Abstract

PT. Telkom Akses is part of the PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk (Telkom) company whose shares the stock and fully owned by Telkom.Telkom is a state owned company and as an IndiHome service Provider. So far, PT. Telkom Akses still has problems in classifying customer data. Based on these problems, PTTA requires a computer application that can cluster customer data and use data mining that can help solve problems that occur using the clustering method.. One of the methods offered to solve this problem is the k-means algorithm. Abstract

Abstract

The running of human resources is very influential on the progress of the company. By preparing resources that are able to meet the needs of a quality company. This study aims to test competence, motivation, work discipline on employee performance at PT. Buana Samudera Lestari. Determination of the sample technique of incidental sampling with a population of 2300 using the Slovin formula obtained 100 samples with multiple linear regression calculation method. The results of the study Fcount> Ftable (18.494> 2.70) and sig. 0.000 <0.05, competence, motivation, work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Buana Samudera Lestari. Partially the competency value of tcount> ttable (3,217> 1,985) and sig. 0.002 <0.05 competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Buana Samudera Lestari. The motivation for the value of tcount> ttable (6,014> 1,985) and sig. 0.000 <0.05 motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Buana Samudera Lestari. Work discipline tcount> ttable (2,668> 1,985) and sig. 0.009 <0.05, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Buana Samudera Lestari Employee performance can serve by three independent variables by 48.5% and the others, yes by other variables.

Abstract

The logistic system, national supply chain effective has performance as a key factor from economic development sustainable, and will push Indonesia able to seize them sea, and made Indonesia a maritime axis in the world. In other that the purpose of this research is to explain the problems which cause the program sea toll program is not optimal, and how is the solution of settlement in other that sea toll can synergy with supply chain and national logistic, to become a strong maritime, the result of the research is the minimum human resources problem which has tricked with multiply education institution and logistic sector training and water transportation. For water transportation is still in the center of the high economy activities area, the government has made concept ship promote the trade. The development of connectivity in the east area of Indonesia expected to increase the activity of the economy and trading. If infrastructure in the east Indonesia area, the society, businessman, and water transportation user will think hard to take infrastructure to be batter economic rotation. The government issue, government regulation number 70 of 2017 about organizing obligation of public service to transport from and to underdeveloped regions, isolated, contracting, and the border of government to improve all sea infrastructure and rejuvenate on all infrastructure of sea toll. Then the government cut regulation overlap and give easy to businessman ship procurement, in away borrow to a bank which makes a ship as mortgages.

Abstract

The voltage used on the distribution channel uses a 20 kV medium voltage which is controlled through a substation in the area. With the normal and reliable operation of the system which can maintain the continuity of the distribution of electrical energy is the hope of consumers as stakeholders of PT. PLN (Persero)DistribusiJawa Timur, Area Pelayanan Jaringan(APJ) Surabaya Selatan. The decline in the quality of electric power is a separate problem for the electricity provider and the customer side due to the complexity of the installed load. Technically, inductive loads with lagging power factor will absorb reactive power (var) on the load buses. To anticipate this, it is necessary to compensate for reactive power by using capacitor banks for various reasons including regulating power flow, improving system stability, correcting power factors, adjusting the voltage display and minimizing power losses. From the results of the power flow simulation (load flow) will be obtained the quantities of voltage and power losses which are input as a membership function required by the fuzzy logic method (fuzzy logic), the resulting output is the determination of the capacitor quantity based on the order of each loading bus on the distribution network.

Abstract

In the case of the Regional Secretariat of Sumenep Regency, the change of new leadership who has charisma, special quality, power and assertiveness that is different from the old leader has resulted in adjustments in leadership styles and styles so that it affects work procedures and motivation in performing tasks where generally employees tend comparing the attitudes, behavior and motivation of the old leader with the new leader so that it will determine whether they have a different impact on individual tasks and group assignments in performing tasks. This means that the leadership at the Regional Secretariat Kab. Sumenep has provided direction and guidance so as to create a conducive atmosphere and work motivation for the lowest item, namely satisfaction with the work environment is actually adequate but there are still needs for changes such as expansion of the workplace due to the large number of employees, office renovation because office buildings are classified as old buildings and as the producer of the District Secretariat. Sumenep is placed in a more strategic place and can be easily reached by taxpayers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of service quality, marketing strategies and consumer trust on the decision to use construction services at PT Karya Harmoni Oasis. Decisions on the use of construction services that have decreased due to sub-optimal service quality, unattractive marketing strategies, decreased consumer confidence. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach. In this study, researchers used quantitative descriptive research methods. The sample in this study used all 109 customers and used a sample collection technique, namely saturated sampling. The results of the calculation of the partial hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable or 2.203> 1.983 and significant obtained 0.046 <0.05, tcount> ttable or 4.298> 1.983 and significant obtained 0.000 <0.05, tcount> ttable or 3,552> 1,983 and the significant obtained is 0.001 <0.05, it means that partially Service Quality, Marketing Strategy and Consumer Trust have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Construction Services at PT Karya Harmoni Oasis. The test results obtained by the value of F count (21,710)> F table (2.69) and a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that simultaneously Service Quality, Marketing Strategy and Consumer Trust have a positive and significant effect on the Decision to Use Construction Services at PT Karya Harmoni Oasis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the influence of communication, work for motivation, and leadership on employee performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. This research is descriptive research. The population of this study was employees of PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan Indonesia, totaling 136 people. The sample in this study was 102 people with the Slovin Formula and the Sampling Technique, namely Simple Random Sampling. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially stated that Communication, Work Motivation, and Leadership had a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. And also simultaneously stated that Communication, Work Motivation, and Leadership have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan. The conclusion of this research is simultaneous and partial communication, work motivation, and leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii Medan..

Abstract

Currently, buying and selling activities have developed very rapidly, this is due to the development of technology and the level of creativity of the nation's children. Along with the development of the times, selling and buying activities can also be done quickly, namely by making transactions through several applications on mobile phones or what we usually call an online shop. However, not many people ignore offline buying and selling, because business people will always come up with the latest innovations to attract the attention of buyers. All of that can be proven, one of which is the development of modern markets such as hypermart, alfamart, carrefour and many others that have spread widely in various cities in Indonesia. To realize an ideal market, it must be supported by two factors. First, competitive prices on the second trade commodity, the absence of imperfect competition, monopoly, oligopoly or cartel in certain commodities. The data obtained is by field research (field research). The data collection methods are observation, interview or interview and documentation. Business actors must be careful in determining the price to be marketed, therefore it is necessary to formulate an appropriate strategy in the product pricing system, to increase profits and the level of consumer satisfaction. Mistakes in pricing can have various consequences for the company, such as reduced levels of consumer satisfaction and trust, so that buyers feel uncomfortable and will switch to looking for other business actors. In addition, buyers can also make a rejection reaction and it will even be fatal with an action that can drop the company's good name. Whereas in Islamic business ethics, price fixing must be applied fairly and without disadvantage between the seller and the buyer.

Abstract

The development of technology in this era of globalization is growing quite rapidly, one of which is a multi-functional device that is often used today is a mobile application as a medium for accessing information easily. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is a credit institution that distributes credit on a legal basis for pawning. In the pawnshop line, Pegadaian can receive gold, electronic, and vehicle pawn services. For vehicle pawning, the validation process based on the condition of the car is still done manually using a checklist document, therefore the application is made using the Android Studio programming language to digitize the vehicle pawn process at Pegadaian which is designed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method.
