Abstract

Large organizations now heavily rely on Information Technology and Telecommunications (ICT) for their operations. Server availability is crucial in managing data centers and applications, but the increase in physical servers often involves high costs. Therefore, virtualization technology has emerged as an efficient solution. The research aims to develop the "Proxmox Server Monitoring System" to automatically monitor the availability and performance of Proxmox VE servers with real-time notifications in case of failures, enhancing efficiency and availability. This research is expected to improve the utilization of Proxmox VE server resources, provide automated monitoring, detect failures faster, and reduce downtime, thereby better supporting organizational operations. The potential contribution of this research lies in optimizing server resource usage with virtualization technology, improving server infrastructure efficiency and availability, and reducing the risk of failures and downtime

Abstract

This research examines the impact of digital leadership on employee performance through digital culture and innovation work behavior at Bank Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative approach with data collected from Bank Indonesia Head Office employees, the study employs structural equation modeling for analysis. Findings indicate a positive influence of digital leadership on digital culture and innovation work behavior. However, digital leadership does not directly affect employee performance but can be mediated through innovation work behavior. Both digital culture and innovation work behavior significantly impact employee performance. Notably, digital leadership's influence on employee performance is moderated by innovation work behavior. This research sheds light on the intricate dynamics between digital leadership, organizational culture, innovation, and employee performance, providing valuable insights for organizational development strategies

Abstract

The government's strategy in marketing ecotourism destinations is a crucial aspect of tourism development, particularly in collaboration with the management of Angke Kapuk Mangrove Nature Park to promote natural tourist spots through social media platforms. This research aims to investigate the Tourism Marketing Communication Strategy in promoting Angke Kapuk Mangrove Nature Park as an ecotourism destination. The researchers utilize the 7P marketing mix theory (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process & Physical Evidence), which facilitates practitioners on social media, particularly on Instagram. The research paradigm adopts a post-positivism approach, employing a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that the management of Angke Kapuk Mangrove Nature Park has implemented effective strategies in promoting the destination through tourism marketing communication. This strategy includes promotional efforts featuring historical information, visually appealing content, and regular updates on social media. The research identifies certain challenges, such as a lack of public awareness about ecotourism. It is suggested that in the future, the management could enhance promotional activities accompanied by engaging tourism events. Success in marketing ecotourism destinations relies on providing comprehensive information to tourists, making them more familiar with religious tourism spots through social media or direct visits

Abstract

This research focused on designing and implementing a population data management information system by applying the MD5 algorithm as account security. The population data management information system itself is an information system to make it easier to manage population data to find out and make reports on the number of village residents, as well as make it easier to make certificates. The research case study was carried out at the Jatisari village office, there were several obstacles in the ongoing population data management process in Jatisari village, namely that the management of population data was still in the form of physical files which were vulnerable to damage and loss, and this way of management created the problem of difficulty in finding population information. In addition, information systems are vulnerable to hacking, so a process is needed to verify who can obtain population data or information. Therefore, the aim of this research was to create a population data management application (SIDAKEP) that can simplify the process of managing population data, by implementing the Message-Digest 5 (MD5) algorithm as account security to protect the system from irresponsible parties. By using a qualitative method approach and the SDLC Waterfall development model in application design. The results of this research were the population data management application can help the Jatisari village office government, especially the Head of the Government Section, make population data management easier, more effective and efficient

Abstract

Many places in Indonesia have developed into attractive tourist destinations for visitors. One of the tourist destinations that has recently gained rapid development and attention from tourists is the city of Bogor. Bogor has evolved into a highly sought-after destination for both domestic and international tourists. However, the biggest challenge for the development of a tourist destination lies in the availability of well-connected public transportation and easily accessible information about public transportation for tourists. As Bogor has grown into a tourist destination, the researcher aims to understand how the availability of public transportation and the dissemination of information are handled for tourists visiting the city. This study will be grounded in the perspective of tourism communication, utilizing the concept of tourism transportation communication. The research methodology involves a case study with interviews and literature review as data sources. Through this research, it is hoped to provide insights and understanding of transportation policies in Bogor and how information about public transportation can be effectively communicated to tourists. The results of the study indicate that the development of the tourism sector in Bogor has been accompanied by the city government's commitment to providing comfortable public transportation and comprehensive information for tourists utilizing public transportation

Abstract

Ensuring the security of messages and information is paramount in today's digital era. This study proposes a combined approach using the RSA algorithm for cryptography and the Low Bit Encoding (LBE) algorithm for steganography to enhance security measures. The security process involves encrypting plaintext messages into ciphertext, which are then embedded into MP3 audio files as cover objects. Evaluation is conducted by measuring the Mean Square Error (MSE) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) of the stego audio. Research findings indicate an MSE value of approximately 0.6 and a PSNR of 62.2 dB, indicating high-quality audio files. The integration of these algorithms offers a robust security level, ensuring effective message confidentiality. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of cryptography and steganography techniques in safeguarding sensitive information during digital communication

Abstract

The QRIS implementation system policy is contained in the Board of Governors Regulation Number 21/18/PADG/2019 concerning the Implementation of the Quick Response Code National Standard for payments, which explains that QRIS transactions are directed to be in line with the Banten Provincial Government program, namely SIAP QRIS. Banten region occupies the top 5 positions as the province with the most QRIS users. One of these SIAP QRIS programs is focused on the Lama market of Serang City. A descriptive quantitative method was used in conducting this research. This research also has a limitation, namely in discussing how much influence the QRIS application has on buying interest. It is carried out on the population of Serang City, which has a total of 730,530 people. A sample was drawn using the Slovin formula with an MoR of 10%, namely 100 respondents. This study also aims to prove the influence of applying QRIS on buying interest. The determination of respondents is carried out as one of the instruments, namely using the purposive sampling technique. The results obtained based on field findings and the calculation results show that the Lama market in terms of provision has not been maximized, but the payment method is very reliable. It can be seen in the final calculation results that the variable (x) QRIS application and the variable (y) purchase interest influence 28.3%. In addition, variable (x) and variable (y) show a strong correlation indicated by the acquisition of a Pearson Correlation value of 0.532.
