Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of discipline and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Indo Farma Pharmaceutical Production Unit Jakarta. The approach used in this research is quantitative research and the strategy used in this research is the associative strategy. The research method that will be used is descriptive analysis method using regression analysis, namely to determine how much the contribution / influence of discipline and occupational health and safety (K3) to the performance of employees at PT. Indo Farma Pharmaceutical Production Unit Jakarta. In this study, data processing was carried out using SPSS ver. 24.00. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indo Farma Jakarta Pharmacy Production Unit, amounting to 52 people. The sample used is based on sensory techniques as many as 52 employees at PT. Indo Farma Jakarta Pharmacy Production Unit. Based on the analysis and discussion, it shows that discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Indo Farma Pharmacy Production Unit Jakarta, it can be seen that a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; Occupational Health Safety (K3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Indo Farma Jakarta Pharmacy Production Unit, it can be seen that a significant value of 0.044 <0.05, the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted and simultaneously discipline and Occupational Health Safety (K3) have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Indo Farma Jakarta Pharmacy Production Unit with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted.

Abstract

PT. Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk Kcp Tomang Elok Medan hopes to retain customers in the long term, even if possible forever. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of product excellence, satisfaction and marketing communication of tabanas on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Mestika Dharma Tbk, Kcp Tomang Elok Medan. Quantitative research approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The population was 69 Tabanas customers who were used as a sample of 69 respondents in this study and 30 people were tested for validity and reliability. The model is with multiple linear regression. The result is product excellence, satisfaction and marketing communication of tabanas products have an effect on customer loyalty to save at PT. Bank Mestika Dharma Tbk, Kcp Tomang Elok Medan.

Abstract

The development of science and technology is currently very fast in line with the increasingly high human needs. Technology that develops in accordance with the demands of the times is a very supportive means of dealing with various problems that exist in hospitals, agencies and other organizations. TORCH disease is not a disease that cannot be cured but must be watched out for especially in pregnant women because of the consequences that can occur to the fetus such as physical disabilities, mental disabilities or spontaneous abortion. TORCH stands for Toxoplasma, Rubella, Cytomegalovirus and Herpes II. Expert system application to determine the TORCH virus using the certainty factor method.

Abstract

Along with the development of information technology, internet-based technology is also developing which is considered one of the tools for fast delivery of information. Information technology really helps the learning process in schools, one of which is the impact of its development. Information technology is a pattern of change in education. Education uses information technology to assist in the distance learning process electronically by using a computer as a tool. This assistance is known as e-Learning. With e-Learning, students can learn independently without having to constantly expect teaching materials from the teacher. E Learning also allows students to study only in the classroom but also outside the classroom or anywhere as long as they are connected to the internet. All student activities such as access to grades, schedules, and others can be accessed in this e-Learning application.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to find out the measurement of operator level labor productivity in X packaging workstation company. The problem of the study is Measurement of Workforce Productivity Level Operator Using the Work Sampling Method. The study of work measurement is intended to determine the standard / standard time of work and can provide good decisions in determining the optimal number of workers. the method use is qualitative descriptive data in the form of words, pictures, and not numbers. These data can be obtained from interviews, field notes, photos, videos, tapes, personal documentation, notes or memos, and other documentation. the result of the study are 1)The Average Earning Percentage for each worker 2)For worker 1 is 0.8978 for worker 2 is 0.8843 for workers 3 is 0.88453) The standard time required to complete one work cycle (completing one unit) is 0.188 hours4) The Number of Actual Workers = 3 people5) The number of Standard Workers based on the calculation results is 4 people.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal The Effect of Use Learning Media on the Economics Outcomes Learning in Tenth Grade of Students Kalam Kudus Christian School Pematangsiantar During the Pandemic Period. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The research subjects were students of class X5 as an experimental class consisting of 50 students and class X2 as a control class consisting of 50 students. The instrument used is test results. Learning outcome tests are used to measure student learning outcomes. In testing the hypothesis the statistical test "t" is used. The results of the calculation are obtained tcount > ttabel with a =0,05 dk= (n1+n2-2) = 50+50-2 = 98 is (3,37 > 1,99 thus H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. In other words, there is a significant influence between learning using visual media on student learning outcomes in economic lessons of tenth grade students of Kalam Kudus Christian Senior High School during the Pandemic period and there is a significant difference between learning using visual media and learning without using media on the learning outcomes of students during the Pandemic Period.

Abstract

The information system is defined as the process of delivering messages to one another, Disdukcapil of Subang district has problems in delivering messages, this study sees the urgency of development This research uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) development method used when identifying a running system and describing the design. the system to be built with the aim of getting a system that is right for BPSB. The development analysis uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method as a tool in order to model the required business processes (business modeling) and define the system requirements to be created. In addition, this study uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) tool. This study uses a case study as a method for data collection and retrieval where the research process begins by identifying a case to find a solution in the form of system development. Based on the results of the analysis, the running system still uses conventional methods, which results in the process of delivering information to consumers not optimal. Therefore, it is urgent to use the RUP method at Disdukcapil to make it easier for the public to control reports, KTP status and to be able to display data so that information delivery can run optimally. which resulted in the process of delivering information to consumers not optimal. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of using typing master application media on 10 finger typing skill in Office Technology at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Sumberrejo Bojonegoro. This research is a type of research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is all students X grade of OTKP program which amounts 51 students. Data collection techniques in this research were closed questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Instrument testing includes: instrument validity and instrument reliability. Data analyzed techniques used in this research include: classic assumption test includes normality test and heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test using simple linear regression test. The result of this research showed that the result of simple linear regression analysis for a significance value 0,000. Which the significance value is smaller or < 0,05. While the tcount value 7,707 and the ttable value 2,009. Which mean tcount > ttable or 7,707 > 2,009, can be concluded that the use of typing master application media has a significance effect on 10 finger typing skill.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of service quality and price on the customers’ satisfaction at Roti Bakar 88 Kebayoran, Jakarta. This research is a quantitative study using descriptive quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical test, determinant coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, T test, and F test. Based on the research results, it shows that service quality has a significant and positive influence on customers’ satisfaction with a magnitude of 0.291, which means that if the service quality increases, the level of customers’ satisfaction will be higher. Price has a significant and positive effect no customers’ satisfaction with magnitude of 0.419, which means that if the price increases, the level of customers satisfaction will decrease.

Abstract

Does competency affect the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch, Does training affect the performance of the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch, Does work discipline affect the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Binjai and whether the competence, training and work discipline affect the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Binjai Branch. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Binjai as many as 75 employees, and the research sample was 57 employees using the entire population. The research model technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, with data analysis techniques in the form of classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination and research hypothesis testing (simultaneous and partial). The results showed that there was a significant and positive influence of competency variables on the employee performance variables of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Binjai, there is a significant and positive influence of training variables on the employee performance variables of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch, there is a significant and positive influence of work discipline variables on employee performance variables of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Binjai Branch, tests conducted simultaneously showed that the variables of competence, training and work discipline had a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), Binjai Branch. R Square is 0.548 or 54.8%, which means that the influence of competence, training and work discipline on employee performance is 54.8%, while the remaining 45.
