Abstract

Along with the era development and the increasingly advanced technology, demanded speed and accuracy in obtaining information. The use of computers and Sistem-sistemnya has become a major necessity to facilitate human work. Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is an Indonesian culture-themed tourist park in East Jakarta. Leave is one of the employees ' rights. Leave can be used by employees to not be able to enter the work for a particular reason, e.g. refreshing, sick break, childbirth, performing religious obligations, and other purposes in accordance with the provisions of the leave of each organization/agency. Processing of leave data at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is still done manually by using the leave paper to HRD which resulted in the approval process and the report has not been efficient. With the online website-based and make with method waterfall leave submission system, make it easier for employees to apply for leave and generate fast, precise and accurate data for HRD in obtaining and making employee leave reports.

Abstract

The use of masks is one of the health protocols for the community in public places and facilities in the context of preventing and controlling Covid-19. The covid-19 pandemic around the world has encouraged decision makers and various elements of society to take part in various fields and contribute to suppressing the spread of covid-19. Machine learning and computer vision are one of the branches of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and can be developed in various image recognition. In this study, a machine learning Application Program Interface (API) was used, namely Tensorflow and the pre-trained CNN model, and the Raspberry Pi, which is a mobile device as a system for detecting masks. The analysis was conducted to determine the accuracy, precision and recall (sensitivity) of the results of system implementation. The implementation results show that the use of transfer learning and fine-tuning is sufficient to help the model training process. When the model is run on the Raspberry Pi device, an accuracy percentage of 96% is produced on testing with image file input and 91% on testing with video input (realtime), 100% precision on testing with image file input and 80% on testing with video input (realtime) ). In the true positive rate (recall) performance, it was found 92% on tests with image file input and 100% on tests with video input (realtime). However, in this study, there are still type I errors in testing with video input (realtime) and type II errors in testing with image file input. In the future, it is hoped that there will be improvements and developments from this research by improving the quality of the dataset and using higher computational resources.

Abstract

The sliding door is currently still using the manual method by pushing it from the side by the arm so that many students pass into the Lab without knowing who accessed the door. For information on the use of the Lab room is very important. This study wants to provide a solution to these problems with a manual sliding door. The method in this study includes the analysis stage, the design stage, the implementation or implementation stage and the last one is the testing phase, the automatic sliding door in this study begins by detecting the card using RFID, when a card that already has access is detected, Arduino will command the servo motor to move the sliding door automatically and the LCD will show that it has simultaneous access with the green LED will light up. After the data from the RFID is read, Arduino will forward it to the web server via an Ethernet shield that has been connected using an RJ-45 cable then the server will forward it again to the database and then the database will be displayed on a website with a local area network network.

Abstract

Regional dances are generally less attractive to Indonesian people today. Because regional dance is seen as something that is not interesting, especially for teenagers today. Regional dance seems increasingly marginalized or neglected and very few people who know regional dance from each region itself. Regional Dance Application is a multimedia-based application that can display information on regional dance to the public in the form of images, videos and audio through information media, namely computers. With this application, it is considered to be able to speed up or be efficient in typing short messages, so that the time used in typing messages is not too long. UCD (User Centered Design) is a new paradigm in the development of web-based systems. UCD (User Centered Design) is a term used to describe a design philosophy. The concept of UCD (User Centered Design) is the user as the center of the system development process and the purpose or nature of the context and system environment are all based on user experience.

Abstract

Most software engineers rely too much on the operating system (OS) built-in software components when developing software. The Bitmap software component is one of those software component classes which is mostly used when developing a software which required to view image which has already provided by the Windows OS. Therefore, using the Bitmap component to process image digitally required longer time to accomplished compares to a very simple image processing software such as Microsoft Paint itself and other image processing tools. This problem has indicated that the Bitmap component isn't suitable and not reliable for the software engineers to develop any software which required image processing in their software. In this research, this problem can be solved by designing a new image software component which is so-called as image data which was designed for faster image processing ever. From the experiment result, the image data component can process a digital image a lot faster for about 19 times than the Bitmap component do. By using the image data software component which can process a digital image faster than the built-in Bitmap component can provide the engineer to develop a more reliable and higher performance rather than using the Bitmap component in their software.

Abstract

Lecturer acceptance selection is the first step in building an education. The Multilayer Perceptron method can be applied in the case of permanent lecturer admissions. The problem faced in the admission of permanent lecturers is that reception is still subjective. This research will prove the ability of the Multilayer Perceptron algorithm to classify eligibility as a lecturer or not. Inputs from this study were prospective applicants' data, namely age, grade point average (GPA), written test score, interview value, and home base status. Sample data amounted to 100 data. 75% of the data is used as training data, and 25% as test data. The test results of the accuracy of the data are known that the multilayer perceptron neural network method has an accuracy rate of 98.7% and with a ROC Area value of 0.989. This proves that the application of the model used belongs to the classification category very well because it has a ROC value between 0.90-1.00.

Abstract

Credit risk is a risk due to the failure or inability of the customer to return the amount of credit obtained from the company and its interest according to a predetermined or scheduled period of time. The main task of the credit risk classification method is to provide a separation between those who have the potential to fail and those who have not failed in terms of credit payments. The k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) method as the most popular, simple and easily implemented machine learning method can be used to classify credit risk. However, its success depends on the number of neighbors or neighbors (k) applied and the relationship between each data with a class is rigid (crisp) where each data only has a relationship with one class exclusively, while the other classes have no relationship at all. This study proposes the incorporation of the principles of fuzzy logic into k-NN to minimize the stiffness that results in a new method known as Fuzzy k-Nearest Neighbor or Fk-NN. However, the fuzzy strength factor (m) and the number of neighbors (k) as the fundamental determinants of Fk-NN which have a direct impact on the accuracy generated by the model, the determination is often not easy and difficult to control, so the Modified method is proposed Particle Swarm Optimization (MPSO) to be able to help Fk-NN find the best m and k values non-manually. The results of the classification of credit risk data are 1000 data, with 900 composition of training data (90%) and 100 data (10%) of test data using Fk-NN with MPSO producing accuracy reaching 92.4%, with the best k value is 7 and the best m value is 9.
