Abstract

In a trading business, meeting customer demand is very important to do. Fulfilling customer demand can be done with good stock inventory management. Accuracy in carrying out stock management is important to maintain the level of satisfaction of consumers because of the needs being met. In addition, accuracy in carrying out stock management can affect the financial cash flow of a trading business. Over-stocking, over time it will become dead-stock because the goods being sold become obsolete, changes in market tastes, not to mention merchandise that has an expiration date. Meanwhile, too little stock can cause lost of sales because the level of demand from consumers is greater than the amount of existing stock. Forecasting systems can help maximize stock inventory management in meeting customer demand needs. Forecasting is an activity in predicting and predicting something that will happen in the future. Forecasting is done through calculation analysis techniques based on past data references. This data can be in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The exponential smoothing method is a forecasting method based on qualitative data from a time series of previous sales trends to predict the future. This method is best used to analyze fluctuating sales trends. To determine the accuracy of forecasting, the results of the forecasting are then analyzed using the MSE and MAPE methods.

Abstract

Smartphone technology is currently implementing the latest and most comprehensive technology, which in addition to this technology also allows you to do many things such as making video conferences, playing e-sport games, and other transactions. Research conducted by the author uses the SPSS Ver.22 application program to report the data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 80 respondents who will buy or have used new smartphone products. After the analysis is carried out, the results obtained from the independent variables are based on brand (X1), price (X2), product specifications (X3), design (X4), and together have a positive effect on the related variables, namely the purchase decision (Y), so that the following equation is obtained: Y = 7.244 - 0.012X1 + 0.210X2 + 0.464X3 - 0.003X4.

Abstract

GERD is a chronic disease that occurs when stomach acid or bile flows into the food tract and irritates its inner walls. Acid reflux and heartburn. Symptoms include heartburn that usually occurs after eating and worsens when lying down. In designing this expert system is an application used to detect GERD disease. The process of helping detect begins with the way the user answers the questions in the form of symptoms suffered by the user. This expert system is based on Android so that it can be accessed anytime and anywhere by the user and this system is built using the Java Android programming language. The conclusions that can be obtained from the results of this study include the blackbox test results showing the features of the application that are made running. An expert system application designed to be able to help detect GERD based on the symptoms entered by the user.

Other data obtained from observations, interviews, and literature study. This study analyzes two variables in which the dependent variable is the employee performance and the independent variable is the work environment. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and determination with the help of SPSS version 20 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 13,124 + 0,335X The results of the t test, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a tcount of 4.425> a t-table value of 1.691. Work environment on employee performance at PT. Lion Super Indo has a strong relationship, it is proven that the correlation number is 0.604, because the magnitude> 0.50 is said to be strong, and the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.365. This shows that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is strong and influential, namely 36.5% and the remaining 63.5% is determined by other factors that are not present in this study.
