. For pinching and driving levers, servo motors are used. A mass sensor is used to estimate the mass of the load. Robot construction limits the load to a maximum weight of 900 grams in order to assess robot performance. The findings demonstrate that using Tsukamoto's fuzzy logic model improves accuracy outcomes when determining the degree of slope servo

Abstract

The objective of this study was to ascertain the extent to which leadership style and work environment impact employee performance at PT Mentari Anugerah Prima, located in West Jakarta. This study employs quantitative research methodologies with an associative quantitative approach. The population comprises all the employees in the PT, amounting to a total of 65 individuals. The specimen was collected employing a saturation sampling methodology, wherein the complete populace of 65 individuals was utilised as a sample. The data analysis employed in this study includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that there is a correlation between leadership style and employee performance, as seen by the t-test results with a t count of 8.245, which is greater than the t table value of 1.670. Therefore, Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected, suggesting that leadership style has a partial impact on employee performance. The outcomes of the t-test for the work environment, with a t-count of 12.128 and a t-table of 1.670, lead to the acceptance of Ha2 and the rejection of Ho2. This implies that the work environment has a partial impact on employee performance. Although the f test findings indicate that the value of fcount 81.829 is greater than ftable 3.145, this implies that both leadership style and work environment have a notable impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has a variety of cultures and tourism. Tourist attractions are a feature of introducing the culture and image of an area. By promoting the tourism industry, an area can create new jobs and provide more economic opportunities. One of the areas used as a tourist destination in Maluku is Telaga Kodok Village in Central Maluku Regency. Telaga Kodok Village has the potential for Organic Agriculture and is being prepared to be developed into an Agrotourism Village and Organic Learning Center. Currently the products produced are organic vegetable and fruit cultivation, flower garden tourism, organic pesticides and compost fertilizer. Tourism in Telaga Kodok Village can also be used as a role model through managing the planting process until post-harvest. Tourism development at tourist attractions in Telaga Kodok Hamlet with its natural beauty in the form of agricultural tourism for marine tourism education and tourist attractions in the form of flower plantations. Tourist attraction is a force to attract tourists. An object has the potential to become a tourist attraction or tourist attraction, but to make the object attractive requires other elements such as accessibility and supporting facilities as well as the environment around the object that supports it. The aim of this research is to determine the development of tourist attractions in the development of tourist attractions in Telaga Kodok Hamlet, using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this research is triangulation of data obtained from interviews, document study and observation. The output of this research is a reputable national journal.
