This study aimed to analyze empirical evidence about the effect of investment opportunity set, effective tax rate, and firm size on dividend policy with liquidity as a moderating variable. This research uses 90 manufacture company listed at BEI in the periode 2014-2018. The analyze method used is SEM-PLS and sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method. The results showed the investment opportunity set and firm size have a negative effect on dividend policy. Effective tax rate has a positive effect on dividend policy.Liquidity cannot moderate the effect of investment opportunity set and effective tax rate on dividend policy butliquidity moderate the effect of firm size on dividend policy.

The Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH) in carrying out the testing service process still uses the system of meeting directly with service users to carry out tests and use paper media for recording service user data. Services and data processing like this require considerable effort and time, the risk of damage to paper as a medium for recording service user data is also a problem. Therefore, a web-based animal product testing service information system design was made at the Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH) which uses the waterfall model as a software development method and the data collection techniques used consist of observations, interviews and literature studies. This designed system provides online testing services where service users can fill out test forms anywhere without having to go directly to BPMSPH. Hopefully this web-based testing service system can make it easier for service users to carry out tests at the Bogor Animal Product Quality & Certification Testing Center (BPMSPH).

The development of start-up in Indonesia continues to grow along with increasingly sophisticated technology developments, this is one of the business opportunities from sharing start-up in Indonesia, and everyone is always given the convenience of every activity that is being experienced by millennial. Speed ??and accuracy in the information search process have become mandatory. In order to facilitate the search process or find the required information, the aim of this study is to provide a general description of the restaurant search process from online food ordering applications. The implementation of the theory applied in this study uses the vector space model method, with the token and indexing process so that results are found according to the keywords inputted in the application, and will be compared with the data contained in the application, so that it can produce the correct information.

Along with developments in information technology, the Internet would be helpful. Thanks to the internet, we will be able to conveniently provide services that can be accessed from anywhere in the world at any time. Nowadays, almost everyone has access to knowledge, one of which is the internet. Labuhanbatu Regency's Al-Azis SMKS is a private school. Every year, he finds it challenging to present the questions that his students have submitted. Similarly, at Al-Azis High School, value processing methods are still easy to implement, but it takes a long time. To solve this dilemma, we needed a computerized system to assist schools in progressing and developing. As a result, a web server-based student assessment system and an online review system were developed. Students would be able to see the results of the test immediately after taking it if the instructor processes student exam questions directly. Since this approach provides test score results directly after students have completed the exam. This data system will help teachers allocate grades to their students who have passed the test.

It is a daunting challenge to assess the accuracy of student learning quality. Many considerations must be taken into consideration when determining the accuracy of the degree of student learning efficiency. These criteria use to assess students' ability to learn consistently. Since there are so many ways to satisfy this criteria, deciding on the consistency standard of learning scores is problematic. The SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) process solves different parameters of decision-making problems. The SAW method is a multi-criteria decision-making method founded on the idea that the chosen solution must satisfy all criteria. The SAW technique is a multi-criteria decision-making approach based on the optimal option, which would be the nearest to the ideal solution while being the furthest from the negative ideal solution. Calculating the normalization matrix, weighted normalization matrix, comparing the positive and negative ideal solutions, calculating the separation distance for each alternative ideal solution, and calculating the value of each alternative's preference are all steps in the SAW method. The following table displays the results of the SAW process calculation protocol. The information comes from a decision-making framework that distinguishes students who excel in their studies. Bunga Adelia Azahara received a 0.908, while Fadila Dwi Ranti received a 0.932.

Solution and problem-solving processes may have decisions. Decision management services are designed to assist and support the decision-makers decision-making. They can be used in the decision-making process and assess the processes used in digital elections. Another method is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, often used in decision support systems. This SAW strategy was selected because it determines each attribute's weight before moving on to the ranking process and then selects the alternative with the highest weight from the alternatives list. This instance, instead, is to use the PEW (proportional weighted) method to determine the best teacher at SMK Siti Banun. using this scheme, you can assume that the rankings would be more reliable since it is based on pre-defined criteria and weights to provide the best results.

Cooking oil is a liquid oil made from processed plant and animal fats widely used in frying. People frequently use cooking oil to process food in order to make fried food more savoury and delicious. Every cooking oil company claims to have the best and healthiest product on the market. Cholesterol-free and contains omega 3 and 9 and vitamins A, D, and E. Decision support systems are computer programs that can solve problems based on a set of criteria. Promethee is a method used to assess the order in multi-criteria studies (priority). Simplicity, openness, and continuity are essential aspects. Promethee's parameters expected and governed by the use of partnership benefit over competitors. To users with the best substitute cooking oil breakdown, the decision support system uses the Promethee II approach. The Promethee II Template and the MCDM Model also have guidelines. Sanco oil was found in the Outrangking results, specifically Outrangking Flow 0.96, which was rated first as the best cooking oil.

Covid-19 assistance is a difficult challenge to solve since it is affected by various intertwined variables, including income status, health, education, and living conditions. Beneficiary data collection must be performed correctly. As a result, the Labuhanbatu Regency Social Service should have a computerized system to monitor Covid-19 recipients based on income and living conditions. Waterfall models are used in the development of Information Systems to help the study, and the UML used is PHP programming language, MySql Database, Boostrap, and Sublime Document. As a consequence of the study's findings, Covid-19 Beneficiary Community Data Collection Based on Income and Home Conditions was implemented. This method will provide complete and correct information based on the covid-19 beneficiary community's requirements, presented in pdf format.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship courses on students' interest in entrepreneurship and aims to determine how much influence this variable has. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with testing using SPSS. The data in this study were obtained using an online questionnaire using google form and respondents' answers in the study using a likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value is 14,234 with a significant 0,000, while ? = 0.05 because the P value is smaller than ? = 0.05, which means that the entrepreneurship subject variable which includes the material and method of delivering lectures has a positive and significant effect on' interest in students entrepreneurship. early childhood education at Ivet University. The magnitude of the influence of the entrepreneurship subject variable on students' interest in entrepreneurship is 44.2%.
