Abstract

Bakery shop is a shop that sells variants menu like bread, cakes, and drinks. The main problem with this store's sales is still not knowing which product items are best sellers and the shop still markets a lot of non-selling menus, causing the shop to lose money. So it takes the right strategy to increase the sales of bakery shop menus by making a menu package recommendations from the menus most frequently purchased by customers. The k-means algorithm performs grouping on menus to get menu packages. Furthermore, the fp-growth algorithm looks for linkages between frequently purchased menus to get menu package recommendations. The results of the research that the dominant items often purchased in cluster0 packages are hotdogs, pancakes, milk, garlic breadsticks with a confidence value of 92%, cluster1 packages are garlic breadsticks, hotdogs, chicken sand, pancakes with a confidence value of 92% and the last cluster2 packages are garlic breadstick, pastry, milk with a confidence value of 79%.

Abstract

A Recommendation System applies several classic Collaborative Filtering (CF) methods. Some CF methods are combined with social networks, for instance Fusing ESR, Social Regularization, and Trust-Aware. Nonetheless, these three methods are not able to be developed if they are integrated with other types of implicit or explicit relationships. Their selection of parameter weights is not optimal enough when it combines preferences between users from the two types of relationships into one. Usually, a group of friends will be similar in terms of interest and preference for an item. The similarities between users will increase the accuracy of the prediction results. The selection of parameter weights can be done manually or automatically through the calculation of global and local density coefficients so the determination of parameter weights will be optimal. Therefore, the Social-Union (SU) method proposed in this research use that method to overcome the problems from previous research. The result of this research is a website that applies the Social-Union method and let the user get recommendations that depend on the value of the parameter a.

Abstract

Nowadays the competition between companies is increasing. Companies need to predict their customers to find out the level of customer loyalty. One way is to analyze customer data by doing Customer Churn Prediction. In this study the method used is the FP-Growth Algorithm. The FP-Growth algorithm is an algorithm that uses the association rules technique to determine the data that appears most frequently. The data used in this study are secondary data and have 7,403 data from customers. The data has 21 variables. By using a minimum support of 1.2% and confidence at 80%, the associative rules generated are 60. The variable of the type of internet the customer has is strong enough to predict churn. It can be seen that of the 60 associative rules, there are 36 associative rules that have this variable. Testing associative rules on test data yields an accuracy of 71%.

Abstract

English is a foreign language that is difficult for most Indonesian children to learn because the pronunciation is different from the language in which it is written. English is an international language used by various countries in the world. This makes it important to introduce English to children from an early age. The basic English that can be learned by children is the introduction of the pronunciation of the alphabet and numbers and general vocabulary in English. One way of learning that can be adjusted according to the level of children's development so that it is interesting and not easily bored is using learning animations. Animated learning is one of the interactive multimedia-based learning media whose use involves interaction with users so that it can increase the involvement of students in the learning process and can improve the results of learning objectives. The implementation of the fisher yates shuffles algorithm is used to randomize the order of the questions in the quiz practice so that the randomized questions will produce different permutations so that users will get unequal question sequences and it is not easy to remember the quiz answers from the given practice questions. The assessment of the feasibility test for this learning animation will be measured using a questionnaire.

Abstract

City transport is often used by some people who travel without using their private vehicle. Usually, city transportation is empowered by the city government to encourage people to prioritize public transportation as the main choice for traveling. However, there are several problems such as the difficulty in knowing what city transportation routes can be used to reach a destination in the city, especially the city of Bandung. From the problems that arise, it requires information media that can be a virtual guide in optimizing the use of city transportation. This information media is needed to stimulate the public to always return to using city transportation as the primary means of transportation for travel. Smartphones with the Android operating system are one of the information media that can be used because of the very good development and growth of users in society, this can be seen from a survey conducted on one site, namely StatCounter which shows Android users are getting better in 2014. Therefore The development of this application for optimizing the use of city transportation is expected to be able to provide good information in determining the use of public transportation. On the other hand, the Best - Path Planning method is empowered to support the search for city transportation and decision making for the use of city transportation.
