Abstract

This study uses quantitative research methods to establish correlations between multiple variables to examine the impact of performance, information, and communication on community satisfaction. The findings indicate that performance partially influences community satisfaction, with a t-value of 5.791, which exceeds the critical t-table value of 1.985, and a significance level below 0.05 (p = 0.000). However, the information variable shows no significant influence on community satisfaction, as the t-value of 1.575 is below the critical t-table value of 1.985 at a significance level of 0.119 > 0.05. Similarly, the communication variable also fails to impact community satisfaction significantly, with a t-value of 1.118, below the critical t-table value, and a significance level of 0.266 > 0.05. Conversely, when considering the simultaneous influence of performance, information, and communication on community satisfaction, the results reveal a significant effect, with an F-value of 50.727 > the critical F-table value of 2.70 at a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Performance and communication are influential factors in satisfaction, while the information variable does not demonstrate a significant influence. This research concludes that while performance and communication positively affect satisfaction, information does not significantly influence satisfaction levels among East Simeulue and Simeulue Aceh Regency residents.

Abstract

The current billing management system at PT. Media Prima Jaringan is inefficient, leading to service disruptions and customer dissatisfaction. Despite data recording being assisted by a computer system, significant issues persist. Billing delivery to customers is still done manually by printing invoices, resulting in serious service disruptions. Customer complaints often arise due to discrepancies in billing amounts, late payments, and even service disconnections. Besides customer complaints, the company also incurs losses due to dissatisfied customers switching to other providers, resulting in subscription cancellations. Through the development of a billing notification system using the WhatsApp application, it is hoped that the company can expedite customer billing information. In developing the system, systematic stages are required to produce a good quality Information System that can be used by users. The fundamental stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) include planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. One of the SDLC development models is Rapid Application Development (RAD). In addition to using the RAD model for system development, the author also utilizes the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a tool in the design phase. The RAD approach enables the system to be developed within 45 days, with intensive discussions aiding quicker design completion. Upon implementation, company revenue increases, and customer complaints decrease, highlighting the system's effectiveness in improving service delivery and customer satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to find out the stages of CAKAP's digital promotional activities in forming a strategy that can encourage their consumers' purchasing decisions and have an impact on returning turnover. The theoretical model used is the theory from Philips D.M (2023). The AIDA model is used to understand the processes and stages in encouraging purchasing activities. As well as the four stages, namely: Awareness (Awareness), Interest (Interest), Desire (Desire), and Action (Action). This research is a qualitative research approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique used was direct interviews by asking questions directly to CAKAP internal parties and CAKAP external parties. The research results contain the first stage of CAKAP in building awareness through education and planning follow-up promotions to be shared on social media. The second stage increases curiosity (interest) by CAKAP sharing content with members and creating WhatsApp statuses which are expected to raise questions. The third stage fosters a sense of curiosity (desire). CAKAP utilizes the FOMO trend for this. The final stage is taking CAKAP action to convince members of the benefits obtained from CAKAP and CAKAP products. This research states that the stages of each element of the AIDA model help CAKAP to encourage purchasing decisions
