The data analysis techniques used in this research are: (1) Collecting information about the amount of raw material inventory in 2019. (2) Processing these data to determine the control of raw material supplies based on company policy. (3) Analyzing the processed data using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. This research was based on the weaving supply system of UD. Ulos Tarutung's twins are not good enough so that the available supply is not optimal. The purpose of this research is to find out how the supply of raw materials using the EOQ method in determining the optimal number of orders, knowing the level of reorder (Re Order Point), as well as the amount of safety stock (Safety Stock). The conclusion of the results of this study is the results of the application of the EOQ method to the supply of cotton yarn as raw material proved to be more efficient. This can be seen from the cost efficiency before EOQ Rp. 2,813,968 and after the application of EOQ 1,403,909, the cost efficiency after applying the method was Rp. 1,410,059. To anticipate the fluctuation of demand for safety stock (Savety Stock), which is provided of 8 packs, and for re-order level (Re Order Point) 19 packs. The method used to calculate this forecast is the moment trend method. The purpose of this research is to design and build an application for sales forecasting using the Trend Moment method for decision making in knowing the number of sales of UD tenu sarongs. Ulos Tarutung twins. With the forecasting system for the sale of woven sarong goods using the trend moment method, it can assist the company in making decisions about the procurement of stock quantities and predicting the number of sales of goods in a certain period so as to minimize excess or shortage of goods stock at UD. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Siborong Borong Sibolga Area. Data analysis method used is simple correlation analysis method, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The population in this study were all customers who use KWH (kilo watt hour) 1300va rates as many as 375 customers. The sample can be determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%. So the sample in this study was 79 people. The data obtained from questionnaires distributed to a sample of 79 people obtained a correlation with the results that rcount (0.611)> rtael (0.221) concluded that there was a significant relationship between service quality (X) and customer satisfaction (Y) at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Siborongborong Sibolga Area. Based on table 3.2 of the correlation coefficient interpretation guidelines, the coefficient found is 0.611 which means the strong category. So there is a strong relationship between service quality (X) and customer satisfaction at PT.PLN (Persero) Siborong Borong District Sibolga. R Square is 0.373. This shows that the impact of Service Quality (X) customer satisfaction (Y) at PT PLN (Persero) is 37.30% and the remaining 62.70% is influenced by other factors that are not discussed in this study. The regression equation is Y = 14.412 + 0.810X. Based on the regression equation above, it can be explained that if the Service Quality X = 0 then the value of customer satisfaction or Y will increase by 14,412. The significance of variable correlation is 6,774. Then the value is compared with t table with an error rate of 5% df = n-2 = 77. The t table value of (1.668) is in accordance with the requirements of testing the hypothesis that t (6.744)> t table (1.668) can be concluded that Service Quality (X) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) at PT PLN (Persero). ) Siborong Borong Rayon then the research hypothesis is accepted.

This study aims to analyze how the influence of the leadership of the Head of UPTD Pendidikan on the performance of the Principals of Public Elementary Schools in Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The data analysis method used is simple analysis method, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The sample in this study was all the Principals of Public Elementary Schools in Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, as many as 34 people. The data obtained from the questionnaire taken from a sample of 34 people can be obtained with the result that rcount (0.920)> rtabel (0.349) reveals that there is a significant relationship between the Leadership of the Head of UPTD Pendidikan (X) and the Performance of the Principal of Primary Schools (Y) Se - Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Based on table 3.2 Guidelines for Interpretation of Correlation Coefficients, the coefficient found is 0.920, including the very strong category. So there is a very strong relationship between the Leadership of the Head of UPTD Pendidikan (X) and the Performance of the Principals of Elementary Schools (Y) in Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. R Square of 0.846 or 84.60%. This shows that the influence of the leadership of the Head of UPTD Pendidikan (X) with the Performance of the Principals of Elementary Schools (Y) in Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is 84.60% and the rest is 15.40% based on other factors not discussed in this study. . The regression of the Equation is Y = 3,915 + 0,569X. The regression equation can state that if the Head of the UPTD Pendidikan or X = 0 then the Principal Performance value or Y will increase by 3,915. The significance of the variables is 13,235. Then the value is compared with t table with an error level of 5% df = n-2 = 32. The value of t table is 2.042. In accordance with the requirements of the hypothesis which states that count (13,235)> table (2,042) can reject that the Leadership of the Head of UPTD Education (X) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Primary School Principals (Y) in Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, the research hypothesis received.

Abstract

Employee work performance can be maximally achieved if the organization is willing to pay attention and develop the abilities and mindset and behavior of employees. The proper placement of employees is a way to optimize knowledge, skills and attitudes towards optimal work performance. Hasibuan (2001: 71) argues that proper employee placement is one of the keys to obtaining optimal work performance from each employee. Types and sources of data used are primary data, which are data obtained from competent parties, in this case the Tarutung Road and Bridge Technical Implementation Unit staff, the Office of Bina Marga and Construction, North Sumatra Province and secondary data are data obtained by the author from data that has been published in the form of books or magazines. The data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to a sample of 20 people shows that the value of the relationship or influence of job placement suitability on employee job performance through statistical testing is 0.706 categorized in the strong category level. The coefficient of determination from these data is 49.9% and the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors. The results of the regression calculation Y = 10,282 + 0,280 X in the sense that if the value of Job Placement Conformity increases by 1, the increase in employee job performance increases by 0.280. The results of hypothesis testing are known through the t test, which is equal to the value of tcount> ttable, namely 4.231> 1.734.
