Abstract

In the industry 4.0 revolution the current desirable data was faster, and practical to acquire. Especially among the students of the vocational high school did much to learn about theoretical understanding and with the practice of fieldwork. But in the performance of the theoretical learning process, students are no longer capable of critical thinking on a matter or a case given by their teachers. On these occasions, students go obout participating in activities to encourage and enlighten students about how to use good information technology. This service was carried out in a vocational high school (SMK) state 1 to 336 students of al the various vocational. This activity is carried out using the method teacher centered, which is to provide material exposure to sudents regarding the use of the internet. To get an information on concering students understanding in using the internet first post test and after service activities have been done pre-test for. As a result of this activity, which students unutially assume that either the articles or information they obtain over the internet are just as good for job completion needs without sorting things out first, and once this dedicated activity opens up the minds of students that the informations can open up new opportunies for them to complete their education in vocational high school state 1 Lubuk Pakam.

Abstract

Data is a collection of various kinds of facts that are stored but do not have meaning. Mining is a mining process. So data mining can be interpreted as the process of mining large and complex amounts of data for new knowledge or information that can be useful for data owners. There is a sequence of systematic ways to solve problems in Data Mining, known as Data Mining algorithms. The IEEE International Conference on data mining which was conducted in 2006 produced the 10 most frequently used data mining algorithms by the research community around the world. Two of the ten most commonly used algorithms are the C4.5 algorithm and the Support Vector Modeling (SVM) algorithm. The methodology used in this research is The Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) stage. This study aims to compare the C4.5 with the SVM in terms of performance where what will be seen is the value of Area Under Curve (AUC), Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC), Accuracy, Error, Precison, and Recall.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the selection of raw water source options at the location of Pamsimas III program. This analysis will affect the condition of the facilities that will function properly. The data mining method used in this study is a classification model with the Naive Bayes algorithm using the Rapidminer application tool. The data processed is SIM Pamsimas III data with the object of research on the new village drinking water facilities for the 2017-2019 Pamsimas program. This research analyzes the prediction of the condition of drinking water facilities based on the option of raw water sources. So this research can helps to determine the level of potential facilities that will function properly based on the specified raw water source options. Based on the research conducted, predictive analysis using Naive Bayes has an accuracy rate of 85.05%. So that the selection of the raw water source option can predict the condition of the drinking water facilities being built will function properly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand, service quality, and product quality towards customers purchasing decisions. This type of research is explanatory research. The entire population is 127respondents. Due to a large population, the sampling technique will be reduced by using the Slovin formula with an error tolerance level of 5% so that there are as many as 96 respondents in the study which will be distributed with questionnaires measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination as well as simultaneous test, and partial test. The results showed that brand, service quality, product quality partially, andsimultaneously have a positive, and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of this study, the implications for management are to further improve the brand, service quality, and product quality.
